This is a fabulous property, in terms of size, location and amenities. It lacks some basic caretaking-there are some maintenance issues that should be addressed (fire place out of order, light bulbs needing replacement, garbage cans full upon our arrival, master bathroom shower faulty), and it lacks a coffee table to make the living room more user friendly. Fantastic kitchen, bedrooms are comfy, linens were really nice, and heated garage was helpful in winter.

Traveling through Colorado. Denver, Rocky Mountain National Park, Glenwood Springs/basalt, Telluride, Breckinridge with lots of day trips to scenic sights, hiking, shopping, etc. it’s been amazing so far!

Perfect property for a larger group! We were 4 couples on a weekend get-a-away. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom, which made the stay very comfortable. The house is beautifully decorated, and the beds and bedding luxurious. The only negative was that the air conditioning wasn’t working well. But we opened the windows at night and slept well.

We are a group of skiers who find this down valley location great for skiing at Snowmass. The house was very clean and nicely laid out although the heat was uneven. One bedroom claimed a queen bed although it was really a double bed much to the disappointment of the couple who slept in that bed. We would consider staying again if the double bed was replaced with a real queen.

In between Glenwood Springs and Aspen, with Basalt and Carbondale nearby, so much to do, great dining, and of course, perfect weather for July. Lovely secluded home with beautiful mountain views yet only 5 minutes from shopping.

Beautiful home and property close to aspen and Carbondale. Perfect for fly fishing trips.

Great location
This property was perfect for our family. We had plently of space and we were able to spread out.
One thing that I found bothersome. The property is covered in security cameras. You feel like you are being watched because the cameras feel very invasive.
A few of the beds had a plastic covering on them, which was so uncomfortable that my kids spelt on the couch instead. The covering was loud and very uncomfortable.
It would be lovely if this property would also behaved dogs as well.
Otherwise, the house was clean and well kept.

Comfortable house with space for kids and family
This house was a great home base for our family ski trip. There was ample space for our toddlers to roam, a garage and laundry for ski prep, and a full kitchen to keep everybody well-nourished. Proximity to grocery stores and rental stores was an added bonus.

An amazing place to stay
A group of 4 couples rented this house for a wedding in Aspen. The house was well stocked in the kitchen and the rooms were spacious. The privacy was outstanding. We all can't wait to go back.

Beautiful Home
This house was amazing! It's not too far from restaurants and a grocery store, and it accommodated all of my family for my wedding weekend. I would definitely recommend this home and stay here again. Owner was willing to work with us on check in and out times and also responding quickly to any of my inquiries.

Well suited home for moderate size families
The 5 stars goes to the property management company, and their proactive communication. Those aspects of the rental process were EXCELLENT.
The house I give 4 stars, but given the value proposition of the rental it is definitely in a great location to use as a home base to cover the Aspen or Glenwood Springs areas. Be advised that unless some additional seating is added by the owners, if your group is more than 6 people total you will find the need to relocate some dining chairs into the main family room for TV or conversation gatherings. This created a minor nuisance, but it is a fair call out given the home is intended to sleep 10. The bedding in the house is very good, and there are several spaces that an air mattress or two could be set up to make more space for kids, etc.
Overall a very nice and well kept home with a very good kitchen setup for large group meals and fun. We will likely stay here again on our next visit to the Carbondale area!

Perfect location
The house was great, very spacious plenty of room to entertain. I wish it had more seats at the table. We had to buy paper towels and toilet paper after 3 days. Other than that everyone enjoyed the house.

Incredible home for large family gatherings
This property was everything we hoped it would be and more. We can't wait to book again! Our group included 5 adults and 4 kids and we had room to spare. The home is comfortable, upgraded and spacious. The property is secluded but near to amenities, Glenwood Springs and Aspen. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Comfortable and cozy with a few minor challenges
This was a great house for a long weekend in the mountains. Spacious enough that everyone felt comfortable but cozy for hanging out and enjoying the company of our group. The house is well decorated and well stocked for almost any meal. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and the roaming turkeys! The yards both front and back were perfect for the lovely fall days we had during the stay. A small shopping area is across the highway (5 minute drive) with a Whole Foods and tons of other shops. Made last minute needs super easy and quick! A few areas of improvement: The internet was on the slow side, when everyone was home, it was moving very slow. Some of the pillows were past their prime and a couple of the mattresses had a taco feeling. The dining table and outdoor seating could be improved to accommodate the 10 people staying at the house. As it is, the outside table seats 4 and the indoor table seats 8. Something to note if you’re planning a dinner for all 10 house guests. Bring a speaker if you want to listen to music. Our biggest hassle was the parking restriction of only 4 cars at the property at anytime. We were 5 couples so had to rely on others to shuttle everyone around. We all did different things during the day and coordinating cars took time and effort.

Great home, great location. Very clean.
We loved our stay, and it was a great place for extended family.

Almost perfect
This is a great property in a great location. Plenty of privacy, local wild life, beautiful home, attentive and responsive property manager. Our only disappointment was that for a property that sleeps 10 people there should be more than only six dining room chairs and only four patio chairs. Seating was an issue for us. Otherwise, we were very satisfied with our experience at this property.

Great House. Great location.
Great location for our event. Very nice accommodations. Very well kept home. Great experience.

Beautiful home in a great location. Perfect spot for a two-family vacation.
The house is lovely and well-appointed and priced well for the area. The layout of bedrooms and baths was perfect for two families with five kids. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The location was good for us as we have friends all up and down the Roaring Fork Valley, and we loved being so close to an undeveloped hillside. I am recommending this house to all of my local friends for when they have family and friends visiting the area. Would definitely stay again.
