It alternates fully glazed walls and cladding of stained wood that blends into the surrounding vegetation. Its original architecture was designed to maximize volumes and favor views of the Basin. The large picture windows in all the rooms bring light and reinforce this feeling of "house in the trees" with the surrounding vegetation very present.
The villa is accessible by a long private driveway, from a very quiet street (forbidden to cars except residents) close to the lively center of Moulleau (bars, restaurants, shops, departure of maritime shuttles) and access avenue de Montaut beach.

Wifi and TV box + internal network with Ethernet sockets.
Linen, entry / exit cleaning and during the stay, personalized welcome are included in the rental.

Large upstairs living room bathed in light, with living room, dining room (table 8-10 people) and kitchen with central island (5 places), all communicating with a large wooden terrace opening onto the sea (facing South and West - extendable garden table (12 places), armchairs, deckchairs).
Also upstairs, large master bedroom with a 180 cm bed, and second bedroom with 160 cm bed.
Bathroom with Italian shower, double sink and separate WC.
On the ground floor, three bedrooms with two 90 cm beds (joined or not), each having direct access to the garden through a large picture window and a wooden deck (passageway terrace).
They share a bathroom with double sink and bath / shower, and separate WC.
Lingerie with washing machine and dryer.
All bedrooms have very large closets.
Contemporary and very neat interior design and architecture.
An enclosed garden surrounds the house, as well as a wooden passageway with outdoor shower (hot water) for the return from the beach. Garden furniture, plancha.
Possibility to park 2 cars in front of the house.
