La terrasse était vraiment un plus, et les toilettes etaient spacieuses

L'avenue est parfois un peu bruyante la nuit.

I think they should spend some money on there property

It’s very close to the centre . The staff very nice.

Apartment number506 there is very bad smell from the toilet it was terrible . Some noise but you can sleep if you are exhausted.

For short accommodation

Location is good however too noisy due to very alive street. There is a security man

Some rooms of bath is too old, air conditioner does not work at room 406. The WiFi does not work without reception and first floor. English of staff is poor, difficult to understand each other. Breakfast is moderate , you should be demanding for the breakfast because some food can be finished.

Simple, no frills place, which is clean and comfortable. Good location and value for money. The best part of the stay was meeting the owner. Our flight was in the evening and we asked if we could get a late check out (for a fee). The owner let us stay for free. It then turned out that we forgot a jacket in the room. The owner contacted us and offered to post the jacket. It turned out he was travelling to Paris and offered to bring the item with him to leave with the family member. So really going far and beyond what could possibly be expected. Thank you for your kindness and generosity!

It is a good choice based on the availability accommodation in Sfax. A lot of places to eat arround. Good basic breakfast.

Sometimes bad smell comimg from badroom.

If you are a backpacker or a couple looking for somewhere to crash in Sfax, this was perfect for staying for a night. Clean and comfy. And good value for the money. The staff was nice and we had no problem during our stay.

Bit noisy since it is next to the main road, but once again, for the price it was an excellent place to stay in.

It's within walking distance from the medina.

It's a standard big hotel with 6 floors, very basic. A bit run down, but with no major problems. Breakfast was very basic

Good and solid budget hotel.

A good and solid budget hitel with modern furniture, good bathroom, good internet, nothing to complain. Its in a lively business area with the usual fast food restaurants around. Good value for money

Reception and lift look grotty, first impressiin bad, but rooms better. A bit noisy, busy roads nearby. Must shut window when sleeping. The area and hotel does not attract the best crowd, so the security night guard has a busy job and must close hotel with a grill for unwanted guests.

Great modern place to stay for families(and everyone)

Very good rooms, bathroom and toilets, air conditioning, lift, great view of the city from balcony, great location. Parking is tight but was possible. 24 hour reception desk, friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Great Location...but not much else going for it.

Central Location with lots of restaurants around. Close to the old medina and museums.

They didn't have a room for two adults and two children and gave us two separate rooms. Doesn't quite work when you have little kids. The rooms are really tiny with no room to walk around. The bed frames are feeble and on wheels...so they move around. Finally the three beds were separate beds that were juxtaposed to create a double bed. We could barely sleep! We checked-in with them and they were okay with our driver sleeping in the second room. They did all the paperwork for the driver but then an hour later, literally kicked him out and took the room back. We found out the next morning and had to make it up to the driver. The bathrooms are tiny. The hot water was great...but the plumbing system didn't work well and the entire bathroom was full of water when someone took a shower. really yucky. the breakfast was mediocre - bread, a croissant, and coffee from a Nescafe machine that never heated the water enough. Luke warm coffee is not the best start for the day. Overall, this place just didn't work for us.

Very nice clean hotel

Overall nice hotel. Nice friendly staff. Good location for all amenities. The woman at reception was very welcoming and very friendly. What a pleasant stay. We will return 🙂

The only thing I didn't like was being up on the 6th floor with a 5 year old child.
