My family and enjoyed our stay at your cabin. It has the perfect woody cabin feel with all the commodity of city life. Perfect size for our family. Definitely would stay again and recommend to anyone else.

A very nice house to stay at, and the owner was easy too get in touch with.

This is a beautiful location/property. The owners were amazingly responsive to any inquiries. It is very spacious; enough for a house full of family and friends, but cozy enough for a smaller couple or group.
Will most certainly return for another stay in the years to come. Ours was a longer-term stay (one month), and the home was perfectly equipped for a home-like stay.
Highly recommend this property!

The property was very nice and peaceful. The owners were in excellent communication with us during our stay during some extreme weather and snow. The property had plenty of room for our family to be together and to also have private space.

Roger was an excellent host and so communicative with us! The house was so spacious and honestly the pictures didn’t do enough justice for this place! So peaceful and quiet when enjoying the hot tub. Perfect little stay with a group of friends for the week. Will definitely keep this one on the radar when making the trek back to Breck!

Everything you needed was there! We had no issues. Location was perfect. It snowed almost everyday while we were there. I can’t wait to go back!

Cabin was exactly as described, very pleased with all accommodations. Enjoyed the beauty of nature, along with the peace & quiet, we even had a few moose encounters! Highly recommend this cabin!

Throughly enjoyed staying among the trees up high on the hill with cool mornings and evenings. House was perfect for family and the dog run cables are well placed. Best part the upstairs balcony looking out on the Rockies - going to miss that the most.

It was a joy...really nice and pleasant time there.
Roger is really responcible.
Plus it has outdoor fireplace which is quite unusual for that area.
I'd recommend this place to everyone and I really hope we could come back there some day.
Colorado is great!

This place was perfect for our family to get together for the Christmas holiday! Close enough for my boys to get the the slopes in the morning while we relaxed by the fire. Plenty is space to be together or spread out for some privacy.
All was as expected when we arrived. Enjoyed the hot tub during the cold nights under the stars.
With the freezing weather this year we had a little snag getting here but it was so worth it.
Will definitely come back another time.
Thank you Roger!!

Well-appointed house in a gorgeous mountainside wooded neighborhood. Property was as described. Enjoyed our family holiday!

The cabin can accommodate a lot of people and was way bigger than I expected based off the pictures. Like the location and only like 12 minutes from town. Upstairs can get a bit hot and downstairs can get a bit cold, but other than that it was great I would go back.

We enjoyed our stay. The cabin was very nice and very well stocked. We enjoyed the gas fireplace. We were excited to see a moose saunter through the backyard one afternoon.

Spotless and comfortable - really nice bedding, plenty of space, hot tub a big bonus, beautiful setting - would love to go back

Amazing stay... clean, spacious and wildlife at the door!
This property was perfect for our stay. We had a group 9 and all were extremely comfortable. Plenty of space to spread out and great outdoor spaces as well. The hot tub was a hit. Also had 3 moose sightings just outside the house. Once was daddy moose, then the other two times was the momma and baby moose. Such a treat! The property host was most accommodating and responded quickly to any communications which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend this property.

We stayed there with my family leading up to a small wedding for our daughter in town. House is clean and had all the amenities. Super helpful when coming from out of town. We had many moose sightings, beautiful deck and backyard and close to downtown Breckenridge. Walking/biking/hiking trails right up the road making for a beautiful sunset hike each night.

We loved our week with our family of 7 in this warm and cozy cabin. It was spacious, clean and comfortable and it was so nice to see that basics were provided….tissue, toilet paper, paper towel etc. The check in process was a breeze and the owner was nice enough to let us check in early because it was available. It’s nestled in a subdivision just above Breckenridge and only a short drive to downtown Breckenridge or the gondola parking lot where we parked to start our day skiing/snowboarding! I highly recommend this rental! We will definitely stay here again!

This was a wonderful place to stay for a ski vacation in Summit County. The house is perfect for a family or multiple families and friends. Besides the open kitchen, dining and living area, there is a loft area with a couch and tv, and a very large, cozy living area with tv and games in the basement. The hot tub was well maintained and hot-perfect for stepping out the back door and sitting in the snowy outdoors under the trees while relaxing after a day of skiing. The bedrooms and couches offered multiple places for everyone to sleep, and easily adjusted heat with a thermostat, gas fireplace, and ceiling fan. The house was well-equipped with towels, bedding, kitchen utensils, dishes, and cookware. The owner was easy to contact and pleasant when we had a question about the grill, which worked perfectly. The availability of the house was another important point. It was available at 1:00, and check out wasn't until 12 pm. This early check in was convenient for us. Overall, I would highly recommend this house for the comfort, price, location, cleaniless, and amenities. Thank you so much for a wonderful ski vacation.

We had a great stay! The house nice and big for all of us. We never felt like we were in each other's way. The house was as pictured. The only thing that I found that inconvenienced us was when we checked in at 4pm the cleaning crew was still there because the people before us did not leave on time. It snowed a good bit while we where there. I was in a front wheel drive car and had to put snow chains on. My sister in-law has an AT4 and never had an issue with getting up the mountain roads to the house. Just something to consider if you rent this place in the winter. Oh, and if you can't figure something out about the house just look around there is a note. for it. I hope you have a great experience like we did.
