Comfort stay with helpful team in the central of old Batumi

The location is so central, near to the park and the beach yet so close to center. All staff were so nice and helpful, Irakli helped me to get some info about sim card and train routes, all the girls staff were also nice and helpful. Thank you! The room was spacious, and my room has balcony facing to the park, it was nice. Comfy bed and clean bathroom.

At first, there were some hair on my bed :( but when I told them, they changed my bedsheet (and also bc i requested them to put double bed sheet to cover my twin bed, and the result was so satisfying. The double bed sheet covered all the gaps from the twin bed and it was really clean and fresh. Thank you for really taking care this issue.

No elevator and three floors, so plan on hiking up and down a lot.

Confusing and not well organized

Staff have you complete a form saying what you want and what time, but if one person puts down and item (toast or yogurt) everyone gets the same thing.

Mükemmel konum, tertemiz odalar.

Öncelikle konumu harika. Gezeceğiniz en güzel yerlere çok yakın. Otelin mimarisi, odaları çok güzel. Odam tertemizdi. Yatağım çok rahattı. Odamın camları renkliydi ve çok tatlıydı. Çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi. Resepsiyondaki kızlar çok yardımseverlerdi. Onlara tekrar teşekkür ediyorum. Tekrar gelirsem tercih edeceğim yer burası.

Empfehlenswert wenn der Preis stimmt und wegen der Lage.

Gutes kleines Hotel in einem Historischen Gebäude in perfekter Lage direkt an der Promenade. Hochwertiges Ambiente und gutes Frühstück, außer Kaffee. Man wohnt praktisch zwischen der Promenade und der Altstadt. Die Reinigung war auch in Ordnung.

Die eigentlich hochwertige Ausstattung könnte eine Wartung vertragen. Die Duschstange war nicht fest und Wasserhahn am Waschbecken wackelt. Der Duschvorhang ist auch keine gute Lösung. Der Kaffeeautomat beim Frühstück war jedes mal entweder defekt oder nicht in Betrieb.

Отель чистый . Расположение хорошее.

Я не пойму почему у отеля 4 звезды ?! В нем нет ничего кроме самих номеров. Никаких доп услуг или бассейна и тд. Завтраки скудные( яичница , сосиски , помидоры, огурцы, творог) Парковки у отеля нет. Но можно ставить на улице у входа . В день отъезда подошел и дед и требовал чтоб ему дали 50 лари за то что он круглые сутки охранял машину ))) дали ему 10 и он ворчал все время что мы собирались … в нескольких минутах ходьбы пляж платный но очень хороший (60 лари с человека) Возле колеса обозрения .

Very nice hotel but let down by lack of off-street parking.

The hotel was perfectly situated, for access to the old town as well as the sea. We had a very nice and good-sized room which seemed to have been recently refurbished - everything seemed very new. Bed was comfortable, and air conditioning was effective. Breakfast was very substantial and would have been enough even without the unexpected omelets. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Parking was very difficult around the hotel (which doesn't have any parking places of its own), but we solved it by paying a parking attendant in the street to find a parking space for us and keep it during our stay. The hotel has no lift, and our room was on the top floor. The air conditioner controls were so complicated that the hotel staff had to call for technical support in order to set the temperature for us. We couldn't use the huge smart TV in the room because the internet connection to the room wasn't strong enough. The hotel staff did their best to connect it but without success.

Delightful spot in the right location.

Clean and close to the beach, and very central. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff is cool and calm and helpful.

Pillows choice is limited and I had a very hard time sleeping with them as they were too thick.

Our four-day trip to Batumi

Hotel had very good location in the centre of Batumi, the stuff was very polite. Typical European breakfast: not a big choice, but you can always find what you need and the quality of it will be good. Wanna notice design of our room was liked by us.

But.. our room was really dirty. I won’t attach photos, cause I have already found goods things in this hotel and city. But cigarettes butt under the bed was found. When I moved a table I also found a garbage. One day we didn’t get a water and toilet paper but it wasn’t a problem, near hotel was a grocery. But it’s so strange from hotel who positions like a 4stars and for this price for this region

Perfect Location!

The location is perfect, very close to the beach and Europe Square. We took a room with balcony, you can enjoy the scenery at any time. Overall, I highly recommend the hotel in Batumi.

The breakfast is underground with no sunlight, so you kinda lose the beach and vacation vibes . They allow you though to sit outside for a change, but you will be directly under the sun with no umbrella. As for the food, it was ok but limited and not diverse.
