Ideal location with a kind, thoughtful host. Definitely the best place we’ve stayed in our five visits to GH. Host has thought of everything you could possibly need. Even little things like having a wagon for our small kids and a step stool for them at the bathroom sink. Excellent place!

I recently celebrated a milestone birthday with dear friends in this condo. There were three couples and this place was absolutely perfect in all aspects. Great kitchen to gather and share meals and memories. It was well stocked with everything - just bring your own food. The common area was just right for settling in around the fireplace. Each couple had private bedrooms and baths and a surprise was the large walking and additional sitting areas. Only one block over is the downtown shopping and restaurants- so easy to walk to. We all agreed this would be our annual home away from home! Definitely felt spoiled and absolutely loved the finishes to top it off.

This is the only time a rental has ever looked better than the photos in the listing, and the photos were good. This was the perfect home away from home for us. It was clean, well stocked, and beautifully decorated. The mattresses were super comfortable, there were extra blankets, and the kitchen was not lacking for anything. We enjoyed being close walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the beach and pier. We really enjoyed sitting around the fireplace in the evening. Many people think of Grand Haven as a summer destination, but if you are staying in the right accommodations, it makes for a lovely, cozy winter get-away.

If you thrive on staying in a beautiful place, this is for you. Easy walking to everything, but just far enough out of the downtown chaos to have quiet sleeping. Downstairs bedroom and bathroom was perfect place for our adult kids and their little one.

Great location, very practical floor plan for families. Huge primary bedroom and large additional bedrooms upstairs and in the basement. Multiple areas for kids to play/watch TV. Nice to have garage since it snowed all weekend. Highly recommend!

Everything was wonderful with this rental, the great communication with the owner from check-in to -out, the location, the cleanliness (seemed like new construction), beds, baths, kitchen, truly everything. There were even notes to help you find where kitchen items belong. The only possible negative I could think of was that the TVs were a little too smart for me but my daughter was very familiar with it and we enjoyed the myriad of viewing options available. Thanks for sharing your condo!

This property is fabulous! Beautiful decor, extremely clean, has everything you need and is a great property for a family get a way to Grand Haven. The location is perfect as you can walk to the water, shops downtown and many great restaurants. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it!

We have been vacationing in Grand Haven for more than 20 years, and this was hands down the most beautiful property. Everything is brand new and done with quality materials, beautifully decorated. The living area is one the main floor, with two bedrooms up and one down. The downstairs bedroom was perfect for our daughter and son in law and their infant. The closets are huge, the downstairs walk in closet acted as a perfect spot for the pac and play. Everyone got their own bathroom when we traveled with 5 adults and an infant. Brand new washer and dryer. Location is perfect. Close enough to walk to everything, but a couple of blocks off of the business and restaurant district that can be too noisy on weekends.

We have stayed all over Grand Haven for many many years through VRBO. This condo & location has to be if not The Best, at least one of the top 3. Location is right downtown. This is walking distance to all shops & restaurants. The condo is new, very clean, very comfortable! You can't go wrong with this retal. Thank you David for a wonderful Labor day stay. It was very cold in the lower level bedroom .We adjusted the thermostat on the main floor, it warmed the main and upstairs. We had gone to several stores in the area to look for a small space heater. Meijer and Walmart. Out of stock. It was a cool rainy weekend in April. This room my be comfortable in the summer months. The smoked detector went off in the middle of the night lower level, continuously beeping and saying, " batteries low". We found batteries in the kitchen drawer but, they did not work. We cleaned the contacts (batteries were corroded) bought new batteries and reset the smoke detector the next day.

We've stayed here twice now and intend to return again. Great layout, beautiful modern style that is also extremely comfortable, immaculately kept, high-quality finishes and many thoughtful touches throughout. We decided that the reason we enjoy it so much is because it lives more like a home, not a "vacation rental". The location provides peace and quiet of the neighborhood (great walks) even though it's literally around the corner from the stores and coffee shops and just a few blocks to more great walks along the water. David has been super accommodating and has made us feel very welcome!

What a wonderful stay this was!!!! First, the place was immaculately clean and so beautifully decorated. We were nervous about traveling during COVID and this home put all those fears to rest. It was so well stocked that we had everything we needed and more. David really thought of everything down to blue face towels for makeup removal. We even had board games to play with our girls and Netflix available for family movies. We especially loved the privacy of the attached garage which ended up being bonus considering a blizzard passed through. David was so thoughtful and hospitable when our travel plans had to be adjusted due to the weather. My family is looking forward to returning during warmer weather so that we can take in the area more. No hesitation that we will be returning to David's place soon.
