Owner, staff was so nice and helpful, lodge it self beautiful, room was super clean and full with small welcoming details. I loved that it was not in the center of town, because I went for nature and got AMAZING view from my rooms window, peace and quiet. And the breakfast - perfect, abundant and delicious.

Very hospitable staff, kind, friendly, and attentive. Small family run business. Beautiful decor.
Limited access to facilities due to early closure in the evening and off limits. Felt very isolated, I wouldn’t want to be here on my own.

The owners were just lovely and the most friendliest people ever me

modern style with a hint of the families history. its a welcoming and really cozy atmosphere
the location is top for skiing and winter walks. the only „negative“ point is, that buses wont drive in the night so you have to walk or take a taxi back to the lodge

There was big squeaking noise from the wooden floor in the bedroom, everytime I walked it was so loud that I was not comfortable waking up at night as the noise would also disturb others. Didn't feel sound privacy so had to whisper at night to talk on phone. Lights are off at night and lounge locked after 5 or so, no place to sit and chill other than room or small tea room which was next to other guests.
The staff are genuinely amazing, they helped me with laundry, super warm welcome. Their breakfast is like from a cartoon fairytale. They are super friendly and kind. So friendly and welcoming.

It makes up for the out-of-town location by its staff and the family that runs the hotel is quite wonderful and made guests feel special and wanted. With a welcome drink and great atmosphere, this hotel also seems to attract the locals for after-work drinks and it would be a great way to feel you are a part of a community rather than just a hotel guest. The room was incredibly cute and clean with deliciously fragrant bath amenities locally sourced from Zurich. A bathrobe was provided and a wonderfully comfortable bed and huge pillow. I would stay here again.
This property is a bit out of the main town (probably 15 min walk). The bathroom was a separate room, and seemed to be shared among more rooms- this wasn't clear from the booking description, so if you require a private bathroom, please double check with the property.

The location, the terrace, the interior are awesome - the cherry on the top? the extremely friendly staff and the passion that you can feel and see everywhere, even in the smallest details! The Lodge is located in a quiet part of the village with amazing view from the room and restaurant :) Highly recommended, would love to come back really soon ;)

Lovely family hotel with a lot of attention to detail, sparkling clean and good food both at breakfast and dinner. There were so many special little touches that made our stay unforgettable. A huge thank you to one and all and to Christine for all our enjoyable chats!!
