Großartige Gastgeber und wunderschöne Unterkunft

Alícia und ihr Mann sind wundervolle Gastgeber und bemühen sich liebevoll um ihre Gäste. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet und das Bett super bequem und mit dem Blick aufs Meer traumhaft schön. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen, alles ist frisch zubereitet und hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Dazu gab es Tipps für gute Restaurants und Unternehmungen in der Gegend. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten.

Aconsejable escapada de fin de semana a un bonito destino en un sitio privilegiado

La situación inmejorable, vistas desde la habitación impresionantes, camas muy cómodas, todo muy limpio y aseado, el desayuno te lo preparan los propietarios con mucho gusto, siempre predispuestos a ayudar en lo que sea, te dejan agua y frutas para tomar cuando necesites , productos de sus campos muy buenos a destacar el zumo de naranja, la tortilla que te preparan para cada comensal en el momento, el comedor muy bonito , un sitio para volver

Si no te registra el dueño 72h antes no podrás entrar el coche para descargar por la situación tan cercana al castillo restringida, si hablas policía local por teléfono y explicas pueden abrirte barrera si no, desde parking hasta habitación hay que subir una cuesta las maletas aunque si avisas dueños ofrecen recogerte

Perfekte Gastgeber in traumhafter Lage 🤩

Alicia und Agustin sind perfekte Gastgeber. Ich habe mich selten so wohl gefühlt in einer Unterkunft. Die Lage und die Aussicht ist von allen geschmackvoll eingerichteten Zimmern aus einfach atemberaubend! Und das liebevoll zubereitete Frühstück ist ein Traum. So lecker!! Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Ein dreitägiger fantastischer Aufenthalt in einem Super Hostal, das unbedingt empfehlenswert ist.

Traumhafte Lage in der Altstadt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Castel von Peniscola. Alle Zimmer sind individuell und äußerst liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügen über Meerblick - Die Gastgeber sind äußerst nett, zuvorkommend und stets bemüht, den Gästen den Aufenthalt zu einem besonderen Erlebnis werden zu lassen.

Lage ist außergewöhnlich, mit Blick auf Festung, langen Strand und das schöne Städtchen!Jedes Zimmer hat einen eigenen Balkon mit dem tollen Ausblick! Trotz der zentralen Lage in der Altstadt ist es Nachts und Morgens ruhig! Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig!Jeden Morgen gab es ein anderes Omelette!Es gab frisches Baguette, Croissants und auch mal selbstgebackenen Kuchen!Es gab Schinken und Käse, sowie Marmelade! Das Frühstück wurde mit Blick über die Altstadt, den langgezogenen Strand und die Promenade unter einem Vordach mit Schirm serviert! Am Abreisetag wurde das Frühstück extra ganz früh zubereitet obwohl die Frühstückszeiten später sind! Das Hotel wird von einer Familie geführt die den Gästen alle Wünsche von den Lippen ablesen! Es standen rund um die Uhr Wasser und Früchte bereit! Die Dusche ist groß und mit Glastür und besitzt zur Brause eine Regendusche! Betten sind bequem und werden regelmäßig frisch bezogen!

Escapada perfecta!

La ubicación, en pleno centro histórico y con vistas al mar, la limpieza de la habitación y las instalaciones, el trato familiar de los anfitriones, la decoración, EL DESAYUNO, la privacidad... La anfitriona nos recibió como cuando llega algún familiar a casa, nos explicó todo con detalle y nos dio la llave de la habitación, que también abre la puerta principal, y ya puedes entrar y salir cuando quieras, es como si estuvieras en tu casa. La limpieza excelente, siguiendo todas las medidas de seguridad. La habitación, perfecta, muy bien aprovechado el espacio, los amenities están pensados para que no necesites llevas apenas nada (hay cepillo de dientes ecológico, pasta de dientes, bastoncillos, coletero, lima de uñas...) y un set de Rituals que me encantó. EL DESAYUNO es un capítulo aparte, te preparan al momento todo, casero, una tortilla de patatas, tostadas con tomate, embutido, frutas, zumo, croissant, café... buenísimo!! Sin duda, nuestro alojamiento preferido en Peñíscola, volveremos!

We're so glad we stayed here.

What a discovery. This is a little jewel of a hotel, and my wife and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere small, quiet, comfortable and beautifully managed by the relaxed and friendly owners - who did everything to make us at home. Cars are not allowed in this old part of the exquisite town ramparts, but we were able to park our motorcycle safely opposite and found the quiet location and short walk to the beach ideal. Plenty of choice to eat nearby. We will try and return one day.

There is absolutely nothing to dislike or find disagreeable.

A perfect stay which we thoroughly enjoyed and would definitely go back.

The location was perfect and very clean. The hosts were extremely welcoming. The little touches made all the difference. The breakfast was lovely and plentiful, just make sure you leave room for the homemade cake! This place is a very special!

Exceptional

The property is located in the old town just below the castle. It is a pedestrian area with narrow cobbled streets and no parking. It has fabulous views with steps leading down to the beach. Alicia is a lovely host who prepares the most amazing breakfast served on the outdoor terrace. Would love to return!

The room was small. It didn’t bother us as we spent little time there but may not be ideal if you were stuck indoors due to bad weather.

We would recommend the place without any hesitation.

The service provided by the family was top notch. The home made breakfast was very delicious and fresh. The location of the hostel was perfect. The place is very spiritual. Only regret that we had that we did not book more time in that lovely place.

Exceptional! We traveled Spain for 4 weeks and this place was absolutely amazing! The hosts go above and beyond in helping you out, they are lovely. The view was better than any in Spain. The bed was the most comfortable that we have had and the sheets were also top quality. The breakfast!!! The breakfast was fabulous!! We will be back!

Oh my where do we start!!! Everything from the amazing decor, the owners were so hospitable and friendly to the stunning rooms, plus to die for views and an unbeatable breakfast!!! Best in all of Europe!!! You must book it hands down.

One of those serendipity travel experiences...kind people and lovely settings!

The family run hostal (Alicia, Augustine and Isabella) are incredible hosts! The care for their business and client visitors is immediately noticeable. The facility is a little gem with attention to detail and comfort rivaling most facilities we have experienced across the cost spectrum. The breakfast made one feel like a special "family" guest.

We could not identify anything they could have provided or attempted to make our stay any more charming or comfortable...

excellent, breakfast was awesome. we stayed in the executive suite which of course gave us a better accommodation.

The Hostal Boutique was excellent. Alicia, Augustine & their daughter did a great job. plus the property has a water front view.

it’s located in the old Castle so if you can’t walk a lot it can be hard to reach. so your mobility is critical with this - location.

The very best of everything

Everything! Alicia and her family are charming and helpful, the location is superb, the rooms are immaculate with comfy beds, towels for the beach and the shower, and if you get the suite you also get a fabulous outdoor bath! we also had safe parking for our motorbikes directly opposite. And the best breakfast so far in Spain.

Absolute perfection and a welcome break during a long drive across Europe

Outstanding hospitality, beautiful and convenient location, amazing and plentiful breakfast. Free parking was arranged for us only 100m away. Alicia and her husband could not do enough for us. 11 out of 10 if it were possible.

Amazing, from start to finish, in very detail, it was a fabulous four days.

Every thing. I booked the Hostal as a surprise for my wife’s birthday. She had no idea where we were going, and when we arrived in Peniscola she did not then know where we were staying. On closing the door to our room she burst into tears - she could believe how beautiful the Hostal was, or how fabulous the location within the castle walls was. Alicia, our Hostal owner was wonderful lady who made us feel completely at ease.
