This was a great spot for our annual weekend away. It was close to N. Conway, easy to find, very comfortable. We got a foot of snow overnight and the driveway was plowed quicky. We'd stay again.

Very communicative over the holidays, nothing seriously wrong with the house

This is a fantastic spot with more room than advertised. Lots of living areas to just stretch out and relax or have fun with the multiple game rooms. Really the only negatives would be that the kitchen needs a little updating and the whole place needs a good dusting top to bottom. Found some trash from previous users and a whole lot of cobwebs. Really minor stuff… would come back and would recommend.

The house fit our needs for our big family! We had so much fun at the pond and on the property! Kids loved the loft! The fire pit was great for s’mores. Would rent again!

Clean house, plenty of stockings, bed linens, towels, kitchen supplies. Close distance(2 min to drive) to local small lakes with easy accessible beaches. Our family enjoyed staying at this place.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house was beautiful, clean, and well appointed throughout. The layout of the home was perfect for us as a family to spend time together and also for the kids to have fun on the lower level and in the loft. 3 full bathrooms, great central AC, perfect gas fireplace, and a wonderful wrap around deck to enjoy the quiet and fresh air. I've stayed at a lot of rental places over the years and rarely do they measure up to what you had hoped. Not the case here, homeowners have really put together a place that is welcoming, functional, and is stocked with all the things you'd expect and need. The kitchen has everything you need (even a crockpot, waffle maker, electric griddle, etc) minus a larger coffee maker, beds were comfortable, and everything was clean and in good shape. Great fire pit for a campfire with the kids and the surrounding pond and little beaches in the Eidelweiss community were perfect for the kids (and parents) to relax at. Top off the day with some grilling on the Weber on the deck and you are all set. Driveway is a bit steep so I can see the need for 4x4 in the winter and for those with sedans take your time pulling in and backing out. Thank you for a great stay and a wonderful vacation for our family! Will definitely plan to stay here again next year!

Great house!! Super spacious with three different lounging areas. Only feeback is thr heating. The bottom level could use it's own temperature control. Love staying in Eidelweiss....Winter and Summer....great year-round!!

A lot of space. 4 BR, 3 BA is very nice and the major reason we chose this house.

House was clean and had the basic essentials. 2 bedrooms are in the carpeted walk out basement which has a bit of a musty smell. Third full bath is in the loft with no bedroom but the little boys loved being up there to play! Bring VHS and DVD’s for loft TV. The pond and little playground was very close and was a great feature! A short drive to hiking and waterfalls also. We all had a great trip!

Fairly private location, quiet neighborhood, not too far from Conway and all attractions. Plenty of space for a large group. Listing sais 4x4 is needed to make it up the driveway in winter and they're certainly not kidding! Would love to go back in the summer - late is very nearby.

The house was nice. Quiet and relaxing. There was lake near by that you can enjoy but there wasn’t much to do that was close by, needed to drive over half hour.

10 of us stayed at this property - 2 families - 4 parents and 6 "kids" ranging from 24 - 14. The house was perfect for us. There was plenty of beds/bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was a luxury! There was ample space to spread out and we really enjoyed the pool table and the lake. Hoping we can book this rental again next year.

We’ve stayed at a number of houses in this area, and this is the best one yet! The house was incredibly clean when we arrived, and the property manager was very quick to respond to any of our questions. The house itself is very spacious, and we loved having a full bathroom on each level. And the pool table in the basement was a huge hit for the kids. Would definitely rent this house again!

The house was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. The new deck was huge and nicely built. We would definitely recommend this home. Our only advice for the owners is to add a couple additional garbage barrels. Thank you!

Thanksgiving Retreat
This home was very clean and comfortable. Having three full bathrooms was a big plus. It was nice having space to spread out in the loft and the rec room, and the main level was great for dining, board games, and watching tv. The kitchen is super well stocked with dishes and cooking supplies, and having the second refrigerator was another big plus. We had a great time and would definitely rent here again.

Wonderful home, be aware of basement
This was a wonderful, well cared for home. Clean, neat, and well stocked with board games, linens, kitchen utensils, and everything else you could want in a home away from home. The only thing we would caution is that two of the bedrooms and one bathroom is in the basement, which was rather chilly, damp, and a bit mildewy when we stayed. The guests in our party originally staying in the basement bedroom moved up to the main floor couch instead. Other than that, it was great!

The house was perfect for our group with plenty of room for everyone. The pool table was a hit!

Great place to hang out
My group had a lot of fun at the house. We were especially interested in the pingpong table, which unfortunately wasn't in the best condition. We were also unable to find both paddles. Still, we found some outdoor beach paddles and were able to play, just not super competitively.
Rest of the house was great, very comfortable sleeping, large dining area and kitchen. We really enjoyed it.

Great place, could use some maintenance
Stayed here with wife and our four kids. It’s huge and accommodated us nicely. It could use some maintenance: grill never got hot enough to cook, gas fireplace fan rattled like hell, and the stairs next to the driveway were failing apart, making the ascent treacherous.

We had a wonderful stay here. The fireplace was a great touch and so welcoming after a day in the snow. The kids loved the reading nook upstairs and the pingpong/pool table downstairs. Everything was extremely clean and the kitchen was well stocked (just missing a cork screw ) we would happily stay here again. Definately one of the bests homes we've rented in Eidelweiss.

Great Home for families
This house had plenty of space to spread out but we could all also gather together easily. Definitely 4X4 when going there in the winter. It was the perfect retreat for a ski week for my family

Amazing house, clean and spacious, great location!
My wife and I just spent a few days here with a couple of friends. The house is even nicer than we thought based on the pictures. It is very clean and has all the necessities. We like to cook so it was important for us to have enough dishes, silverware, knives etc. There are plenty of dishes and cups to use and there are even brand new kitchen towels, sponge and everything else you may need for a few days of cooking. The bathrooms and bedrooms have clean sheets and plenty of towels. We were late to check out by an hour (due to me not reading the email sent to me) and the cleaning crew could not have been any nicer about it. There is a very nice, clean lake within 10 minutes walking or 2 minutes by car. We will definitely come back.

Great house with plenty of room. We didn’t have time to utilize the lake but it looked gorgeous. Rooms were exactly as pictured. Don’t let the driveway or outside scare you, the inside is really nice. No coffee maker just pods.
