BEST STAY EVER! Absolutely unbelievable views!

Barbara, Helen, and Aristotle were the greatest hosts we could ask for! They allowed us to drop our bags early before check in time, had the fridge stocked with a few little snacks, and even brought us homemade pastries and fresh fruits from their personal garden. The apartment is in an amazing location. There's a grocery store right next door, the beach is less than a few minutes walk, and there are plenty of car rental places, restaurants, tour guides etc. nearby. The apartment itself is spacious and cozy, with a great kitchen and comfy seating areas. The view out the balcony is one of the most beautiful views we've ever seen!

Auzzies at Barbara's house Corfu

As a family who have travelled extensively around the world this accommodation on the beautiful island of Corfu is A++. The owner, Barbara and her family have been absolutely fantastic hosts during our stay. The accommodation is of a high standard. It is very clean and comfortable and has an amazing private balcony area with sensational views of Palaiokastritsa Bay. This becomes even more impactful during the morning when you open the bedroom blinds and take in that magical view of the of bay The house is only a short walk to a selection of small beaches, that are perfect for snorkelling and swimming. Barbara and her family made us feel very welcome and provided us with critical supplies to get our stay off to a flying start. In addition Barbara provided some home cooked Greek goodies, such as freshly baked cheese pastries and traditional family recipe of delicious zucchini slices. The house has the advantage of being centrally located to a good selection of traditional tavernas with great food. Close by is the pool bar of "Vivara" with spectacular views during sunset. Grabbing a beer or soft drink here at the end of the day, truly gives you that great holiday feel. From the initial booking 10 months ago, the contact a help from Barbara and the family through the booking / travel arrangements process has been fantastic. Even when we arrived, Barbara was a great source of local information providing lots of hints and tips. If you are looking for a quite and relaxing break in accommodation of a really high standard. This accommodation is as good as you will find. Thank you for a truly memorable stay in Corfu Barbara, Eleni and the family.

Just a small item A microwave oven could be a great addition to the kitchen.

everything was exceptional! the property was so lovely and everything had been though of, and more. The little touches made the stay so memorable, Barbara and her family couldn’t be more accomodating and sweet, we loved getting to know them all. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

These were the most perfect accomodations! So homey and beautiful! And the host family was so sweet and accomodating and we felt spoiled with their kindness! The apartment is gorgeous and modern and the view is so beautiful it looks fake! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and hope to return some day! This is the most beautiful area of Corfu to stay!

The family who own this apartment - Barbara, Ari & Helen -are fabulous. The apartment has everything, their attention to detail and love for the apartment is really clear. They left us food for breakfast, we had veg from their garden, Barbara's home made olive oil is so delicious! Best hosts ever! View amazing, beaches every accessible.

Exceptional apartment with the most amazing views. Barbara and Eleni are fantastic and made us feel so welcome even bringing us fresh vegetables and salad from their garden. Welcomed with a bottle of wine and essentials. The apartment was immaculate and in a fantastic location. I will never forget the views from that balcony. The most wonderful place to stay!

The view was just sublime, however we were absolutely blown away by their hospitality & generosity.

In the lead-up to staying, they were incredibly present and attentive over Booking.com and WhatsApp, answering swiftly any and all questions. When we arrived and departed, they helped us with our bags, delivering an exceptionally personal and kind service. The fridge was filled when we arrived with some wine, bread, eggs, milk, and a couple of other bits. Every day they would check we were happy, and out of the kindness of their hearts, brought us fresh food like figs; one evening some freshly baked pastries. The view was also very beautiful. We were just blown away.

Magnificent view and amazing host

The view is fantastic. All the tiny details the host thought of also made it a very memorable stay. The kitchen and the bathrooms are very well equipped. And there was coffee and milk and teas and oil and more in the kitchen. And Barbara and her family took great care of us including bringing over home made pastry and figs from the garden above the house.

Amazing and unforgettable stay at Barbra's home, unlike no other we have ever experienced.

The host met us to walk us through the apartment, answered all of our questions; and guided us with recommendations in the area. The host family went above and beyond any host we have ever experienced in our many years of vacation rentals. Throughout our stay, we were treated like we were family.

There are no improvements that could be made at Barbara's House.

The most wonderful thing about this accommodation (besides the breathtaking view and cleanliness) would be the HOSTS. Barbara and her family go above and beyond to make their guests stay memorable. The house is beautiful, extremely clean, just like in the pictures. The location, terrace and view are wonderful. Barbara, her husband and 2 daughters are amazing at providing recommendations and meeting every one of your needs. From moskito repellent to beach toys for my daughter, to souvenirs, home made pie, vegetables from the family garden, fruit basket, olive oil from their farm… the list goes on and on. Thank you Barbara, we really hope to come back and we would recommend your apartment to anyone looking to rent in the area!

The perfect start to our holiday !

Barbara and her family were incredibly helpful & responsive from the moment we booked the property & throughout our stay, offering taverna recommendations in Palaiokastritsa and Corfu Town where we stayed at the end of our holiday. The view from the balcony is absolutely incredible, the pictures don’t do it justice, it was the best view we had out of all the places we stayed in Corfu. Barbara & her husband were so generous with their hospitality, offering fruit from their garden and other delicious delights. The apartment was so comfortable for my husband & I, it was lovely to have so much space. We enjoyed coffee in the morning (amazing to have an espresso machine on holiday !!) and drinks in the evening on the balcony overlooking the beautiful bay. The apartment is the perfect location & walking distance to the local beaches, tavernas & to the hillside town, Lakones - where we had breakfast two of our mornings (the view is indescribable) If you have a car, there a other beautiful beaches a short drive away. We would 100% recommend staying at Barbara’s house and can’t wait to come back one day. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Barbara is a fantastic host who is so welcoming and has an infectious enthusiasm which is impossible not to love. The apartment is even nicer than the pictures suggest and a perfect location for heading to the main beach or hiking up to Lakones/Angelokastro. The view overlooking the bay is also as beautiful as the pictures suggest. Honestly a wonderful stay and in a beautiful part of Corfu - would recommend to anyone thinking of staying here!
