This is the perfect Ocean Front Sea Ranch getaway! Enjoy a wonderful fire in one of 2 fireplaces while watching the surf crash into our cove. Whether a romantic escape, a family vacation or a small group of friends, this is the place! We welcome your children. No pets please!!!!!

Our private patio has a gas BBQ and Hot Tub with views of the Pacific Ocean. The Master suite has a balcony for that sunset glass of wine.

Easy access to the Bluff Trail. Golf, Tennis and Swimming less than a 5 minute drive. Bring your bikes or your hiking shoes and explore the trails. Kayak or SUP on the River. The town of Gualala is 5 minutes away with restaurants, groceries, coffee house and quaint shops.

Point Arena Lighthouse is a 45 minute drive with the artsy town of Mendocino another 20 minutes up the Coast! Wineries a short drive away.

Enjoy the game on the 42'' Flat Screen TV via DirectTV (satellite) or watch a favorite movie on the Blue Ray DVD. There are three recreational facilities available as part of your rental: each with a pool, tennis and paddle ball courts and locker room with sauna. Firewood for fireplace provided. High quality linens are included. Kitchen is well stocked from Spatulas to Coffee Maker.

This is by far the best place to rent in Sea Ranch - I have been a local visitor to Sea Ranch for years and Caryl's home is by far the best - not only is the location absolutely amazing if you love to walk the bluffs and hear the waves crash against the cliffs, but the home itself is outstanding!

Looking at the pictures , I was worried that the house might be dark, it is not, plenty of lights. It was fun to watch deers, fox, seals and way far , some whales. Right off the living room.We spend two weeks, the house is very nice, beautiful views of the ocean, close to the bluffs.The pantry was well stocked to get us started. My daughter and her husband visiting from London, to spend a few days with us, they were amazed. We loved it so much , we booked for three weeks next year. I am already looking forward to it. Thanks for sharing the house😍

My husband and I stayed at Ocean Knoll to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary. We have stayed here many times before, it is our favorite place in Sea Ranch. Very quiet, amazing ocean views, well equipped kitchen, great hot tub and comfortable beds. The golf course is great, ocean views from almost every hole, in good shape and reasonable. Wonderful stores in Gualala, we cooked at home to enjoy the beautiful views. Caryl is easy to reach, and coasting homes goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect!

Ocean knoll is a great destination to enjoy the amazing beauty of the northern Sonoma coast. The location is amazing with incredible views of the wide open ocean. It’s close to the golf course, great hiking trails, the Gualala Point Regional Park and the town of Gualala which has some great restaurants as well as an excellent grocery store. The house is extremely comfortable and very well stocked with just about anything you could need in the kitchen. We look forward to our stay every year.

a perfect respite from the snow at home. This was the 3rd time at this property. It's the right size, well appointed and in a very beautiful spot. Awakening to the sound and sight of the ocean is just the best in any weather. The owners are wonderful and the management is always responsive to any needs.

We've been renting homes in Sea Ranch for a long time and this is probably my favorite. I'm a very picky renter and I can't think of one thing to criticize.The host was fantastic to communicate with. I could write a long list of everything that's great about the house but here are a few: First is the whitewater view, which you can see from the living room, dining room and kitchen, as well as the master bedroom, and a large window seat facing the ocean. Everything was sparkling clean, with tasteful furnishings. We don’t cook much but the kitchen seemed really well-equipped, with new cabinetry and appliances. The house is simply comfortable and relaxing in every way. It’s cozy but not cluttered and feels spacious at the same time. We loved the wall art --mostly prints of Ansel Adams photographs. The lighting was just right. There’s central heating/AC so the temp is consistent throughout. (These may seem like small details but we’ve stayed in lots of other houses with terrible lighting, weird chachkas everywhere, and creepy paintings!) There is satellite TV with a Roku.The beds were very comfortable and there were high quality bed linens and towels. There were many other things we really appreciated, like lots of extra towels, night lights, packets of toiletries, and hooks next to the sinks where you can hang a hand towel. Again, details but just the kind of stuff that makes your stay easy and convenient. We would love to come back to this house any time!

I've stayed at many Sea Ranch houses, and this one was definitely the best! The architecture is perfectly designed to capture the ocean view from both the main living room/kitchen area and the master bedroom, and you can walk right out the door to the bluff trail. The kitchen is well-stocked, fireplace works great, bed was very comfortable, nice big leather sofa in the living room that was perfect for two people to stretch out on and enjoy the ocean view... No complaints at all! It was just the two of us on this trip, but I think this house would also be great for a family with kids, or two couples, since the two bedrooms are very separate from each other and have separate bathrooms.

This was our first time staying at this home and it’s now one of our favorites in Sea Ranch after having been there a few times a year for the past decade and staying at many different properties. Its location is superb and the kitchen and home are really well appointed. The views are some of the best with the large windows in the living room. Just note if you need a dark room to sleep, the sky light in the master bathes the room in light. Didn’t bother us at all but might be helpful for others who might be more sensitive, the downstairs bedroom would be a better option. Will definitely be back!

We have stayed at Ocean Knoll many times, but each time it is better than I remembered. Ocean views from every room, very clean and comfortable. The golf course is fabulous, new owners and they have made many improvements to the course. The kitchen is a dream, very well equipped and a great BBQ. The hot tub is perfect for relaxing after a long day. Caryl and Coasting Homes are responsive and helpful. This is a perfect Sea Ranch home.

I came with my husband and our two daughters (7 and 11), and everyone had a bathroom and a quiet place to sleep. The TV had Netflix so the kids were happy, and I was able to sit in the window with my coffee. It was beautiful!

My husband and I spent twelve nights at this beautiful spot. The house was well supplied, pretty, and cozy. You can't beat the views of the Pacific from every window. This house showed better in person than online. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed the patio/hot tub with a necessary windscreen the owners had built. We'll come again!

The location couldn’t have been better! It was so beautiful! The kitchen was stocked well. I recommend double checking to see that you have the lockbox combination before going. That email never got to me, and I should have checked before arriving. I have no complaints about the house, only wonderful recommendations! The host was very kind and helpful as well.

Great house in an amazing location. Would definitely stay here again. General area is isolated but that’s why the views are stunning. Comfortable bed/furnishings. Views from all the rooms are great. I do think she needs a new gas grill. But that’s the only thing that needs change here.

Recently back from our annual trip to Sea Ranch and there is no property better than Ocean Knolls. We have enjoyed staying there for the last several years. Communication with Caryl, the host is exceptional. The property is without a doubt the most well stocked of any vacation rental we have ever stayed at. You can’t beat the views or the amenities. We will be back in 2024!

The view is amazing and is right off the bluff. The house is clean and well maintained. The property manager is very responsive, as is the owner. All in all, we had a great time and would recommend the house to anything looking for a nice location off the bluff.

Upon entering the house, the ocean view beckons from the living room window. We couldn’t wait to get out there and see it for ourselves. Luckily the walking trail is right outside and we took many walks when we were there, morning, afternoon, and evening. The window seat is a wonderful place to sit and gaze at the view, and read books. I had brought my own but couldn’t resist reading something from the house’s collection of great reads. It’s also a great place to watch sunsets and spot wildlife. On the very first day, deer came right up to the window, a fox ran past, and we spotted whales! The house is well-maintained, well-stocked, and very clean. I can see why there are many repeat visitors. I appreciated the kitchen tools available - the knives were sharp and the pots and pans useable (not always the case in vacation homes). There were also lots of board games and jigsaw puzzles. The large fluffy towels were also a huge plus. If we ever come back to Sea Ranch, we hope to stay here again!

We so enjoyed our sister retreat and our first visit to Sea Ranch. The owners have thought of every little detail and made us feel so welcome. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and the bedrooms were beautiful and comfortable. The views are mesmerizing, no matter the weather. You can see waves crashing in the cove, from the living room, upstairs and hot tub. We loved being able to walk for miles in both directions, with the bluff trail a few steps from the house. We had many critter visitors around the house: deer, crows, Osprey, voles, and many other birds. It's a magical spot. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home with us!
