About this villa rental
Perfect to accommodate a group friends or families, Il Giardino di Michela sits inside a peaceful private residence with concierge, just 15 minutes away from the airport and a short drive from both Mondello beach and Palermo's town centre.
Stretching over 5,000 m2 of lush garden featuring an ample variety of exotic plants and flowers, the structure provides extensive outside living space: an outside kitchen with charcoal barbecue and wood-fire oven, a lovely dining table and a large sitting area. Next to the veranda is the swimming pool, which features a telescopic cover that can be open in summer and closed in winter. The pool can be heated up to a temperature of up to 33 degrees Celsius in winter.
It's strategic position makes it the perfect solution for those who wish to enjoy both Sicily's sandy beaches and the marvels of it's capital city's Arab-Norman architecture.
The villa, which has just been entirely renovated, extends over 320 square meters and consists of 4 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms of which one en-suite, brand new open-plan kitchen and two large living rooms, one upstairs with a fireplace and one downstairs with a 55 inch tv set and a sofa-bed. The master bedroom has a super king size bed, a walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom. The house features a number of oil-on-canvas paintings and bronze statues made by the owner, an artist, who lives next door.
