About this apartment rental
Modern and luxurious , sunfilled 2 BR apartment with stunning open views for high end travelers, short and long -term renters.
The apartment is outfitted with the most lavish fixtures. This Architectural Digest top 100 designer decorated home has an open concept corner living room. Dining room and kitchen with 13 foot ceiling and 8 oversized windows. The top of the line kitchen has Carrara marble countertop, custom cabinetry and Miele appliances.
One enters this home through the mirrored entry hall with statement making Carrara marble floor, which offers access to the split 2 bedrooms and the oversized entertaining spaces. The master bedroom features blackout shades, a King bed with top of the line Duxiana mattress, and walk-in closet . The designer master bathroom has custom cabinetry, Carrara marble, Kalista fixtures, and Albert& Victoria bathtub. The second bedroom also has a Duxiana bed and its bathroom has tiles with mother - of - pearls inlays. This is an ultra - luxury rental for discerning travelers.

Property location
The building is off Park Avenue, one block to the subway, crosstown and downtown buses, two blocks to Central Park. Neighborhood remains one of the most prestigious in not only NYC , but the entire United States. The Kennedys, the Rockefellers, the Whitneys, and the Carnegies lived here. Quiet, tree lined urban expanse filled with posh residents. But there is a lot more than old money on the Upper East Side.
The Museum Mile throngs with tourists, street artists, and lovers of the arts drawn to its abundance of high culture. You are a 5 min walk from The Metropolitan Museum, Guggenheim Museum, Neue Gallery, Jewish museum , Cooper Hewitt Smithsonian design museum and The Frick Collection just to name a few.
And the eastern side of the neighborhood, toward Yorkville, exhibits a less rarefied character. Second avenue is home to sports bars, Irish pubs, and many excellent restaurants. Fashion - concious shoppers come for the high - end boutiques that line Madison Avenue. The Upper East Side encompasses many diverse lifestyles.

The property was fine. Today I received a notice asking me for $1000 to replace linens. She claimed things were destroyed. Not true. The linens were changed by her housekeeper. There was no damage. Initially she tried to get me to go rent the place without VRBO . I would not do that. She is not a truthful person.

NYC at its best!
Our stay at this fantastic apartment exceeded our expectations. Anna was a superb host and it didn't take long to get settled. The apartment's open space and high ceilings absorbed the abundant sunlight and the tremendous view of the upper east side. The kitchen ad both bedrooms and bathrooms were so nicely appointed with all the necessities including luxurious linens and comfortable beds - so key when staying away from home. After long days of exploring the city we always loved coming home to this apartment.
Things we also loved:
1. One block from the subway station
2. Three blocks from Central Park - a highlight for sure and the reservoir walk is perfect.
3. Restaurants and grocery stores everywhere.
4. Great coffee shops on Madison and Lexington
5. A few blocks from the Metropolitan Museum of Art - depending on how long you are staying, we suggest joining the museum so you can pop in on a regular basis. Extraordinary!
6. The building itself and the people who work there. You will be greeted so warmly every time you leave and enter the building. The doormen and staff are top-notch and very helpful.
7. The apartment is a great place to cook and entertain.
This was our best VRBO experience and we will be back many times. Thanks to Anna and the building staff for making our stay so memorable.

Excellent!
Anna’s house is beautiful and in a wonderful location. You will fall in love with the house the moment you walk in. We enjoyed the view and the stay very much. The house was very clean and well maintained and stocked with all necessities. She was very warm and welcoming and gave us a good tour of the house. She was always available on phone if we had any questions.

Wonderful high-end spacious apartment rental just blocks from Central Park
The property and location were fabulous. Anna was a great host and provided all the amenities one would need in the kitchen as well as other laundry/toiletry needs. The rental was clean and the appliances were high-end. The beds were comfortable and the city views were classic. Can wait to stay here again. Thanks Anna.

Very pleased; high ceilings, great feel, modern and clean
Neighborhood 87 between Lex & Park so very convenient. Lovely building w/doorman. Apartment very nice feel, high ceilings and big windows. Bathrooms modern. All very clean. Will stay there again. Anna very helpful with all questions and responsive. Good for alone or with someone else as 2 nice bedrooms.

Just wonderful
Anna's house was perfect. Her apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable visit to New York. Very clean, the kitchen was well appointed, the view was great and the building was top tier New York living. Anna was responsive whenever I had a question and very kind through the whole visit. We will be back!

A true 5 star experience
The property is spectacular, Anna is the best extremely responsive before, during and after. The neighborhood is great. Whole foods, Butterfield market, birch coffee, awesome local restaurant “gems” and easy access to
Subways and taxi’s. We are already planning our next trip.

It was a stunning apartment with plenty of light, comfortable lounging area, with a beautiful view of New York city. the place was very clean and in a wonderful location. It is close to the park and a lot of stores like Starbucks and Whole Foods. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Manhattan while enjoying the beautiful neighborhood of the upper east side. Anna was extremely helpful and answered any questions we may have had. was a great value!

Excellence in upper East side.
We had a few concerns prior to our trip to Manhattan—safety, virus, new environment. All were put to rest when we arrived. Anna met us to give us a tour and how to-directions for her apt.. She was gracious and very helpful.
We fell in love with her apt.. It was beautiful, spacious, and extremely well Maintained. The safety procedures in the apt. building were very reassuring. This apt., if available, will be our go to place to stay on all of our return visits!

Wonderful place to stay. Enjoyed every single thing
We loved this place, was really a special time to remember.
The apartment is gorgeous with its views and fashionable details, full of light and music (music players in every room).
Our host Anna is gracious, polite and helpful, personally met us almost at midnight. She was always accessible when we needed to.
Great location to everything, with a baby it was a short way to reach Central Park.
Highly recommend and hope to come back one day.

We had a great stay from start to finish. Perfect Upper East Side location with Whole Foods, Starbucks and wine store all within two blocks. Beautiful apartment, owner was very helpful and lovely to deal with. Will absolutely stay again. 10/10!!

The best VRBO in Manhattan - Luxurious Apartment in Upper East Side
WOW! This apartment is absolutely gorgeous - I never wanted to leave! It is clean, open, modern, and comfortable. The views of the city are unreal. The apartment building is located near great restaurants, shops, and the subway. Anna is a great host and is incredibly easy to communicate with. I cannot wait to stay here again! It made our trip so much better.

We are a long time customer of VRBO properties. We would rank this place one of the nicest places to stay! Anna was a very warm and gracious host. She met us upon arrival and toured us through her elegant property. She was very attentive to our needs. The building was very safe and close to everything from subways to places to eat to shopping. The apartment was very comfortable and beautiful. The full kitchen and washer-dryer was a real luxury to find in NYC and an added bonus especially if you are staying more than a few days. Perfect Apartment in Great Location
The apartment was very spacious, clean and in a very tasteful building with a gym and a swimming pool. The location was great as it was only a block and a half away from a grocery store- Whole Foods, and with nice restaurants near to chose from. It is in walking distance to Central Park and only a subway ride away to midtown. Anna met us on arrival was very helpful with information about the building and the area and very responsive to emails. Thank you for a great stay!
