A house with originality on 3 levels. Spectacular views from the terraces. Rather steep walk down from the parking spot to the house which the owner’s description makes abundantly clear. If you are in your 70s or older, it can be challenging with a suitcase or food shopping. We coped well (mid 70s). The house and furnishings will improve in the coming months. The owner is very caring and communicative. The location high above the sea affords fantastic views. A car is a must. From the house it is possible to explore the entire region from Menton to Nice. The back country is easily accessible as well. After the planned upgrades it will be ideal. Note there is a lot of noise from the road above and below, but if you come from a big city or busy town, nothing unusual or out of the ordinary. We had a great time.

This house is amazing, perfect for a big group or family trip. It has everything you need and it offers stunning views from each room. We were 6 adults and we all were comfortable, as we had our own space. The car access into the house is very steep downhill, no car rental will make it unless is a 4x4. So we parked outside and went up and down by foot everyday - it requires a good fitness level :) Excellent host, friendly and super helpful, always a pleasure talking to him. Definitely recommend staying, we will certainly be back in the future.

Beautiful, clean house with fabulous views and a very helpful owner! Definitely worth 5 stars.
The house is exactly as described (the drive of the house was a tad steep but easily managed even with our gigantic 7 seater car) and truly lovely with stunning views, and the owner was charming and very helpful. The six of us had a two week stay and the house was spacious. I highly recommend it. We shall return!

very great Vacation
We had a very nice stay. The house was very neat and clean. Especially to be highlighted are the sympathetic owner. There are vouchers for museums, etc. before and the owner receives a personal and shows the room. Everything was as advertised. Very highly recommended !!
