Everything we could ask for and more

Absolutely everything from the time we arrived till the time we left just beautiful

Perfect for a relaxing holiday

These are great apartments. In a central position for bars, restaurants, beaches, and supermarkets. We had a one bedroom apartment with a good size outside space looking over olive trees. Air conditioning in both rooms was absolutely necessary and made the apartment a lovely temperature. WiFi was good with separate logins for the room and pool. The apartment was cleaned every day and towels and sheets a couple of times through our week stay. The pool area is immaculate, and we spent many hours chilling around it again in a fabulous setting. The owner and housekeeper were both helpful and friendly without being overbearing. We would definitely recommend staying at Casa De Rosa and Svoronata. We had a super holiday.

We liked it all and would need to be super picky to pick anything negative.

Beautiful apartments with a chilled out pool area in the lovely wee village of Svoronata

Beautiful, clean, modern. Quiet location but a great supermarket and gorgeous restaurants nearby. Beach about 15-20 min walk.

Apartment was spotlessly clean, cleaned regularly, swimming pool was very clean, sunbeams comfortable. cooking facilities were perfect. Konstantinos was an excellent host.

Perfect place for a relaxing holiday on this spectacular island.

Extremely comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for a very relaxing stay. Surrounded by greenery and tranquility, but well positioned to get to restaurants/beaches etc. Beautiful swimming pool and plenty of parking space for hire cars. We hope to return.Kind and helpful owner and staff.

It's located close to the beach and to some great restaurants as well as supermarkets. Everything was within short walking distances and we had some beautiful opportunities to walk around while our baby was sleeping in the stroller.

Can't really complain about anything. It's all there. Maybe some bigger umbrellas next to the pool but that's nitpicking right now.

Beautiful weather, beautiful beaches, I felt like I was on the set of Mamma Mia.

I liked the location, it was easy to get to the beach & the supermarket & tavernas on foot. It was quiet and not too touristy.

I hired a bicycle to travel to different beaches & to visit Argostoli which was fun. Most people hired cars but I enjoyed the relaxed pace of the bicycle. There were buses but not very frequently. I travelled alone, I didn’t have a proper conversation with anyone all week. I did not think Kefalonia was as friendly as Corfu.

Lovely peaceful stay at Casa de Rosa - we will be back for sure

This is a lovely little place to stay. The rooms are very spacious and spotless clean. The pool is excellent and very clean and so quiet you can really relax. There are a few restaurants in walking distance and a nice friendly bar just down the road. Nice beaches within walking distance but I think it’s good to have a car in Kefalonia. Konstantinos the owner was very nice and we had good communication about arriving at the apartments. We would definitely return.

I would’ve liked to have been on an higher level than ground floor. But that’s just my preference and Konstantinos did try to find me a another room but it was fully booked. However if I had to stay on the ground floor again it wouldn’t be a problem.

Super apartments, perfect for a relaxing beach holiday in beautiful Kefalonia

Lovely clean apartments, with everything you need and corner balconies for views and the sun. Great area close to beaches, beautifully kept pool, my favourite. Konstantinos takes care of everyone, and not surprisingly we would love to return.

very good, modern facility- good location and great value for money

new, clean rooms with good facilities and room air conditioning. decent size swimming pool with good maintenance. very polite and friendly staff that were responsive to customer requests. very good location, not far from the airport, close/walking distance to a beautiful beach, nice cafes/tavernas/mini markets within a few minutes walk

all was great, nothing really we didn’t like. possibly the mattress was a bit ‘bouncy’ for my liking but that’s personal preference

Fantastic relaxing modern place

Nice quiet location, but still has restaurants,shops etc near by. Great pool with sun loungers. Really nice owner, who was extremely helpful and friendly. Nice modern and spacious apartment with kitchenette. Everything needed and would stay again thanks 👍

Paradise, we will be back!

We stayed for a week at the end of May and loved it. The owner of the apartments was lovely and welcoming, the area was so tranquil but also had great restaurants, bars and beaches in walking distance. It was also close to a bus stop and a grocery shop. The pool is the perfect size and well maintained, the beds were comfy and the cleaners were very thorough. It was the ultimate peaceful week in paradise!

Beautiful resort on a beautiful island

Great location. Good value for what we paid. Nice pool and lots of good beaches and restaurants within walking distance. On bus route if you don’t want to walk host was extremely helpful

Sofa not comfort and People who weren’t booked into the apartments were allowed to use the pool

Very enjoyable.

The apartment was excellent. It catered for all requirements and was very comfortable. The air conditioning worked well and was easy to use, it was equipped nicely with TV, Wi-Fi, cooking facilities and shower room and the balcony gave good views up to the mountain which was a bonus. Casa de Rosa is also situated well being close to bars, restaurants, beaches and mini marts. It's also only a 5 minute drive from the airport.

Very pleasant modern and clean apartment, quite and low key location, walking distance to beaches.

The location was okay, close to resturants and local mini market and bars.

No classic wine glasses, and a broken shower that we had to hold at all times.
