It looked very nice and clean. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. It was in a good location. They offered a free happy hour and included breakfast which was nice.
The hotel pool was crazy. We thought we would have a relaxing weekend for our anniversary but that was not the case. There were 20+ kids in the pool, which was very small and also only 3ft deep. Mostly just for lounging. These kids were screaming, splashing, playing chicken, throwing/tackling each other, and doing flips into the pool. It was giving me so much anxiety that someone was gonna get hurt. We spoke to a few kids and they lived in the area they weren’t even staying at the hotel. There was no one to set rules or enforce anything. Anyone could just do whatever they wanted. We paid a lot of money to stay here and couldn’t even enjoy the rooftop which was the whole reason we booked the place. Not to mention the rooftop bar cut on the lights and turned off all the music an hour before it said they closed. We had just ordered a drink and got kicked out 20 minutes later. Bartenders were also not very friendly and would barely acknowledge us. We had one girl serve us during the day that was very kind but in the evening no one seemed to care.

The Breakfast was exceptional. The location was great. The staff were very friendly.
The room I stayed in (517) had a Water Dripping noise that kept me awake for part of the night. I checked the faucets, but none were running. My best guess was the HVAC, but I’m not an expert.
Also, the pool is only accessible by going through the Roof Top Lounge, which has a dress code. I didn’t feel comfortable walking through there to get to the pool. So we never swam.

I stayed there for two weeks (work). Room was great, clean, good facilities, great view. Breakfast was good.. (ham and chesese omelettes are v tasty). Breakfast staff were excellent. Roof bar is amazing (super views, and seating areas) with some complementary food and drink until 7pm. Also a really good coffee dock close to the street front, adjacent to a games room (games room also within the hotel). I parked my car in a garage 2min walk away...staff will give u directions (very cheap..3-4 dollars a day). Location is the best in town.
Overall very hapoy with my stay.
no crisy bacon served at breakfast during the weekend was a pity, and tea options were very poor

Pool hours. I wish the pool could at least be open until 10:00 pm.

The breakfast attendant (Greg/Gary) was exceptional! Super friendly and accommodating. Haven't had that kind of service in a long time. He was amazing.
Room was very clean. Good Housekeeping everywhere.
The pull out sofa was absolutely awful. It was also right under the vent which blew on you all night long. Even sitting trying to watch TV was awful. A simple vent cover that controls the flow of air would help room 712

Good location, clean and comfortable, nice size rooms, beautiful views from the rooftop, nice gym, excellent breakfast buffet
Waiting on an elevator took too long, price for valet parking at $60/night is too high.

This is our 2nd year staying at this location. We are in town for a volleyball tournament at the convention center, which is 2 blocks away, walking distance from the hotel. This is a good area. You can walk to anything, food entertainment etc. It's 4 of us in my family. We always get the double queen suite with the sofa sleeper. We let the teenagers take the room and my husband and I use the sofa bed. I like that the bathroom is not in the bedroom so we don't wake anyone up if we need to use it.

We did not make it for breakfast. It was our 30th anniversary and slept in.
Everything was good.
