Lovely clean property exactly as described, definitely recommend

Exactly as described. Everything explained clearly. easy walking distance of the beach and strip. The cleaners were efficient and very friendly. Sweet small touch’s bottles of water in the fridge on arrival and a pot with biscuits and tea and coffee. Room was a nice size and a beautiful view from the balcony. Would definitely return.

bathroom flooded a lot! shower curtain went across to include toilet which meant water went all over the floor and the shower head was pointed so that if you weren’t directly under it at all times the water just went directly on the floor. They did leave a mop in the bathroom.. I soon understood why.

Absolutely perfect! Could not have wished for anything else

Very clean, close to everything, great AC, good size on the room, nice to have a own small kitchen.

Lovely appartment by the sea

Location was perfect, few minutes to the beach, 10 minutes walk to the strip, next to little supermarket but quiet at night, with balcony having view at the sea in distance. Kitchen small but got everything. Owners lovely and kind. Room cleaned every day.

Great weeks stay

It was a perfect location from the strip and the beach, it was in an area that wasn’t too busy or loud, the staff were very communicative and accommodating

The shower was hand held and was half the height of me, there was no door so the whole bathroom would get soaked after every shower, if you’re going for the nightlife, you have to be quiet past 11 so not great for pres

Superb

Everything was fine, Nikos is a good host. He helped us with all questions. AC is working well. Good location near the beach where we meet turtles almost on the shore 👍

The shower room is quite small and half open.

unforgettably beautiful and relaxing

i had such fond memories of pavlos studios sad that i booked my stay there again at the beginning of june 2023 without hesitation, the welcome was more than warm and it's nice to be so welcome, loving renovations have been made and i really want to go back.

For the price, I thought it was a good property. We enjoyed our stay there.

The location of the property is great, the car park outside makes it extra conveniant when travelling by car. It's a 2 minute walk to the beach, and bars and restaurants. The room was cleaned every second day which was nice.

I thought the photos were a bit missleading, it is a nice property but the room we have was a bit old. The beds were very squeeky and it was difficult to take a shower without flooding the place.

Exceptional

Hosts are incredible, they are always smiling, kind and helpful. They really care about their guests. We were allowed to stay an extra day for free because of our very late flight. They waited with us for taxi to be sure if it will come in time. The room was really clean. The place was near the Beach, supermarkets and restaurants. Though there was quite quiet and good for sleeping. The beds and pillows were comfortable.

Because of curtains of the shower you should take a shower very carefully, otherwise water can leak on the flour.

Very good

Location was very close to the beach and nightlife, but far enough so that it’s very peaceful in the nights. Comfortable and clean rooms.

The air-con is locked for 25deg. C and on warm nights, it can get stuffy. Would be nice if the aircon temperature is adjustable as per individual preference.

Lovely stay

We stayed here for 4 nights, and everything was great. The host was waiting for us when we arrived, showed us everything and we could start our vacation. The place was spotless, we also had a room with a sea view! Everything is like in pictures. They also cleaned our room during our stay, the cleaning lady was very kind and nice to us. We did not cook or anything but as we saw the kitchen had basic equipment. There was a coffee machine and a kettle as well. It has also a nice garden. Overall we liked here and would stay here again.

My stay in Pavlos studios has been great ! The owners are very kind and hospitable, the apartments are far enough from the center for not being dirturbed by the noise of the people in Laganas but quite near to reach it by walking less than 10 minutes on the beach. Very confortable also the inner parking. My apartment was in the corner at the first floor, the view was wonderful. Exceptional cleaning service with linen change every two days. I absolutely suggest this studios for a stay in Laganas.

I recommend this place with all my heart. Owners very nice and helpful. They have their own garden with fruit. They allow you to try these fruits with pleasure. A place very close to the beach. Restaurant. Clubs and bars. Everyone will find something for themselves. I highly recommend and definitely go back there :)

The location is very close to the beach. Rooms have everything you need, beds are comfortable, free parking infront. Room was very nice with LED lightning in 4 or 5 options, if you want to be romantic. Host is very nice and helpfull. We have lovely stay!

Exceptional

The location is very close to the beach but it is far away from the noise. Close to the supermarket, good restaurants, nice beach. The host was very nice and they offered us an early check-in whith no charge as we had a morning flight and we were with a little kid. We are very grateful for all their kindness. The accomodation has everything you need.

We had a wonderful stay here!

Everything was amazing! The hosts were really friendly and responded to our questions very fast. The location is great as well: it is a few minutes away from the city centre, so you can easily reach it on foot. Even though there is no direct access to the beach, it takes a couple of minutes to reach it. The rooms are cleaned every day, the air conditioning is working without any issues.

Beautiful, perfect for couples, location is excellent, amazing hosts, we would stay again 100%

The location is perfect you’re no more than a 1 minute walk from a small market shop, the beach and all the restaurants on the main beach front. The clubs, food places and main town is about a 25 min/half an hour walk. The place itself is a really pretty building and very well presented, The staff were so helpful they even helped book a taxi for our departure. We hired a car from the vehicle renting place behind the apartment building which I definitely recommend doing if you’re someone like us who can’t stay in the same place or just relax, as taxis are expensive to get to all the other towns and the landmarks ect. The rooms were clean and tidy and get cleaned every day! It’s a perfect place to stay for couples we would definitely stay again

( we stayed in the room that hadn’t been updated, the others might be completely different) The room we stayed in wasn’t very modern or updated. the shower was really small especially for my 6’4 partner, and water would leak out everywhere so we were constantly having to mop the floor and all our towels would get soaked and dirty. The pillows and bed were really hard. Usually you have a soft pillow and a hard one but they were all so uncomfortable. it’s a small thing and not important to some or most people but we really struggled without a full length mirror to look at our outfits or even do our hair we only had a small square on we could see our faces in. REGARDLESS of this I still WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE I never usually do reviews so please if you’re not bothered about any of this ignore the negatives because tbh we didn’t really care either we would 100% stay again, especially for the price, location and lovely hosts.

Tiny, but cosy studio, very close to the beach. Seaview from the bed. Small shop nearby for any grosseries you like. Location is nearby city center without all the crowdiness. Fruit trees in the garden and you are allowed to eat the oranges, lemons, etc. Maria and her mom are lovely hosts, superfriendly, doing all they can to make your stay even more pleasant.

The shower was a challenge to handle, we are used to the variance of hot and cold, but the water sprayed in all directions making the whole bathroom wet.

Surpassed all expectations. Excellent.

Nicos, the owner was an exceptional host. He came out to meet us in the rain with umbrellas and gave us one for our stay. He would always check on us via Whatsapp and would always come over for chat/catch-up when we were in the room, always providing the necessary assistance like booking cabs for us whilst helping us plan our trip with vouchers for excursions. On the second evening he brought over a 1.5 litre bottle of wine for us that was exceptional. He was always on hand for any reason. Making us feel at home. The apartment was fully kitted for cooking, exceptional location and the cleaner was very friendly too. He also gave us hours of extra time at check out for however long we wanted to take. I would and already have recommended his place to friends and family.

Very nice accomodation located near the sea in silent area. Hosts were very kindness and helpfull. Everyday gave for us grapes from garden. So Nice time spend in Zakynthos. Big thanks for Maria’s family. Recomend you!

We highly recommend these apartments! Located very close to the sea, and not far from a small store, bars and restaurants. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The owners themselves were very efficient in answering all our messages and helped us in various situations.
