Only place to stay in Yerevan

Everything was perfect, location, cleanliness, staff and services. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the reception staff during our stay, they were amazing especially Alina.

отличное расположение, кафе рестораны магазины банки достопримечательности в пешей доступности прекрасное соотношение цена/качество красиво, стильно, уютно, доброжелательно

напротив серьезная действующая стройка нет парковки даже для такси

The rooms were clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The location is excellent, being very close to the city center

The breakfast was one area that could use improvement, as the selection was rather limited.

Локация супер, сам отель прекрасный, чистота, комфорт, очень хорошее обслуживание - 10 баллов за всё. Останавливаться будем только здесь. Цена-качество - лучше не придумаешь

Качественный олдскульный уютный отель

Вид из окна полулюкса хорош - Площадь Революции, два Арарата вдали видны. Очень тихо в номере, приветливый персонал на ресепшн.

В ванной комнате не хватает крема для тела. Завтраки не очень разнообразны - сок только апельсиновый.

Удобство, чистота и вежливость персонала.

Очень удобное расположение, чистота в номере, ежедневная уборка номера, приветливые девушки на рецепшен. Удобство оплаты банковскими картами любой страны. Что соответственно привлекает путешественников из разных стран, приежаю 4 раз на протяжении трех лет.

напротив парадного входа разрушенное здание, есть смысл повесить большую растяжку с рекламой или картинкой природы, чтобы немного облагородить вид.

Хочу сказать,что в этом отеле я уже не первый раз.Почему?Потому,что идеальное соотношение цены и качества.В номере уютно,чисто,бельё новое белоснежное,полотенца и халат тоже!Средства для гигиены хорошего качества и в полном объеме.Есть всё для чая и кофе в номере.Доставка в номер еды быстрая и вкусная!Завтраки прекрасны на любой вкус.И удобное время с 7 до 11 утра.Локация отеля идеальна!Самый центр,всё рядом!Магазины,рестораны,салоны красоты,кальянные.Можно гулять ,рядом парки.хороший интернет.Бронировала номер мне повысили класс номера бесплатно!Спасибо большое!Персонал замечательный!Девочки на ресепшен !Вам отдельное спасибо огромное!!!!

Review - Ramada Hotel and Suites, Yerevan

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very professional.

The Bed in the room which was stated as extra large double bed was just the size of a queen bed. I was shocked and surprised to see how the hotel management thought that 2 adults and 2 kids could sleep on it. When the concern was raised with the hotel reception an extra bed was sent but there wasn't enough space in the room to accommodate the extra bed so I had to send it back. On discussing with the reception they told me that all beds were of the same size however they can offer a slightly bigger room but at an additional cost or we could use the sofa to sleep (but that is not what I have paid for). The window in rooms were opening completely with no grills or any protection from falling. I thought that was very unsafe specially when people are staying with kids. The TV channel and the exhaust fan in the washroom wasn't working. The A/C fitted was only to blow warm air and for cold air as well as for air circulation there was no option so we had to open the window. To my surprise a hotel which is rated as a 4 star hotel did not have a travel desk. I have attached a picture of the view from the room for everyone to see. It was really terrible. Overall the experience was NOT good.

استثنائيه ،سوف اكررها مستقبلا.

الموقع حيث قربه من ممشي الافينيو وقربه من محلات الصرافه والمطاعم والكوفيهات كما يوجد سوبرماركت ملاصق للفندق،بشاشة ورقي التعامل من قبل جميع الموضفين ومن دون استثناء ،جودة الطعام ،النظافه ،توفير كل سبل الراحه للمقيمين ،كما يوجد في بعض الغرف شطاف للماء .

Location Size of rooms

Slow internet AC is not cool enough. It was repaired and improved but this took long time from me. I guess such actions should be done before summer to be ready. For Arab, there is no water outlet close to the closet بالعربي ما فيه شطاف

Very Good hotel and staff

The location was very good, many shops, cafes, exchange, supermarkets and restaurants around you. Main and the famous square was few minutes away from the hotel. The rooms were big and very good. I had a nice and big balcony.

Air conditioner was working but not cooling. When we asked reception, it is working on water and this standard temperature in all rooms and cannot be changed. Some rooms had bidet sprayers and most of rooms no.

The location was perfect and the team are nice. The decoration in the lobby area was lovely.

The main elevators were shared with the office floor and were quite busy during office hours. Alternatively, you should use another elevator near the restaurant.

Great location for exploring the city. Very comfortable rooms and good service.

If you are driving, make sure to book a parking space in advance. When you arrive in the car park, there are no signs to the hotel - but the lift is through the door marked with a green Exit sign.

Nice value for money

Good location - easy access to main restaurants and cozy bars. Breakfast points are also near.

The bathroom can be more modern considering the level of the hotel and the hotel chain.
