Excellent clean and comfortable apartment.

Well equipped and very clean apartment. Matched description accurately. Good location, within walking distance of centre. Easy to collect keys and access property. Lovely cafe and Spar shop just down the road.

Overall, clean, cosy and warm place to stay.

Location was very good, and as a family, to find some toys for our little ones was great. Facility has had essential things to make our stay comfortable.

Beds would have been more comfortable, and there was no normal tea.

It was very nice me and my friend enjoyed ourselves and came home to a nice warm household

Very uncomfortable mattress and shower height adjuster broken.

It was very clean. It was a 25 minute walk to the city. It was quiet. The WiFi worked.

The mattress was thin and of very poor quality, such that the springs could be felt. I had very little sleep and my back aches. The slider to raise and lower the shower height was broken so I either had to crouch down or hold the shower head throughout. There were no spaces in the road to park in and the three spaces at the front of the property were not accessible to me. There was tea and sugar but no coffee or milk. There was no where to put shampoo, soap, etc in the shower, such as a shelf or basket.

Clean and fully-equiped studio in great location and quiet road, with a communicative host.

Ivana being available to reach easily definitely made a huge difference in my stay. Having stayed in other places before where communication was a nightmare this is definitely now one of my priorities when booking. The studio was well organised and very clean. Had all I needed really for a stay.

These are simply improvement suggestions, nothing that made me change my mind about returning. - The pillows were too thick for my taste - I might bring my own next time and that should do. But maybe I'd suggest adding a thinner one as an option if you guys can :) - Also although there was a good-sized clothing hack which came very handy, some drawers or baskets would also make a great addition to store clothes. - Shower head can do with descaling to allow for more water pressure. Again, nothing major!

４人で１部屋を予約し、支払い済みでしたが、当日朝にになりキャンセルされたと連絡がきた。カスタマーセンターに連絡を続けて、泊まることができた。問い合わせに半日を要しました。支払い済みで予約完了でも安心できないです。結局、４人家族で 2部屋を予約させられ、高い支払いをしました。

Clean, solid size room, tv with a lot of channels fridge, easy free parking on the street.

No coffee, no milk, no shower gel. Very fat and hard pillow. Cca 25 min walk to the centre.

Cosy apartment, well positioned and ample parking

Good kitchen facilities with a coop not too far away, easy walking distance to the open top bus route too which we utilised

Bit small for 3 people and with the pull out sofa bed, would be more comfortable for 2

Good value and very clean - a good overnight stay.

It was good value for money. We just stayed for a few hours overnight but were impressed with the cleanliness of the place and facilities offered in such a small place. It was a quiet neighbourhood.

The bed wasn’t comfortable for me but that’s just my preference. Also the walls between the studios are quite thin.

Overall great location, cosy apartment and great value

Very nice, clean one bedroom apartment

The only thing is the sofa bed didn’t had a mattress as such, so instead we laid the fine mattress in the floor instead of the open sofa I hope that makes sense

super comfortable

The bed was super comfortable; so comfortable that I did not want to get up. I found the place very quiet. Everything was extremely clean. There are some kitchen appliances that can be used. The bathroom is not too small and the shower was perfect. It’s not super close to the city centre, but is a nice walk. Very convenient self check-in.
