This beautiful vacation beach home is tucked away in a quiet residential cul-de-sac neighborhood just 2-1/2 blocks from the beach. You will appreciate the luxury vinyl plank floors, kitchen, and bathrooms in this recently renovated home. With over 2,000 sq ft, 4 bedrooms, 2 and a half bathrooms, and a private screen enclosed heated swimming pool, this property is ideal for families. Located in Cape Canaveral, it's close to the Port, Cocoa Beach Pier, restaurants, and all the area has to offer.
Cameras are located at the front door exterior and overlooking the driveway for security. The property may be equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home. This sensor is 100% privacy compliant since it only measures noise level and doesn't record any sounds. A rental agreement and security deposit hold are required.

It was hot, hot, hot for our family stay in Cape Canaveral. Six adults, an 11-year-old, 7-year-old, 3 year old and a two year old. The house was perfect for our group. We used the beach gear but it was just too hot and humid for the bikes (and I think there were enough bikes for all of us). The enticing pool and solid air conditioning saved us. Day trips to KSC and the Brevard Zoo, but otherwise the house was our main entertainment for a week long stay. This is probably the best vacation rental we have ever had!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Coco Beach. The house itself was so clean and comfortable. Enough room for all of us to enjoy and have time to ourselves.
I will say we are from a different part of the country and when we drove up we were alittle confused as we where looking for a single family house. This was a duplex. It certainly was not a problem as we never heard the neighbors. The only very small item was the pool was not as big as it appears and the waterfall was not working. We had no problem as it was a great size to just sit and cool off. Would recommend for an older adult group. Would not recommend for a family with children as it may not be deep enough for them to jump and play in.
Overall it was a great location and very clean and responsive owner. Would go back again.

This property was fantastic! The host was so responsive and even sent friendly reminders for things happening around town! This place was simply perfect for our family! We were so close to the ocean, had a great pool, and the comforts of home! Would highly recommend!

We were walking distance to the beach which was an absolute gem. We enjoyed the soothing sound of waves crashing against the shore and enjoying sunset strolls along the sandy coastline made our stay unforgettable. The cozy accommodations and proximity to the ocean created the perfect backdrop for a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway.

Our work team was in town for training courses and luckily found this listing. This home had everything we needed for our Sunday-Friday stay. The location was convenient to our training facility, grocery stores, restaurants, and it is just a short walk to the beach. The communication with the host was wonderful. She even sent us a message to let us know that a rocket launch was taking place. We would have missed it otherwise and watching the launch from the beach Sunday night was the highlight of our trip! We enjoyed seeing (and hearing) the peacocks walking around the neighborhood. The house was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this listing to my friends. It felt like home while we were there. We didn't want to leave. :)

We had to make a trip to Florida for a family funeral. My husband and I, our daughter and her husband and 6 and 9 year old grandkids. We were very blessed to find this property. The kids loved the heated pool even though the week we stayed was cooler for Florida. The house was very clean and well furnished. Teresa even let us know about a rocket launch the night we arrived. We would love to come back and stay again under better circumstances! Thank you!

Almost everything was just fine. We were particularly impressed with the snack basket and the Christmas tree. Everything was very clean and rooms were quite large. The location is within a couple of blocks of the beach and we found several good restaurants nearby. The only negative we found was the pool temperature. Even after we requested the temperature turned up, it was still quite chilly. It was late December so that could have been part of the reason.
All in all we had a great time at a great place and would consider returning again.

Four of us used the house as our base of touring the immediate area. Owners Teresa and Patrick were VERY accommodating and easy to communicate with. All of us were very satisfied with everything the home had to offer. Its location was great for us visiting Kennedy Space Center and fishing charter out of Port Canaveral. Will definitely look to stay here again when we come back to the area again.

Our family has ever stayed in.
The pool was a big hit with the kids and the screened in porch, was amazing for adults. Easy walks to two beautiful beaches. A Quiet and safe neighborhood for all. It fit nine of us very comfortably. The kitchen with spacious and had everything we needed.The master suite was mind blowing, and all the rooms were good sized with beds for all.
It provided everything we could need and more. It was low 80s during the day and low 70s at night. We came home to low 40s for the high and 20s for the Low.Needless to say, we wanted to turn the plane around and go back there forever. What an amazing place! Book it, you won’t be sorry. We will be back for sure!♥️ Thank you so much for sharing such a beautiful home in such a gorgeous place with us.💗

This is our 3rd stay at this property. We feel like it's coming home to stay here. My family loves this house. The house has just about everything you will need PERIOD. All things needed to shower,cook,swim,take to the beach.
House is always clean,I know this should always be a given but over the years we have stayed at properties that were not clean.
The home owner leaves a basket of snacks which is nice if you've just traveled a long distance and haven't been to the grocery store yet.
We will definitely continue to stay here as long as Teresa will have us.

Had a great stay and the space was perfect for the family. Communication with the owner was perfect and the location was a short walk to the beach and all the stores to stock the house.
Few items that should be addressed are the BBQ which was inoperable due to the burners being rusted through. Kitchen knives should also be replaced. Would be nice having actual bowls as well.
Aside from that the house was what we needed for the trip. Would definitely come back again.

Very nice place. Close to a lot of things to do. (Within a half an hour). Pool and patio area are much smaller then appears in the pictures. But, ended up working out just fine for 7 of us.

The home was perfect! We traveled with our 8 month old and Teresa had everything we needed and more! She was so accommodating too. Every room was made up so nicely, and clean! The pool was heated and such an enjoyable area. The walk to the beach was short and easy, with clean beaches as well! Would visit again! Thank you!

This stay was the tail end of a two week trip. It was the perfect ending! Great proximity to the beach and was plenty big for us and our 6 children. Any questions/concerns were answered immediately. Very relaxing and we loved spending the evenings in the cozy backyard and pool after a day at the beach. Will definitely book again if visiting the area. Thank you!

We spent the week after Christmas in this house with another family. There was plenty of room for the 10 of us. I especially loved all of the bath towels and beach towels that were provided. I was worried with 10 of us that there wouldn't be enough towels. The location was amazing - the short walk to the beach was perfect. - Melissa

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Teresa's Cape Canaveral property. We were an 8 person family group of 4 adults and 4 children ages 15-21. The four upstairs bedrooms fit us well. The layout of the house is nice for those who want to sleep in, since all the bedrooms are upstairs and the main living areas downstairs on the main level. Furnishings were comfortable and plenty of seating. We cooked and grilled all of our own meals over the course of our 6 nights and there was enough cookware, knives, plates, etc... for us all. There is a grill outside near the pool area. Speaking of the pool, it is small but very nice. Teresa was willing to up the temperature to our desired 88F for an extra fee. We were happy with that because otherwise we wouldn't have wanted to use the pool when the outside temps were in the mid to low 70's. The laundry is conveniently located in the garage. Teresa was very easy to communicate with and was responsive to our needs. The rental is located in a quiet neighborhood area, and it is walkable to the beach although most of the time we just jumped in our minivan and drove to the public access that is super close. Thanks again and highly recommend this property.

Excellent location, close to the beach and easy to get around the town. This was the best stocked VRBO that we’ve ever stayed in! The host was very responsive and even let us know of an upcoming rocket launch. Our kids are already asking if we can go back next year! Great place to stay!

This is our 3rd year staying here. Already booked for next year. This is a wonderful house to stay at especially with a family. Very quiet neighborhood. Close walk to the beach. Owners are very responsive if you have a need. Very clean. Definitely will continue to stay here as long as we can. You will not be disappointed!

We rented this house for our family vacation which included my husband and I and our grown children and grandchildren. The house was a perfect fit for all of us and had everything we needed to feel at home. The pool was nice if we didn’t feel like going to the beach. The owner was accommodating and always a text away if we had a question. The only negative thing I’d have to say is the peacocks that live in the area are annoying. They make noise all day and night. There was one particular male who perched himself in the tree right outside the master bedroom and woke many of us up each night!

We were all very impressed with Teresa's vacation home! It was exactly as described, exceptionally well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils, spices, etc. Our family had 5 adults and 3 kids under 5. Plenty of beds, and we really appreciated the pack and play! Tons of beach towels and some toys for the kids.Teresa is a wonderful, thoughtful host ready to answer any questions we had. She even gave us a heads up about a rocket launch during our stay and where to go watch. Would definitely stay with Teresa again for vacation!

Great stay as always
This is our 2nd time staying on this property. Check in /Check out are SUPER easy. Owner is very responsive and nice. House is located in a very quiet and safe subdivision. Home is very clean and lots of extras included. It has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Heated pool is really nice and clean. Nice and comfy beds BIG plus.We will definitely be scheduling our next visit very soon.
