Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit überdurchschnittlich

Zentrale dennoch verhältnismäßig ruhige Lage, außergewöhnlich nettes hilfsbereites und kompetentes Personal, tägliche Säuberung und anstandslos saubere Wäsche, Raum und Sanitäranlagen deutlich über indischem Standard, man konnte sie ohne Probleme oder Widerwillen benutzen. Einige Fliesenfugen und Silikonfugen Indien typisch erneuerungswürdig. Aber kein echtes Problem, würde nur in Mitteleuropa eher nicht so belassen worden sein. Alles in allem sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

We stayed for two nights. It was good experience. The place is very near to Pune Airport.

Breakfast was very good. But there were only few non-veg items. The staffs were very helpful.

Rooms shold be little more clean.

Not satisfied, the quality has degrades.

The staff was helpful and responding to our queries instantly. Location was good.

I have stayed in the hotel previously so I prefer the hotel compared to other. But this time I had a poor experience,the air conditioner was not working at all. Room wasn't cooling even after electrician checked for any issue. We stayed for 4 days and every day they mentioned that the room is big so it takes time to cool. But the answer wasn't reasonable as none of the days did the air conditioner worked. Room wasn't as clean as it used to be. Bed sheets had spots, floor wasn't clean, bathing window shields were dirty. The coffee cups provided were dirty, we had to clean it ourselves. Overall I will definitely not prefer this hotel next time.

Not as good as Expected as I had better Experience in their property in Chennai.

Location is OK. I did not have the opportunity to have Breakfast as I had to leave Early. I had asked for some B.F. to be Packed & given. They packed & gave the Qt was so meager for 2 we had to have 2nd B.F on the way in another location.

The Lobby is very small. The food in the Restaurant is Exorbitantly charged for Very Substandard quality of FOOD.

Disappointing

Really didn’t like anything much

Firstly the staff was not cooperative at all secondly the security is not all that grate anyone can enter in the lift and come up thirdly the breakfast options are limited . fifthly I left my iPhone charger I called the property they said will call back not I didn’t get a call back . the price we paid and the service we got is not worth the stay .

Breakfast was nice and functional .one day Amul butter ran out and we were given some margarine which we dot eat and next day the apples were over so generally these fruits and butter items could have been better stocked but other than that the experience of staying was good and shriya in the f&b amd shubham in front office reception were very good and service oriented

4 Stars??? You have to be joking

Nice bathroom. Close to the airport. Person on front desk was helpful finding an Uber for us.

Our room was the most expensive of any hotel, after more than three weeks travelling in India. Room was smallest we have been in after more than three weeks travelling in India, way below 4-star standard. The bed for the third person in our group was perched on the window seat. Our 3rd traveller had a light shining on the window all night. If we closed the curtain to block out the light for traveller 1 and 2 then 3rd person was caught in a stuffy hide-away. If we left the curtains open we all had a light shining in our window all night. Room service was appalling. Only one towel in the room. I was told "5 minutes" when i asked for two more. After 15 mins waiting I was told "5 minutes". When they arrived only one towel was delivered. Way below 4-star standard. Restaurant was slow and more than double the price of other hotel restaurants we have used, and all for food that was pretty basic. Way short of 4-star standard. In-house gym was a joke. Certainly the most over-priced and below-expectations hotel we have visited.

it was a fairly good hotel and the stay was comfortable

Convenient location ..Good breakfast and dinner spread at a fairly competitive price .Room size is also quite good .

the fact that they clean towels only once in 2 days as per their information in the washroom
