Blair Holiday Apartment is only a 10 minute drive into the Wellington CBD, and is located in the northern suburb of Johnsonville. This newly built and well fitted out apartment has all of the modern needs and wants to ensure a comfortable home away from home.

The apartment has a fully equipped modern kitchen, dining table, large lounge with SKY TV, two bedrooms (sleeps 5) both with ensuites. North and south facing deck. WIFI, Quality linen, towels and kitchen/dining equipment provided.

Situated on a quiet side street only 1 minute walk from a supermarket, restaurants and a shopping centre you will have everything close at hand. The apartment is also within walking distance to trains and buses into Wellington Central.

Other close attractions - 10 mins drive to Petone, Hutt City, or Porirua, all with large shopping centres.

Beaches - Plimmerton 15 mins North, Oriental Parade, Wellington 15 mins. Kapiti Coast 30 mins.

Wellington Airport 30 mins away.

Such a great apartment to stay in. Everything was literally a minute walk away - the restaurant Wilsons BBQ did great food . Heaps of space , lovely and warm on arrival, great shower and most importantly it felt clean. Would love to use again in the future !

Our family loved our stay here and was perfect for our older family of 5. Beautifully appointed, lots of space for us to spread out and especially appreciated the two bathrooms with having adult children. We loved the view out the windows looking at the hill tops as well as only walking distance to shops and restaurants. Would stay here again if we visit NZ again. Thanks so much!!

Spotlessly clean, modern spacious and with all the comforts of home. Handy to Wellington City (15 minutes drive, 20 minutes by train, think there is a bus also). Supermarkets and eating places very clise by. Friendly host. What more could you ask for We (2 couples) thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A modern clean well equipped apartment with parking ..a 3 minute walk to the shops and supermarket.The train station is a 5 minute walk with regular trains going into Wellington that take about 25 minutes ...an inexpensive ride...OK the view's from the apartment might not be the best....but it suited our needs visiting from the UK for one week

The apartment is modern, clean, warm and comfortable. Very handy for public transport links, supermarkets and a number of fast food restaurants. The owners were professional and responsive to questions. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Good location. Comfortable and clean but we were thrown by the two steep flights of stairs to get in - two of our party are over 80. Other than that, this was a pleasant stay.

The apartment was spacious and well appointed with all of the comforts of home. Well located in Johnsonville and easily accommodated 2 couples. Check in was simple and we appreciated the midday checkout - highly recommend this accomodation.

I grew up in the area.On this occasion and for the future we need to stay in accomodation. A new experience however this apartment made not only the transition but a visit to Wellington so pleasing. I would recommend Blair Holiday Apartment to anyone visiting for holiday, business or whatever a as perfect spot. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean and has everything you need. Proximity to public transport, shops and motorway is ideal.

Fabulous host, and excellent spacious unit with full facilities. Parking space a little challenging and downstairs shared with bustling business downstairs. We found it noisy with KFC right next door and if the windows are open oil frying smells too. Can hear road noise and street trucks with panelbeater business downstairs early morning. Stairs are steep so need to be.able to navigate. Great upstairs apartments tho noise a factor during our stay. Thanks kindly Rachelle 😊

We found this property well appointed and very well kept. It was as described but in a number of ways better overall. We were there at the time the Interislander were have boat issues and at very short notice had to change our date. Rachelle was fantastic to Doral with at this time and subsequently we immediately booked her place again a month later.

We stayed at this property when my son was competing at NZ nationals. It was close to everything we needed and a easy drive to the track. The apartment was clean, tidy and had everything that we needed. Comfortable beds and two ensuites! Great stay, highly recommend this property.

This is a comfortable apartment that is walking distance to delicious restaurants and convenient buses to downtown Wellington. The space is open with a lot of natural light and modern darkening blinds in the summer. The beds are comfortable and it is easy to relax after a busy day!

Little luxury apartment, walking distance to busses and trains to the city. Close to almost anything you might need. Good parking with easy on off motorway access. Very quiet and clean and we loved having two bathrooms.

Situated within a five minute walk to everything, including trains, buses, shopping centre, cafes, pub, and restaurants. It met and exceeded our expectations brilliantly, you like us will love it.
