Empfehlenswert

Die Lage insgesamt auf Samos und spez. bei Potokaki. Das jeden 2. Tag gereinigt wurde und frische Wäsche. Die Reinigungsfrau Natascha....sie ist sensationell! Die Nähe zum Strand.

Die Überschwemmung am 4. letzten Tag in unserer Wohnung. Es kam zwar schnell Hilfe und man hat uns ein anderes Appartement angeboten. Es roch übelst aber Natascha und der vor Ort Arbeiter gaben alles. Leider gab es Gäste im Naftilos, die es einfach nicht checken wollten, dass das WC Papier nicht ins Klo darf. Die Küchenausstattung ist äußerst mager. Kein Salatbesteck und und.a. und v.m.

Siyah ve Beyaz

Daire içinde birçok ince ayrıntı düşünülmüş.( Plaj ve oda havluları,mutfak gereçleri gibi.)Denize sıfır bir tesis olması çok güzeldi.

Kalabalık ve çocuklu ailelerin bahçe katındaki dairelere yönlendirilmesi daha doğru olur..Ses ve gürültü alt katlara direk geliyor.

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr schön und erholend, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Die Lage direkt am Meer ist sehr schön, man braucht nur wenige Meter und ist am Strand. Liegt sehr nahe am Flughafen, was nur selten stört, manchmal gibt es dadurch sogar einen gewissen Unterhaltungsfaktor. Das Appartment wurde regelmäßig jeden zweiten Tag gereinigt und es gab neue Bettwäsche sowie Hand- und Badetücher.

Das einzig was für uns manchmal etwas störend war war der Rasensprenger auf der Rasenfläche.

Yine Samos’a gidince orada kalırım, ama sineklik taktırırlarsa çok sevinirim.

Önünde çok sakin, oldukça izole, çok temiz bir plaj ve deniz var. Hatta deniz yıldızı bulup geri saldık. Dairede her olanak düşünülmüş ve çok zevkli döşenmiş. Temiz ve çok keyifliydi. Yattığınız yerden denizi ve Türkiye manzarasını izleyebiliyorsunuz. Hatta bir gece ışıl ışıl kocaman bir Cruise geçti çok açıktan. Adanın en iyi merkezlerinden biri olan Phytagorian’a çok yakın. Konaklayanlar da çok sessiz ve saygılı kişilerdi. Unutulmaz bir tatildi.

Bizim odaya sineklik takılmamış ne yazık ki. Bu yüzden deniz sesini dinleyerek uyumak yerine camları kapatmak zorunda kaldık. Odanın içinde yaklaşık beş tane sivrisinek avladık çünkü. Yine de burada kalmak muhteşem bir deneyimdi.

Quiet beach location for relaxation

Quiet, lovely location right on a clean beach :) Staff was helpful. Having 2 bathrooms was handy. Only 5 minutes drive to Pythagorio town

Hot water system. No breakfast available nor drinks without driving. Would have loved at least some basic tea/coffee supplied for us to make in the room.

Great apartment in great location.

Location right on the beach is exceptional. It is a 40 minute walk to main small town but it is mostly a shore-line walk which is most enjoyable. A small shop is 8 minutes walk away. Cleaner came in three times to change towels, bedding and to clean. Everything in great condition. Fully stocked small kitchen area. Host/renter was easily contactable and helpful and friendly,

Location in close to airport however there are so few flights to Samos that noise was never a problem.

Disappointment

There was never peace and privacy on balcony. It felt that the place was one family’s playground (owners or caretakers??) No cleaning. We had to buy even carbage bags. The apartment looks neat and stylish in pictures but reality is another.
