Super schöne und große Unterkunft
Ein sehr schön und zeitlos eingerichtetes Ferienhaus (endlich mal Hollandurlaub mit normalgroßen Betten).
Die Lage war ebenfalls super und mit der separaten Wohnung gut aufgeteilt.
Negativ war leider die Sauberkeit, Sturmschaden nicht beseitigt und das die Haupteingangstür nicht wirklich genutzt werden konnte.

Das Haus liegt in einer Siedlung, es ist sehr ruhig und man fühlt sich wohl. Man bekommt das, was man sieht, also die Fotos sind real. Man hat ausreichend Platz, der Garten ist sehr groß und der Strand ist auch sehr nah. Rundum ein schöner Urlaub.

Zeer mooi en ruim opgezet huis. Goed onderhouden en schoon. Vlak bij het strand. (Binnen 400 meter zit je op het strand) waar een mooi strand met leuke strandtenten.
Huis is perfect. Wij komen graag nog eens terug.

Das Objekt war soweit okay, wir hatten zwar zwei Tage kein warmes Wasser und keine Heizung, dafür haben wir eine Erkältung mit nach Hause genommen.
Es gab lauter Anweisungen im Haus, was zu tun und zu lassen ist, eine Anleitung zur Müllentsorgung fehlte.
Wir mussten vor Anreise viel rum telefonieren und wieder zu Hause wurde uns vorgeworfen, wir hätten die Entreinigung nicht bezahlt.

Tolle Lage
Das Haus ist sehr schön und in einer sehr guten Lage. Leider waren wir nach dem Winter die ersten Gäste und für unseren Geschmack hätte da noch mal Staub gewischt und gesaugt werden müssen, vor allem die ganzen Spinnweben auch am Bett, das war nicht schön. Für unser Empfinden ist das Haus ein bisschen zu voll gestellt mi Möbeln und Deko . Für das Hundebettchen war nicht wirklich Platz. Ansonsten haben wir noch nie ein so gut eingerichtetes Haus gehabt. Wir mussten nichts kaufen! Es war von Öl über Gewürze, Toilettenpapier, Spüli alles vorhanden. In der Beschreibung steht allerdings abgeschlossener Garten das ist nicht so, da das Gartentor vorne fehlt. Somit kann der Hund jederzeit nach vorne raus laufen, ansonsten war es ein toller Aufenthalt und wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Sauberes und sehr gut aufgeteiltes Haus
Klasse Lage zum Strand. Allerdings zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten muss man mit dem Auto fahren, was aber kein Problem war. Grundsätzlich war das Haus sauber. Nur bei Geschirr und Besteck mussten wir ein wenig nachreinigen, was aber wohl eher an den Vormietern gelegen haben könnte. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus und der klasse Aufteilung. Für 2 Paare optimal mit 2 komplett eigenständigen Wohneinheiten.

Großzügiges Haus in ruhiger Lage
Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und gut ausgestattet. Bäder und Rückzugsecken sind reichlich vorhanden. Den Garten konnten wir wegen des schlechten Wetters nur bedingt nutzen, ist aber ruhig gelegen und bietet viel Platz; gut mit Hund nutzbar.

Superschönes Haus, gemütlich und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet,
Wir waren ein verlängertes WE in Julianadorp, wir kommen hier schon 30 Jahre, allerdings ist das Haus von Fam. Lambrecht mit keins zu vergleichen, sehr gemütlich und Liebevoll eingerichtet, und Alles was man braucht ist da, Ein sehr schöner Garten , wir werden sicher noch öfter hier verbleiben .

Toller und erholsamer Urlaub
Eins der schönsten Häuser in der Anlage. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und keine Wünsche blieben offen. Das Haus, das Grundstück alles hat gepasst. Unsere Hunde haben das eingzäunte Grundstück sehr genossen und sehr viele Sonnenstunden im Garten verbracht. Auch eine sehr nette Nachbarschaft rechts wie links vorhanden. Auf diesem Weg drücken wir den Eigentümerm zur linken Hand, dass ihr schönes Haus genauso wenn nicht noch hübscher nach dem Wasserschaden wieder hergestellt wird.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit einem sehr gepflegten Anwesen zu einem fairen Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
Drei Badezimmer, vier Fernseher, schnelles WLAN, freundlicher Verwalter - es blieben keine Wünsche offen (ganz im Gegensatz zu einem einheimische Vermieter in der selben Siedlung).

Spitzenurlaub im 5-Sternehaus
Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsen und 1 Hund zum zweiten Mal im Ferienhaus Lydia. Das Haus liegt absolut ruhig, ist toll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der große Garten ist sicher eingezäunt, somit konnten wir auch unseren Hund mal frei laufen lassen. Zum Strand sind es ca. 500 m und zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca. 2 km.
Der nächste Aufenthalt steht noch in diesem Jahr an und für 2017 ist bereits angefragt...das sagt doch alles, oder.

Ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen
Wir haben im Haus Lydia ganz entspannt und ruhig unser Weihnachtsfest gefeiert. Es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Was für mich immer ganz wichtig ist.....Sauberkeit! Schon allein dafür gibt es von mir alle Sterne :-) . Man ist ruckzuck am Strand. Es war zu derzeit zwar sehr stürmisch, aber unsere Hunde und wir hatten trotzdem sehr viel Spass am Strand.Auch für die Abwicklung der Formalitäten und die Hausverwaltung vor Ort gibt es von mir alle Sterne. Insgesamt gesehen kann ich also nur sagen: sehr empfehlenswert! Christel H.

Super Haus, super Lage
Wir haben mit 4 Personen und 1 Hund 2 wundervolle Wochen verbracht. Die Lage ist supernah am Strand, eingezäut, riesiger Garten und es fehlt im Haus an nichts und das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir würden dieses Feriendomizil auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Einen kleinen Abzug jedoch für Sauberkeit/Putzkolonne.

Das Haus und das große Grundstück sind optimal um einen ruhigen Urlaub zu verbringen,die Nachbarn sind Nett und ruhig.zum Strand sind es zu Fuß nur ein paar Minuten und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind keine 2km entfernt,mit dem Fahrrad ist man schnell in Den Helder oder Callandsoog da die Radwege gut ausgebaut sind. Wir waren das zweite mal in dem Ferienhaus und es war wieder sehr schön,das große Grundstück und das Haus bieten alles was man braucht um einen ruhigen Urlaub zu haben. Der Strand ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ca. 2km entfernt,mit einem Fahrrad ist man schnell in Den Helder oder Callandsoog denn es gibt gut ausgebaute Radwege. Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsen und 1 Hund im Ferienhaus Lydia .Wir verbrachten 2 sehr schöne erholsame Woche dort. Super Haus ,sehr ruhig gelegen, großer Garten mit Zaun was unserem Hund gut gefiel denn er konnte frei toben. Abstellraum für Fahrräder ist auch vorhanden.Sehr zu empfehlen! Ein Ferienhaus das seine Sterne verdient
Nachdem wir schon mehrfach in De Zandlooper Ferienhäuser gemietet haben, bekamen wir diesmal genau das Haus was wir immer suchten. Hier stimmte einfach alles. Angefangen von der Hausverwalterin bis hin zum sehr nett gestalteten Haus. Wir fühlten uns von Anfang an wie zu Hause angekommen und werden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Wie nach Hause kommen
Wir, mein Mann und ich waren zum zweiten Mal im Haus Lydia und bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal. Wir haben die Zeit und die Ruhe wieder sehr genossen. Es ist ein super Haus mit allem Komfort, nett eingerichtet mit einem großen gepflegten Garten. Es hat 2 Badezimmer mit Duschen. Die Kueche hat alles an Geraeten was man braucht. Sonst war alles wie es beschrieben wird. Sehr zu empfehlen.
Zum dem wunderschoenen Strand geht man ungefaehr 10 Minuten.
Wir waren taeglich mit den Raedern unterwegs, der Weg durch die Duenen ist einfach himmlich. Man kann Kilometer weit fahren.
Zum Einkaufszentrum sind es gerade mal 2-3 Km, im Supermarkt Deen bekommt alles was das Herz begehrt, es gibt aber auch einen Aldi und Lidl.
Wir haben jetzt schon wieder Heimweh und hoffen sehr das wir naehstes Jahr
Julianadorp und das Haus Lydia wiedersehen.

Wunderschönes großes Haus nah zum Strand
Wir verbrachten zu viert bei herrlichem Wetter wunderschöne Tage in dem Ferienhaus Lydia. Besonders angenehm finden wir die kurze Anreise nach Julianadorp. Als Radfahrer sind die Fahrten durch die Dünenlandschaft immer wieder ein Erlebnis. Unvergleichlich sind auch die Sonnenuntergänge am Strand.
Das Haus verfügt über eine angenehme Raumaufteilung und auch der große Garten gewährt im Urlaub viel Privatsphäre.
Gerne kommen wir in dieses Haus zurück.

Ein super Haus mit viel Komfort – geschmackvoll eingerichtet – sehr ruhig gelegen – großer Garten zum Spielen und Entspannen – 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum herrlichen Sandstrand – zwei Wohnzimmer, um sich zurückzuziehen, um fernzusehen oder zu lesen – zwei Bäder, kein Gerangel – viel Platz zum Entspannen, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen.
Alles war wie im Internet aufgeführt!

Die ganze Abwicklung von der Buchung bis zur Rücküberweisung der Kaution – Verbrauch (Strom/Wasser/Gas) hat reibungslos, freundlich und zügig geklappt.
