A great house for the family, The Family House has the following features:
. BEST location in Lancelin. 100m to the West is the beach and 100m to the East is the shopping centre and the park.
. 4 bedrooms
. 1 bathroom, with bath
. Open plan lounge and kitchen
. Large shaded concrete verandah with gas BBQ and outdoor setting as well as a wood BBQ
. A large, fully fenced yard (1.8m high fences)
. Airconditioning and heating
. Dishwasher, washing machine, plasma TV, DVD player
. Unlimited WIFI
. 2 x QS beds, 2 x single beds (1 trundle) and a set of bunk beds. Porta-cot also available (need to supply own linen for porta-cot)
. All linen, crockery and cutlery supplied
. Pets allowed outside but not inside house
. Sorry no schoolies or leavers

Nice location. Spacious rooms. Good outside rear veranda Good front lawn space for games Oven works but oven fan needs replacement - fan forced option is unusable. BBQ could be replaced.

Excellent property but only one problem. Shower over the bath which made it impossible to shower older visitors. Just need to make that clear when booking.

Very nice stay at this house, had everything we needed, plenty of room for 8 adults. Very close to the beach/shops. Beds were comfortable, house was clean when we arrived. Would definitely stay again and recommend it.

This is great place to stay. Close to the beach but protected from the wind. Walking distance to Main Street. The house is clean and well kept. Fencing is great for bringing our dog on holidays. Highly recommend

Location was perfect, we have stayed in many places in lano and this spot was so convenient. Loved the fenced yard and access. A few cobwebs round the place and the BBQ could use a spruce up. I messaged the host and got an instant reply to my query so great service.

Great location. Close to the beach for a walk, close to the surf beach. Shops walking distance A really good place that allows for dogs. The kelpie/border collie ran laps of the backyard and was grinning every time he came around Thank you to the hosts for a great stay

We’ll set up although some amenities lacking such as shampoo and conditioner. Light in bathroom not working and one light in living area. Nice and pet friendly very secure.

Great house, very handy for the beach. Everything we needed in the kitchen and tv is great. Would recommend leaving a spare gas bottle in the house though as we ran out when the shops were closed and halfway through cooking. Would stay again.

We didn't have kids with us this time around, but it's a perfect place if you do with the high fences and the immediate proximity to the park, shops and beach. We wandered across the road for plenty of basketball ourselves. Everything is in working order. The master bedroom bed could probably do with a new mattress, but we were otherwise very comfortable as always. Water is hot with great water pressure for showers, although I'd recommend bringing drinking water if you're not used to the water in Lanno. 50MBps internet with Ethernet ports and wireless available. We've been staying here for years and years, and keep coming back.

Thanks for a great weekend getaway with family and friends in Lancelin. The house and location were great. Despite the deluge of rain on our arrival we stayed dry and warm with the reverse cycle heating and extra blankets. The bedroom configurations are different to those listed on Stayz and could be better arranged and perhaps some games to keep the kids entertained when indoors. Overall a very enjoyable and comfortable weekend!
