Everything was perfect...a beautiful place for my bridal party and i to get ready for my wedding !

The house was very suitable for our family gathering, even had Christmas tree left up for us. The pool was excellent and had lots of pool toys for the teenagers. Lots of areas for people to join together and also to have space to themselves. A great location, handy to shops and restaurants, and to sightsee including a trip to Stradbroke island on the ferry. Lots of handy inclusions in the kitchen and bathrooms.

This home is situated in a great locatin for a family holiday. The children really enjoyed the piano, pool table, and of course the outdoor pool.
An inexpensive flying pan and can opener woud have been helpful in the kitchen.
As a family of 11 we really enjoyed our stay.

Our group was meeting up in Brisbane-from the US and China-for our wedding and family vacation. The house was perfect for us, with plenty of space and comfortable beds. Although it was winter, we were able to enjoy a day sitting around the pool and relaxing. All of the outdoor space was enjoyable. We grilled dinner and sat around the cozy fire pit. The house is perfect for large groups with plenty of linens and easy to use laundry facilities.
All contact was easy and the homeowners were extremely accommodating, especially when my wedding band was late arriving. Debbie-Lyn overnighted it to my hotel in Sydney, right before we were departing for China. I truly appreciate all of her effort! Thank you again and I highly recommend this home.

Debbie-Lyn and Will were fantastic and very communicative hosts. The house is absolutely palatial and very well maintained. We were very impressed by the lovely touch of milk and orange juice provided in the fridge and the chocolates in each room!

Well appointed house with pool. The weather was chilly but the house was cosy Well equipped kitchen with plenty of room for all. Close to Victoria Point shopping centre and Cleveland.

Mt Cotton Wedding
Handy house to all Mt Cotton Wedding venues. Little treats left for quests, including marshmallows for hot chocolate, bottled water for those hot days, Easter eggs and caramello bears. Spirial stairs can be tricky to navigate when two people on them.

Good do with a clean , seating in the main lounge needs work
BBQ needs replacing, dinner plates still had egg yoke on so had to clean before use them, snooker set incomplete, cues had tips missing , it says dog friendly but the fencing is incomplete . Fire wood supplied but unusable no kindling or axe. Not enough seating in the main lounge area for 6 adults. Would not stay here again for the price expected better

Great House for Gatherings
We recently stayed at the property. It was a great location close to shops and Sirromet Winery where we had lunch. We had 5 different families staying with kids ranging from 2-11. The property was bigger enough for us all to be comfortable. The kids loved the pool and outdoor toys provided. Great for gatherings.

What an extraordinary property to stay in for our family holiday.
From the outdoor pool & bbq area to cool down and the pool table, piano & family rooms indoors to enjoy game nights and family dinners in the evening, we made the most of our time at the residence. So clean upon arrival with fresh linen and strawberries with fondue as a welcoming treat. Fantastic location only mins from all you need for food and drinks & an easy trip to all the theme parks. We definitely recommend this estate and hope to return again very soon.

A very spacious home with all the conveniences one could want or need.
This house was very spacious and the outdoor environment was excellent for our family gatherings.
We stayed over Christmas and the owner asked if we wanted decorations for Christmas, we did and they were amazing.
Sometimes in life it's the little things that bring the most joy and, with this property, it was the amazingly thoughtful and welcoming extra little touches that impressed us. My whole family was impressed and we shared a fantastic Christmas period.
All the beds were very comfortable. The house was spotless. There is nothing to be improved here. For example - During our stay, there was one minor maintenance issue with an immediate corrective response from the owner that ensured we were not inconvenienced at all.
Outstanding service and comfort in this place. .

80th birthday celebrations
We booked this house for a family members birthday weekend. The home had everything we required, large kitchen & dining area for everyone to cook & then gather to eat. Great outdoor area with bbq, pool, and a beautiful garden. A very hot weekend so the pool was a welcome addition. Unfortunately the lower floor casual dining area ducted air conditioning wasn't operational but everywhere else it worked well keeping us nice and cool.

Great house & fantastic outdoor area & pool. Our family had the best time & loved every minute of our holiday in this beautiful house. Close to everything & lovely quiet setting. Dennis-Lynn is just amazing & a pleasure to deal with..she couldn’t do enough for us. We will definitely be back x

What a beautiful house this is! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was the perfect base for us as we organised our wedding nearby. The house is lovely and spacious, with some very nice personal touches. We would definitely stay again and had a wonderful time.
