Nice clean room, great sea views, nice pool area
Noisy hallway door banging very close to our room; unpleasant breakfast with too many people and too much noise, not enough seats for outdoor breakfast, and tables were not cleaned

customer service and front desk were friendly
the room was ancient. We paid a lot of money for this stay. our room was ugly, with leaking bathroom ceilings, and broken lamps, The AC was noisy when we arrived. The bathroom door doesn't close. The towels were old and tattered. The bathroom floods very quickly. The tap and toilet are worn out. The bed is shallow and falls in. All drawers and shelves were falling apart. Wifi also doesn't get connected at all times.
The room did not look at all like the advertised pictures on booking.com.
We spent all our time complaining to the front desk and booking.com. Booking.com took forever to register the complaint. each agent gave us different information about how to raise the complaint and we are still dealing with the issue after the vacation.
Overall it was an awful experience from both booking.com and the hotel. We are surprised by the other positive reviews here.

Staff are superb and can’t do enough for you. Hotel clean with plenty of entertainment / activities all day long. Great hotel for kids and families.
Wifi was poor. Should have more toilets throughout the hotel in public areas and cleaned more regularly.

We liked the beds, the pools were lovely and the food was good. Baby club was good and daughter didn't want to leave! Spa was incredible 😍
The shower wasn't so good and the bugs (grasshoppers) are huge! Didn't enjoy the night entertainment as was super loud, littlest daughter danced along (kind of) at the back but was too much and often too sleepy to enjoy it 😅

Poor Wi-Fi, soft mattress, we was above the restaurant and all night and all day could hear the generator.

I loved the sea view from our room on the 10th floor and that the hotel upgraded from a room on the 3rd floor when I said I wasn't very happy with the sea view as it was partial and had booked a double with axsea view. The staff were wonderful and quickly changed my room for me so I was very happy. The view was amazing we could see the whole bay from lovely balcony.I liked the comfy beds and the room was lovely modern and bright and functional.I liked the breakfast which was a huge buffet with every thing you could want for breakfast huge selection of cold and hot foods, fresh fruits and vegetables. We even had proseco available on Sunday.I liked the resort it was very green with lots of tropical plants and trees and the Swimming pools were very pretty and set out well although not heated. The beach is literally a stones throw from the pool and liked that there was a beach bar and a paved walk way to go for evening walks or cycle rides.I also loved the spa which is in the hotel but semi open with views of the sea and sun beds, with a heated pool Jacuzzi, Sauna Turkish steam room.It cost €15 euro but we'll worth it for 3 hours of complete relaxation and warm water swimming on cooler days.I loved the excursions that the tui holiday reps can sell you and advice you on.We went on a Jeep safari which was so cool and crazy fun.Not for young children though. We also went on a dolphin boat trip and that was so gorgeous beautiful trip and saw so many dolphins would highly recommend. Also I liked that the resort had a chemist a food supermarket lots of gift shops a place to buy flip flops bags kaftans sun cream etc and loads of restaurants and bars just outside main door .The whole place was lovely and I would go back.
I didn't like the constant entertainment noise during the day by the pool .I get that it's a family hotel and the entertainment was mostly for children but it was noisy and not peaceful by the pool where it was hard to relax with a book.I liked that there was music playing but think most of the people there were trying to unwind and relax especialy the parents of young children,so more peaceful or even Spanish music would have been nicer .There was alot of karaoke type English shouty get everyone going music.
I loved the sea being so close but didn't like that you couldn't swim in it as it was too rocky and rough. There was a sandy beach for children to play in and to lie on and sunbathe was nice but it was set back from the sea front behind the path. The hotel can't change the beach obviously but I did feel that the pics on booking are a bit misleading regarding the presence of a sandy beach. However I did discover on my last day that if you walk right to the end of the walk way by the beach you get to another semi sandy beach playa aquila and right at the end of that you have a sandy beach with good access to the water.

Buffet breakfast was amazing. Standard room was clean, huge and cozy.
They could highlight even more canarian style in their menus.

Great location with everything all around. Three nice pools, ocean in 3 min walk. A lot of opportunities to have lunch or dinner. Also I like a huge room with high ceilings.
If you don't want to eat in restaurants all the time, it is a problem to reach a big market as Mercadona or Lidl. You need to rent the car or take a bus which is not comfortable sometimes.

The room was nice with good view and space for a couple. if you wish to have quiet ask for high floor rooms.
Good food in the buffet & in Taverna. Snack aera in fata morgana not at all..The majority of the staff doesn't know to speak English. Dont wait for service(bar aeras, pool, restaurant) except of alacarte restaurants, self service...Cocktails? premade except of payable... 4* accomodations not 4* hospitality. If we will return? Not.... Thats not tui blue concept experience of vacations.

The swimming pools, staff, breakfast buffet. Surroundings, palm trees, cleanness. Two playgrounds for kids. We were able to use a shower in one of the rooms as they did not let us check out late. Overall we enjoyed ourselves and made the most of the holidays but would not go back.
Beds. Firstly every room seems to have two single beds on wheels. The blockage doesn't work and the beds move during the night when you roll over. The mattresses are super thin more like toppers and mine was sliding off the bed.
This arrangement is particularly difficult when you have a small kid that comes to parents bed during the night.
We tried different arrangements, sleeping on the couch but did not get a good night rest.
Also we were given a wrong apartment type and were promised to be moved. This never happened. We were really looking forward to having room with a balcony.

Exceptionally clean, friendly helpful staff. Great spa facilities, especially the 25m pool.
Breakfast buffet too overcrowded most mornings. Pretty chaotic. Didnt expect there'd be so many kids outside the school holidays!
4.5
the staff and the quality of the buffet in each of the meals
the bathroom was a bit small, that could be improved
