The location was good and the beds were comfortable
There were problems with the air conditioning when we arrived but it was sorted quickly. Major drawback was locked windoiws with no keys. The place was comfortable but not that is about all.

The deck was a standout for dinners, breakfast, and games. The layout worked well for two separate families

Fantastic location
Beds uncomfortable

spacious and comfortable, was the perfect place to relax
a larger bed in the main bedroom would be great, and it would be lovely if some extra blankets or throws in the lounge could be provided

Location was great. Opposite beach.
We booked for 5 nights at start of July school holidays. Our issues are as follows:
1. Cleanliness and advertising of property. Upstairs bathroom had mould. Cobwebs around ceiling, predominately where potbelly heater located. Dirty aircon vents, ceiling fans in particular bathrooms and kitchen. Balcony non compliant and safety issue due to wood rot. Photos and video taken.
Property advertised as pet friendly, however no animals allowed inside property and no protection from elements.
No heating in downstairs. We ended up purchasing oil heaters.
Would not describe the property as luxury as per advert.
2. Unreasonable owners. Our 11 year old daughter contracted covid the 2nd day, which we attribute to coldness and cleanliness as a contributing factor. As a result, we vacated the 2nd evening and returned to Perth to isolate back at home, rather than isolating for 7 days at the property, thereby disrupting the future upcoming vacation bookings and allowing management ample provision to organise a Covid clean as per WA Health requirements. We lost three nights accommodation and the owners offered $800 credit towards a booking / pay two stay four nights minimum, but only available for next 6 months and option not available during weekends or peak periods; allowing us only to either take children out of school or instead arrange babysitting for our children to be able to take up the offer. Management said this was an exceptionally generous offer on behalf of the owners, which is unreasonable given that we had been reasonable in advising management at the earliest possible opportunity of the issues regarding Covid.
3. Disorganised management. On what would have been final day of our stay, we received a SMS advising vacation time so that cleaners could do a "standard" clean prior to next booking. Would be surprised if Management complied with a Health Dept Covid clean of property in such a short turn around time.

We had the best time at the property. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Beds were all super comfy. Best place for the kids to have fun and play around. Would definitely stay here again.

Our dog could go on holiday with us, lots of space, close to beach walking and cycle paths, kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and crockery. Upstairs shower was brilliant. Big back garden for dog and kids to place in was very secure
Down stairs bedroom with bunk beds mattress where very uncomfortable as they where foam mattress
