Lovely, warm, spacious home with all the things you could ever need for a comfortable stay!

Everything was just as advertised. Could not ask for more. Wonderful place to stay. We will be back same time next year for the Fiordland Classic Golf Tournament.

Great place for a large group of friends

Great location. Well thought out floor plan for families with kids including a playroom with toys. Kitchen and bathroom very clean. Plenty of room to store fridge/pantry items. Beds not made upon arrival, so need to make beds with provided linens. Bedsheets were low quality (similar to the kind you would find in a hospital) but clean. Comforters and bed throw pillows were different throughout the house (looked like a collection from second-hand stores) and had not been washed. One of the comforters on the bunk beds had dried yellow mucous from either a child sneezing into it or something else. The dried mucous was thick and had matted the comforter together on one end. The double bed in that room had pubic hairs on it. All comforters throughout the house had the smell of human bodies on them. Despite the wonderful features of the rest of the house, the linen situation was off-putting. On the first night, we used only the provided sheets and put our kids coats over them for warmth while we washed the twin comforter covers. We did not launder the remainder of the comforter covers on the adult beds as they were made of a synthetic material that we weren’t sure would launder well and we didn’t use them. We used only the sheets and our coats. We all felt that an upgrade to the bedding would make this listing truly wonderful. Specifically, nice sheets throughout and comforter covers that can be washed after each guest. Bedding should look and smell fresh.

We had two families stay at the property, it was a fantastic base for a long weekend.

We really enjoyed the house and in spite of a winter storm and -3 degree frosts the house was warm and cosy

The place was absolutely beautiful, exceptionally clean, and spacious. We would definitely return for another visit.
