About this apartment rental

Information Enjoy a holiday with a great beach, wonderful scenery and living in an exceptional atmosphere. The apartment Strandloft was opened after a conversion and expansion in the spring of 2011. It is located on the ground floor of the apartment complex Strandvilla Lubmin, built in 1996. The apartment is comfortable and modern. Due to a pleasant high ceiling height and a large window front, as well as a spacious open plan living area, it has a certain loft character. Due to the south orientation, the apartment is very bright, looks inviting and friendly. On the terrace you can enjoy sunshine from morning to night. An associated free parking space is located directly next to the building (also entrance to the public paid parking). Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Location Just a few meters from the promenade and the long beautiful sandy beach of Lubmin is the apartment. It is located between Dünenstrasse and traffic-free beach promenade. The next larger town is Greifswald. 100 meters Shopping approx. 500 meters Bike rental approx. 300 meters Children's and adventure playground approx. 50 meters Sports and leisure center approx. 500 meters (bowling, fitness, squash, funball) Equipment Living room with LCD TV, DVD player, radio with CD player, dining table, couch with bed function (1.40 x 2.20 m), extra bed for 2 persons), ventilation system, access to the terrace Bedroom 1 with double bed (1,80 x 2,00 m), wardrobe bedroom 2 with 2 Single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m), wardrobe hallway with coat rack, clothes rack bathroom with shower, washing machine, hairdryer WC + guest toilet kitchen fitted kitchen with fridge / freezer, oven / grill, ceramic hob, circulating hood, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker , Electric kettle, egg cooker, toaster, dining table for 2 persons TerraceTable with 4 chairs, barbecue Additional facilities include cot, high chair, potty, ironing board, iron, tumble dryer and vacuum cleaner.   WLAN, final cleaning and booking fee are included.
