Grandview East Unit 103 - Beautifully decorated 1st floor condo with lots of light!

You will love this beautifully decorated and spacious, LOWER LEVEL/ 1st Floor condo. So much natural light and just steps from the beach! Step into the fully stocked kitchen, complete with granite counters, all small appliances and utensils and kitchen bar. Whether you want a quick snack or full meal, you can make anything you want. Enjoy your morning coffee or head out onto the balcony to enjoy the sunshine! The open floor plan leads into the living area, with tons of seating and a large 65" Smart TV- perfect for movie nights. Enjoy the ocean and beach views from your balcony and watch the waves crash or relax with a book.

The Master bedroom has a King bed and a 55" Smart TV, along with its own en suite bathroom. The Guest room has a Queen bed with Smart TV/DVD and its own bathroom as well. The 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed with Smart TV/DVD and the bathroom is just steps away. With a Queen Sofa Sleeper in the Living Room, there is space for Everyone!!! This unit also has a Washer and Dryer, and all bed and bath linens- just bring your beach towel and start enjoying your vacation.

Head out each day to the beach or pool, located just moments away. Water sports such as sailing, jet skiing, kayaking or parasailing are located nearby, or just take a chair and relax on the beach. Guests are also privileged to use the on-site gym and BBQ grills. If you want to get out of the sun, take advantage of the amazing shopping, dining and entertainment available nearby. Please Note:
The west side stairwell is for emergency use only for security reasons as it is close to the public beach access. The east side stairwell in the garage is open, however, for people who would prefer that over the elevator and is to the right as guests leave the unit.

Please note: Our rentals book weekend to weekend from May 14- August 6. We offer 5-night rentals March 5 - April 23, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly. Must be 25 or older to rent this property.

We stayed here with a family group of 9. The unit accommodated all of us perfectly. The views were beautiful and the whole location was very family friendly. It was quiet at night, the elevators and surrounding areas were always clean and smelled fresh, the pool was clean and refreshing, lacation was perfect for anywhere we wanted to go.

Gorgeous view of the beach and we loved being on the first floor. There was a few cons/ inconveniences. There was flat sheets instead of fitted sheets on the beds. Sand was on all the floors and even in the sinks. So our first night we spent cleaning up. Our parking pass was not located in the unit so we had a warning the first night on our windshield after placing our suitcases inside. We did receive special permission from the condo that gave us 24 hours to receive pass from owners/ property managers so our car wouldn’t be towed. Closet door was off hinges in secondary room so our little kids roomed with us for safety issues. There was mold in owner shower and light bulb was out. The shower was deep so it made it quite dark when showering. Filter in refrigerator needed to be replaced and beeped often. These things could be easily fixed and the unit would be one of a kind.

The property management needs more help. Our code to get in was incorrect, fortunately the three times we needed in the first day, someone was coming out so we didn’t have to wait long. Finally, a couple said “they should have sent you the code via email, I replied they did, I said the number and they said, no that is wrong and gave me the correct code. We had 5 lights bulbs out, 2 of which was in the main bathroom-we were told the first day maintenance would be coming-never did, so during our entire stay it was a very dark bathroom. I had ask for 2 parking passes-standard with this property and they were not there, only one-called and they said it would be right there- had to called twice and finally got it late evening on the second day, so thankful my granddaughter’s car wasn’t towed. I feel certain it is a lack of employees not incompetence, everyone was very nice.

Overall impression is the group managing the property is not professional and did not have our parking passes available when we checked in on Saturday. Did not recieve until Wednesday. No beach chairs came with condo and they over charge to rent. Not impressed with the place or the beach at location. Will not rent again. Renter beware of Grand View unit 103....

Perfect location with all the stores like Walmart, restaurants n tourist places nearby a wonderful place to stay. Couldn’t be better. 1st floor especially good as you don’t have to wait for an elevator .

The condo was beautiful and we had a terrific time. The only complaint would be the beds weren’t very comfortable and the elevators were always going down, causing HUGE waits to enter and exit. Overall, would definitely stay again because of the location.

We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday and it was well worth it. The condo was perfect. Everything was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable and we had games or tv for the evening. I liked the first level because it felt like we were right on the beach but it was high enough so we still had privacy. We were also close enough to stores and restaurants so we could walk there. The listing said that no elevator was needed but we couldn't use the stairs because an alarm would go off. But that was the ONLY negative I could say about the listing. We would stay again!

The building and unit was very clean, just as advertised. Access to the beach was short and easy. The unit was well supplied with dishes, cook wear and nice linens. The beds slept great! We loved the unit and had so much fun. You will too! I plan to stay there again.
