Kulináris élmények pazar helyen

Egy nagyon kellemes méretű apartmanban szálltunk meg egy éjszakát. A lokáció tökéletes, csak pár lépés a tenger. Nagyon jó volt a wellnes részleg, külön tetszet a szauna a medence közepén. Isteni vacsorát kaptunk és a reggeli is választékos, bőséges volt. Az apartmanok faburkolata nagyon izgalmas, különleges atmoszférát teremt.

Nem volt ilyen, mindennel elégedettek voltunk a tartókodásunk során.

Clean and peaceful place close to beach with nice spa, but not as luxurious as seemed in pictures

Good menu and food on the a'la carte list in the evening, something for everyone. Nice exterior areas and spa with three saunas, pool and jacuzzi. Complimentary bathropes and slippers. Great location close to the beach but still peaceful. Lots of families with kids, but still space in the pool and at breakfast.

The quality of the hotel, especially the rooms and bathroom did not meet expectations based on the price. Maybe it was due high season and good location. The materials and furniture etc. did not feel high quality, but rather basic. Bathroom wall is partly glass (not see-through) and not very sound proof. Also the breakfast was pretty basic hotel breakfast, no surprices there. Would have appreciated an electric kettle in the room.

Angenehmes Hotel mit Wellness in Strandnähe

Das Hotel scheint es schon - wie viele Gebäude der Umgebung - seit den 1930er Jahren zu geben, es wurde durch einen modernen Zubau, in dem sich auch unser Zimmer befand, ergänzt, verbunden und das ursprüngliche Hotel saniert - eine sehr gelungene Anlage in einem schön gepflegten Garten; geräumiges, modernes Zimmer, angenehme Allgemeinbereiche (z.B. großzügige Sitzgelegenheiten im Gangbereich), sehr schöner Wellnessbereich mit Saunen und Pool (damit auch für Regentage ideal), wenige Gehminuten zum Strand, sehr gutes Frühstück.

Die Rezeption war top, ansonsten könnte man im Service noch etwas nachschulen: beim Abendessen bekamen wir im Restaurant keine Servietten, die Zimmerreinigung war sonntags erst nach 15.00 Uhr und bedarf einer Optimierung (bei Bezug war alles aber sehr sauber) - und Bier trinken im Pool muss auch nicht unbedingt sein, da könnte man anderen Gästen zuliebe schon eingreifen.

Not what we expected

we visited Wasaresort last weekend. Stayed from Friday till Sunday. We paid 250 euros per night and got a room with a very ugly view on a roof. But this is not the main reason why I am giving 1 star. They were turning off the heating from 9 pm till 9 am and during the whole night it was cold in our room. My 3 month baby got sick. This is something unimaginable for me. No heating in the hotel. The only option we had was bathroom floor heating. During the checkout when I shared my experience the young lady just said - I am sorry. This is not a service I was expecting from this hotel, taking into consideration the price. I will never ever visit Wasaresort again and will not recommend it to my friends and family.

Хорошее расположение, парковка для гостей бесплатная. Номер приятный и просторный, хороший мощный кондиционер, есть терраса - на втором этаже сидеть очень приятно. Приятный спа комплекс, питьевая вода бесплатно.

В апартаментах не было отдельных бутылочек с шампунем, кондиционером и кремом. Был только один пакетик чая.

Superb

Modern hotel close to Pärnu beach with a perfect Spa are incl. midnight sauna with free fruit and water. Huge and luminous rooms with a comfy bed.

a nice hotel in a very quiet location. Really perfect from the outside and very nice to look at with very high-quality materials that were installed there and sufficient parking space

the hotel is not yet quite clear what the concept should be. it's called wellness and spa, but it's more of a family hotel. the wellness area is more reminiscent of a municipal swimming pool. there is no gym or other exercise equipment which one would expect for such a hotel. Unfortunately, the rooms could not be completely darkened and the quality of the mattresses and pillows were also of a lower standard. there were hardly any counters in the bathroom. unfortunately it wasn't really executable

Very comfortable apartment and spa.

The spa was great, it had a comfortably warm swimming pool with a jacouzi section, a saunarium, a sauna and a steam room. The apartment was tidy and cleaning was fast and good when requested.

It’s a small nit considering everything, but our apartment was one floor up and has no elevator, we had a heavy suitcase which we had to carry up as they didn’t offer to help so if you have a wheelchair make sure to ask for a ground floor one.

Great little hotel near the beach. I recommend!

Great hotel! Excellent breakfast, great play corner for kids, pool area not too large - so it's easier to look after the little ones, lovely landscaping around the apartments, and super kind service personnel. Thanks very much - we enjoyed our stay!

I've worked in tourism for over a decade, and often find something to criticise. This time, there's nothing to want to fix or change. Great job, Wasa team!

Enjoyable, simple spa hotel

I was a little disappointed by my room - there’s more character in a Premier Inn - however I did enjoy the facilities. The pool and spa area were relaxing and the breakfast buffet was great.

The room, although being classed as a superior double, was a bit basic. It could have done with something to make it feel cosier (some pictures on the wall would be a good start).

Good SPA hotel, unfortunately breakfast and service in restaurant weak.

Spa is why we always want to come back - light and cosy. Room is comfortable. People in reception are friendly. Massage was nice.

Breakfast is not good, scrambled eggs very bad, quality of coffee not good. Previously we were able to order coffee and pay extra but this time it was not possible anymore. Service in restaurant very slow and not professional. Next time we will stay without breakfast and walk to have breakfast somewhere nearby.

Staff is nice and helpful, close to the beach, the whole hotel is pretty

Spa isn't the spa, there are only two saunas (one finish and one steam) and one swimming pool (with Jacuzzi). I wouldn't call it a spa, I'd call it swimming pool at the hotel. And it was my birthday, I was really looking for some kind of relaxation with a few saunas and big area of different pools, where you can have different experience or maybe some cute design. but it was quite regular pool with kids running around, opening doors in the sauna and splashing water.
