Unzumutbar!!!

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, es gab auch glutenfreies Brot, was nicht immer selbstverständlich ist.

Keine wirkliche Begrüßung, man fühlte sich nicht willkommen. Keine Info ab wann und wo Frühstück serviert wird. Eingangshalle sehr ansprechend, das war es dann aber auch. Auf unserer Etage angekommen: Teppich im Flur mit Flecken übersät. Im Zimmer war es nicht besser, sehr altes Mobiliar, sehr schäbig, nur ein Nachttisch, Schalter für Lampen im Bett nicht erreichbar, Verkleidung der Heizung an mehreren Stellen kaputt, trotz geschlossenem Fenster hatte man das Gefühl alle Geräusche der Straße zu hören und das im 3. Stock. Gardinen sahen sehr fadenscheinig und dreckig aus, mochte ich nicht anfassen um sie zuzuziehen. Im Badezimmer war das Fenster geöffnet. Wir haben uns nicht getraut es Nachts zu schließen, weil wir Angst hatten das es rausbricht, so morsch sah es aus. Bei der Abgabe des Schlüssels kam nur die Frage "Zimmernummer?" Hatten das Gefühl, ein extrem schlechtes Zimmer bekommen zu haben, weil wir über Booking.com gebucht haben und das nur für eine Nacht.

Gute Lage, saubere Zimmer, 24h Rezeption

• Das Frühstück. Das Geschirr war z.t. nicht sauber, die Auswahl des Frühstücks ließ zu wünschen übrig. • Das Zimmer sah komplett anders aus, als bei der Buchung von Booking angezeigt. Es war sehr hell, da das Zimmer eine große Glasfront hatte und das Rollo viel Licht durchließ. Die Zimmerbeleuchtung war schwierig individuell zu nutzen. Es gab nur eine Zimmerkarte, an die da Licht gekoppelt war. Schwierig, wenn man mehr als eine Person ist. •15€ Parkgebühr pro Nacht

If the price is good is worth rhe stay, if too high then look around

Location is nice, in the center and the rooms are sound isolated so we did not hear anything. AC worked fine.The parking is ok, a bit unusual using an elevator, if unsure best to visit it first and then decide as people parking in front of the elevator at -2 make it difficult to manoeuvre for a 5 m long car. But otherwise all good.

The walls are dirty as not everything is covered in tiles in the bathroom area. So light switches were not working. And the windows did not close properly but this did not cause us any discomfort.

N.a.v. de referenties bij booking.com waren mijn verwachtingen te hoog...

Locatie was super. Dichtbij het centrum.

De airconditioning deed het niet. Slaapbank was niet comfortabel. Personeel was aan het vloeken . Er hing een weeige lucht in de gang en kamer. Op de foto bij boeken bestond de kamer uit twee verdiepingen, dit klopte niet met de werkelijkheid.

Kamers en locatie top, maar vreselijk personeel

Mooi ingerichte en ruime kamer

Ons ontvangst was verschrikkelijk. Een jongen nogal ongeïnteresseerde man, die alle vragen te veel vond. korte antwoorden gepaard met diepe zuchtten. Totaal niet klantvriendelijk en totale afknapper zo aan het begin van je verblijf.

Zimmer optisch sehr schön ansonsten aber nicht weiterzuempfehlen für diesen Preis!

Dusche stellenweise verschimmelt und mit einem schwarzen Haarbüschel an der Abdichtung; Duschkopf defekt - am Ende stand das halbe Bad unter Wasser; Klimaanlage defekt - trotz 5 Grad Einstellung kaum auszuhalten in der Nacht; Bei Ankunft Einstellung der Klimaanlage auf heizen und 30 Grad - das Zimmer war eine Sauna! Beim Frühstück gute Auswahl an Wurst/Käse ansonsten aber eher low budget Qualität (Rührei, Brötchen, Obst...)

Disappointed for the parking and facility

The location is wonderful. The family room is big enough. The beds are clean.

The air conditioners is not cold enough. The room is too warm to sleep. There are no refrigerator and water cooker in the room. We had to ask for a water cooker for the reception and the water cooker is limited. When I search a hotel in booking.com I specially search for hotel that with available parking but this hotel in fact have only very little parking and can't book the parking lot in advance, at the end we had to search our own parking when we arrived. I m not happy with that. The room had mosquito and insects, it's not great.

Great hotel, will definitely use again when we visit Ulm.

Fantastic location, right in middle of town, but no noise. Room was large, with sofa and armchair as well a large double bed. 3minute walk into town center. We could see Ulm Munster from our window. Underground parking was a bonus.

Really good value for money

– Good location – Friendly and helpful staff – A bottle of water in the room – Modern and stylish room

– No opportunity to make a cup of coffee or tea (no kettle in the room) – No body lotion (it would be nice to have it)

Cool hotel and nice city

The room is very cozy. The breakfast is better than I expected. The car lift is cool! The location is great. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The shower is built that way that there is no door to fully close the shower, that’s why it’s a little cold in it

after solving very quickly some problems with shower drain and Internet, overall our stay was very nice.

Not a fan of the carpeted floor. Hotel rooms shouldn’t have carpeted floors due to hygiene reasons. The breakfast provider couldn’t bother to serve fresh bread rolls, but the ones they didn’t sell yesterday, reheated.
