I liked the location, and the facilities were ok. The pool was clean and in a central location in the park,. The laundry was nice and clean.
I didn't like that there was mouse poo all over the studio i stayed in. On the benches, on top of the fridge, all over the floor, in piles under the bed. I was too disgusted to use the kitchen facilities. That ruined it for me.

Unit was fine. Dated, a little rundown, but OK. Amenities Block was very good - plenty of room, clean, great shower. (Much better than the unit itself!)
The shower had terrible water hammer! Unusable. However, we went across to the Amenities Block, which was very good instead.

The cabin was clean and comfy. Swimming pool was great too.
Can't really think of any improvements :)

The location
The female staff was rude upon check in, rushed us through check in and refused to give an extra key claiming it cost $300 if it got lost although the extra key was hanging on our rooms hook. We asked for a late check out and she bluntly said no we’ve got lots of rooms to clean. Her tone was aggressive. In saying that I was well aware that when I was entering Young we would experience racist people.

The location and that there were lots of trees for shade
That the pool hours were 9am to 6pm and it was really hot and would have been nice to swim after 6pm.

Room was new and in good condition
Wi fi marginal, few more utensils in the kitchen area, at least a can opener

We stayed for 3 nights for a Bowls comp. and we got everything we wanted. Toaster, microwave, hot water. Didn't look much around the place, but it looked pretty nice. The manager is top with a nice sense of humour. Will be back next year around the same time.

Lovely woman at reception. Open spaces. Very smart neatly maintained areas.
Suggest larger cabin numbering.
Although we had clear directions shown to us. It was not easy to find the number during daylight. A pizza delivery or an ambulance would find it difficult.

Location was good
Too expensive for what we got. Room clean but smelt bad. Could hardly move in very small cabin with a very small bed. Not at all like what we expected.
