Located above the town of Makarska, this exceptional villa will delight you. Experience the beautiful atmosphere in the old town center, not far from the vacation property. Enjoy the wellness area on the ground floor with a wonderful, heated indoor pool including counter-current system, Finnish sauna and steam bath, relaxation area with minibar and high quality equipped fitness room, PS4 in bedroom 3, playground. You will find a change from the indoor pool at the outdoor pool. To make your positive impressions complete, spend your time on the covered terrace with barbecue, and experience convivial moments with delicious grilled specialties. The valuable and very special designer furniture makes this house unique. It has two fully equipped kitchens, two living rooms, a study and reading room, nine bedrooms and eight bathrooms and an additional toilet, which also reflects the high comfort of this vacation accommodation. Enjoy the magnificent view from one of the terraces at the house. Spend your time on the beautiful pebble beaches with many leisure activities. Taste the traditional specialties in one of the renowned restaurants, and take day trips to the islands of Brac and Hvar, which will make your stay unforgettable.

An für sich cooles Haus! Aber….. sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Fehlende Steckdose, Sauna und Dampfbad gingen nicht. Ausstattung der Küche für so ein Riesen Haus nicht ausreichend! Duschvorfänge angeschimmelte. Möbel fallen teilweise auseinander. Gute Lage. Der Innenpool war im Oktober natürlich ein Highlight für die kinder. Außenbereich und Fitnessstudio top! In großen und ganzen hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Schade das die Besitzer das schöne Haus so vernachlässigen!
