A lovely, comfortable, pet friendly house on a bush block yet close enough to hear the ocean. A short drive to the beach, wineries and Dunsborough. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house.

Booked 3 weeks in advance . Travelled from QLD to meet up with family in Margaret River. Booking confirmed and paid for in advance. Contacted owner an hour before checkin only to be told house wasn’t available because already booked and nothing could be done . Very unprofessional.

We recently stayed at this great property, and its excellent location made it a perfect base for exploring the South West. The well-maintained, comfortable, and tastefully decorated property, along with its modern amenities and bush setting, provided a great holiday

Great location and well equipped. Rooms are spacious and we enjoyed the large open main living space. The outdoor grounds are perfect for coffee in the morning and meals, allowing for space for our dog to roam around. The location is terrific as it provides good proximity to what the region has to offer.

The property is well maintained, very clean, well stocked and perfectly located, almost equidistant between Margaret River and Dunsborough. Being off the main track it was very quiet and visited by kangaroos every evening which was nice. Richard, the host, was very helpful and responsive throughout the whole booking and stay processs. Thoroughly recommended

Property was excellent for a quiet weekend away while still being close to the beach and Dunsborough.
Property was very well maintained and felt like a home away from home. Had everything you needed supplied.
Would be a great property for a family. Extra bonus was we were able to take our cavoodle.
Would definitely recommend this property.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and comfortable, and the outdoor patio was perfect for a quiet afternoon drink and dinner. Plenty of room for the 5 of us!
Our kids had a great time riding their bikes around the property, and we appreciated that dogs are allowed too.
Richard was easy to communicate with and flexible with a change we had to make to our dates, and checked in with us to ensure all was okay during our stay.
Will definitely stay again

This is the second time we've stayed here, and again, we enjoyed it!
Great little house with everything you need - including the small touches (salt, pepper, oil, soap). The house itself is very comfortable, and given the very busy time of year (peak tourist season), it was nice to escape back to nature / quiet space only a few minutes drive from Yallingup and only 10-15mins from Dunsborough.
Richard's communication is excellent - great host.

We had a wonderful weekend at this house. Perfect size for two couples, 2 kids and a dog. The house had everything we needed and the fire kept us extra warm. The large covered patio was great in the rain with the kids and dog. Location is super convenient & close to caves road and feels so private with all the bush around. We can’t wait to visit again!
