The location of this home at the very end of the Island Club village is ideal setting for a relaxing vacation at Put-in-Bay. This home can sleep up to eight guests with the three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Guests enter through a coded front door, eliminating the hassles of keys. There is a fully equipped kitchen complete with full size appliances and everything you need to make and serve a meal. The living room is cozy with seating areas and a television with satellite service. Off of the living area is a sliding glass door that leads to the nice brick patio area. There are many mature trees that provide a comfortable shady sitting area. There is a picnic table and a propane grill. The driveway can accommodate up to two vehicles.

The outside of the property was in need of repair. The gutters were hanging off the backside of the house. The hallway toilet seat was broke the cover to the HVAC closet area was stacked with dust. The unit was clean. The furniture was nice. The carpet in the bedrooms was stained terribly, the layout of the unit was very nice and spacious. The staff was very helpful and courteous golf rental. Staff was excellent as well. The unit was just in need of repair. We have absolutely no concerns with the staff from booking to check out. Everyone was wonderful we definitely would book with your company again .

We had a question about the Roku (rainy day), called and someone was onsite within a few minutes. They also replaced our grill (this took 2 calls). We rated amenities lower as there was only 1 small frying pan and we cooked our own meals for a week making that difficult.

The listing read that there was a queen-sized bed and a roll out sofa and slept 8. There was no queen bed, just two full size beds in the same room. We had to move one of the full-sized beds into the living room for everyone to have a place sleep. Everyone was cramped and had a difficult time sleeping. The two twin bunk beds over full were so small that one person had to sleep on the floor and our party was only 7 people with one 6-year-old. The listing read no cleaning fish or pets, yet it sure seemed like everyone else in the Island Club rentals was cleaning fish and had pets at their condos. We did appreciate letting us keep the golf cart one extra day, but communication with the management company was difficult, no one ever returned my calls. My family made the best of it and had a great time watching the eclipse from in-town, but we will be looking for other places to stay the next time we come up to Put-in-Bay. Thanks.

Always have a blast at Put In Bay! The cabin was nice for all 8 of us to fit comfortably in! Loved the bigger living room gave a lot more space for if you wanted to put down like 2 big air mattress as well! The beds were not the best so id suggest just bringing an air mattress anyway to sleep on but other than the one couch you sink into everything else was great!! Cabin stayed nice and cool but there was to be a leak in the propane tank for the grill so we had to call for a new one to get delivered. Will most definitely come back i love the little community back there and everyone is so friendly! Highly recommended!

We have stayed at Island Club several times over the years. We enjoy it because of the pool and location. Someone needs to replace the beds and one of the couches. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and almost at times caused you not to sleep. The couch basically sucks you in because it is broke and you need to rock back and forth to get off the couch.

The place was clean and easy to find but the walls were amazingly thin. You could hear someone showering like they were in the room. The site and staff when calling were not user friendly and I am still waiting on a response on the security deposit that I did not get back yet. It was extra cool that our golf cart was waiting at the cabin and a guy came around to sign the contract and show us how to use it.

Everyone we worked with was extremely pleasant but the facility itself is in desperate need of upgrading. The carpet was so stained and dirty I was afraid to walk around barefoot. The mattress’ in the “master” were so worn it felt like sleeping in a ditch. I think the box springs where broken. The one toilet was leaking and shimmed up with spare flooring. There where moldy holes in the walls and floor. Just kind gross especially for the price.

Our group consisted of 6. The house is cute in/out and in a great location but there are some things that should be known. I paid over 1300 dollars for a one night stay on a holiday weekend and I don't feel like my stay was worth 1300 specifically that house. I know in the agreement there is a section for maintenance and repair but we only stayed for one night less than 24 hrs and we made do for that night. Upon arrival the garbage can was completely full so the top lid would not close. Half of the outlets in the house did not work or did not hold a phone charger, the charger would just fall out of the outlet. The thermostat worked but is hanging out of the wall. It also took over 5 minutes for the a/c to turn on. The (1st bdrm - 2 full beds) there is dip in the floor between the bedroom and the bathroom. There is also a dipping noise in the bathroom. Both rooms with bunk beds were very wobbly and not very sturdy. In the main bathroom the toilet feels like it's dipping/sinking in. The living room couch that is in front of the windows, the middle seat is broken and sinks and lastly the front pouch light flicked once but never turned on. Like I said before we stayed for less than 24 hrs and made due but Please make aware of these items. If anyone has any questions or concerns please feel free to reach out to me.

Nice folks that run the operation and they were very nice to squeeze us in with no advance reservation.The house was clean but we had to go into town and buy light bulbs because the chandelier had burnt out bulbs the light on the end table was broken, so it was quite dark in the living room. The bulb in the kitchen light was also burned out,The screens in the sliding door is missing, the screen in the front door was half missing and the mosquitos poured into the house if you opened the door at night.

Maintenance was very nice and helpful and we still had a nice stay but it was very unnerving staying there wondering if someone would decide to come in again. I rarely provide reviews but motivation exists in this instance. Our until was downright disgusting. We will never stay again with Island Club rentals. Had we paid a cheap or discounted rate perhaps the conditions would have been expected but for the extremely high rate what our family (with children) encountered was a surprise. The living room reeked of puke. Many light bulbs were out. Cable TV didn't work. Two windows had no blinds. The finishes and furniture were below trailer park grade. Shower heads were bolted into rotting wood. The carpet and floors were generally dirty. Window screens were broken. Doors didn't close. The utensils and kitchenware was random, heavily aged and generally old. It is beyond obvious that the management of the unit doesn't care about guest focus. Arguments can not be made to refute each individual issue. The above summarizes the interior. The exterior environment is the opposite of family friendly. We were surrounded by 6 bachelor and bachelorette parties, some of which were raunchy. Many parties obviously exceeded the capacity of the units. I fully endorse partying and having a good time, and if that is what Island Club is endorsing as it's business plan for guests then great, just let it be know. We got back from a family baseball game to find a new group had taken up residence next door and pinned up a life size naked male on their patio window. After explaining what a bachelorette party is to the children we turned the experience into a funny one, but we had no other choice. We were awoken three nights in a row from 1:30-3:30am. Put-in-bay is a great place and people need lodging on the island to party. Just let it be known that is who you cater to. Good luck and please take a serious look at Unit 99, it's disgusting.

I have stayed many years at Island Club. This year, the house was sadly very dirty and many features were broken: coffee pot, lamps, porch lights, blinds, screen door. My baby nephew crawled on the floor for five minutes and his knees were black! I would have made a repair request via the app, but I had no cell signal or wifi at the house, nor did I want to co-ordinate a visit from maintenance when I was trying to tour the island. This was an affordable option, but I doubt that I will use it again.

The only things we could complain about was the screen on the front door was torn & the sprayer on the kitchen sink didn't work right. My husband took the sprayer attachment off so neither problem affected our stay. We had a great time & loved the taxi service, very nice guys! One of them even brought my daughter's wallet back to the house on Sun. AM when it was discovered missing. Everything was in it. People working on the island were all very friendly!

The cottages are the best way to save money and travel with friends to the island! This is our 4th stay and it was perfect as usual. The coffee maker was broken and the trash was filled when we got there, but after an easy message on the app, they promptly took the trash and brought a new coffee maker. No complaints and we are already planning on staying there next year.
