The place is ideal for holidays with family or friends, cradled by the cicadas of the South and to the rhythm of a Languedoc vineyard!
Notes:
• The wine activity can cause a bit of back and forth around the Estate.
• The park can be dangerous for young children without supervision.
1) Description of the perfect house for a large family or a tribe of friends:
On the ground floor :
• Large living room suitable for family games or for reading cool during hot summer hours
• Dining room for 15 people
• Air conditioned lounge / TV
• Fully equipped kitchen: Dishwasher. Combi fire and Oven, Microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, fridge with freezer, small robots, dishes
• A large scullery with table for 8-10 people for children's meals. It overlooks the courtyard, easy for lunch or dinner outside!
• Separate toilets (access by a few steps).
Upstairs :
Distributed by a staircase and a "majestic" corridor, we discover 3 large parental suites with adjoining children's room with 2 or 3 beds and 1 independent bedroom. Each suite / bedroom has its own bathroom or water.
• "Sauvignon" suite
o large bedroom (new 160cm bed)
o children's room with 2 110cm beds
o bathroom with window (bath, shower, wc)
• "Terret" suite:
o large bedroom (160 cm bed)
o children's room: 2 beds in 100 cm
o bathroom (bath)
• "Merlot" suite:
o large bedroom (new 160 cm bed)
o children's room: 3 90cm beds
o bathroom with window (bath, wc)
• "Cinsault" room:
o large bedroom (140cm bed)
o bathroom with window (bath)
• 1 game room with billiards
• 1 wc with independent sink in the corridor
2) description of the exteriors:
Multiple spaces are available to you depending on the time of day and your desires:
• private pool & pool house:
o swimming pool: 10mx5m surrounded by a large beach equipped with deckchairs. Depth from 0 to 2m. It is fully fenced, unheated.
o pool house: ideal for enjoying an afternoon or a pool evening. There is a large table, a relaxation area, a summer kitchen, a cloakroom with shower and 1 separate toilet.
• a large closed and wooded park equipped with garden furniture
• in the courtyard of the Château, in the shade of Mélia (accessible from the garden or the kitchen):
o barbecue, table for meals at 15 and parasol.
o game room with table tennis
3) Activities in the field:
• Possibility of free hiking in the vineyards and scrubland.
• Visit of the cellar and tasting of the estate's wines with the winemaker, on request.
