Lovely area and great view. Apartment clean. Double bed quite hard for us and sofa not too comfortable to sit on for any length of time. Bit of a misunderstanding with check-in but got there eventually. Very nice stay overall.

Lovely holiday, this area is beautiful in my opinion. Mark our host was ready to meet us at the apartment and it was great for us, with everything we needed, and a decent walk into town. Great walks along the coast and we could bring our young dog. Thank-you Mark.

Close to city centre but far enough to be away from all the commercial places and crowds. Wonderful sea views and 5min walk to the best beaches in Costs Brava (though the sand is very coarse and may take time for your feet to adjust). There is a wonderful restaurant in the beach of Belladonna. The beds could be more comfortable. There is no air conditioning, but maybe even not necessary only if the owner could provide a couple of fans in each bedroom.

The Apartment is a little way from the main town, and is quieter than the town itself. It is about a 10 minute walk to the main street though, so easy to visit. A local, and very picturesque, beach is accessed across the main road. It sleeps 4 comfortably, and has additional sleeping possible for 2 more in the living area. A compact kitchen is adequate, with basic utensils provided. Parking private to the apartment is provided, and we had no problem finding a space, though the street parking in the area can be very congested. The Wi-Fi worked well. Communication with Marc by email, text and phone, was easy, and he there to greet us, and explain everything.

we stayed here for 5 days!! the parents from marc waited for us at the appartment when we arrived at 12.30h and we could go direct in the appartment!! they've told us also some good restaurants ( not touristic) the bedrooms where ok , kitchen was good for us because we only eat breakfast at the appartment at the big terrace!! when we go back to playa de aro we will take this appartment again !!

Nous revenons de la Goleta où nous avons passé une semaine avec nos deux enfants de 2 et 5 ans. L'appartement est fonctionnel, la vue sur la mer est très sympa et la terrasse de bonne taille. L'accueil fut chaleureux. Toutefois, deux petits bémols : la propreté laissait vraiment à désirer notamment dans la salle de bains et la route devant l'immeuble est très passante : pas évident pour descendre à la plage car il faut la traverser et sur la terrasse et dans la chambre donnant de ce côté si, il y a quand même beaucoup de bruit. En conclusion, bon rapport qualité prix.

assasappartement tres charmant, vue magnifique, une semaine tres agreable avec un temps de mois de juillet alors que nous etions le 9 avril 2011. que dire de l acceuil merci encore aux parents de marc tres gentil et tres aimable. je conseil vivement cette appartement et surtout nous n avons eux aucune mauvaises surprises. un vrai bonheur.

Quel bonheur!Facile a` trouvée,bien equipée,bien placée,lumineuse;Qui veut de plus?On a eu de la chance avec les temps et la region est magnifique.La ville de Platja d'Aro etait vivante meme en plein hiver!Le seul bémol etait que le séjour passait trop vite! Malgré notre connerie d'oublier la clef de l'appartement dedans les parents du proprietaire ont fait une heure de route pour ouvrir sans plaindre et toujours un grand sourire! Merci beaucoup!!

Cette location est emplacée prs d'une voie très fréquentée, donc bruyante. Le mobilier est d'un autre temps (année 60) et la salle de bain (lavabo) est juste un lave-mains, plus fuite joint douche donc location moyenne. J'ai l'impression d'avoir été piègée par les avis trs positifs.

Tout était au rendez-vous : le temps,l'appartement,la vue directe sur la mer, l'accueil des propriétaires,la proximité de tout (beaux paysages et commerces).On s'y accommode très vite.L'appartement est sympathique et bien équipé pour passer des vacances.Le seul bémol est la literie. Il y a deux lits individuels raisonnables dans une chambre, plus deux lits simples dans une autre chambre en guise de lit de couple (manque de confort pour un couple), et dans le salon il y a un clic-clac et un lit armoire !! En conclusion, appartement agréable pour quatre adultes. Un excellent rapport qualité prix hors saison.Allez-y sans trop de questions.

Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances dans l'appart de Marc. L'accueil de la famille de Marc était extrêment chaleureux et sympathique .La cuisine est super bien équipée et l'appart très fonctionnel, nous n'avons manqué de rien. L'immeuble est équipé d'un ascenseur et nous avions une place de parking privé. Des grandes surfaces à proximité ouvertes même le dimanche. Seul bémol, le bruit de la circulation sur la route car nous sommes des montagnards peu habitués aux bruits de la ville. Sinon, beaucoup de choses à faire dans les alentours. Des randonnées en bord de mer, de la plongée, des villages médiévaux à visiter, des paysages superbes à proximité et Barcelone à 90 km. Nous avons passé de supers vacances.

Very nice apartment, well located near the town center but in a quiet area. Next to 2-3 small fantastic beaches. The owners are a very kind family, they gave has a very warm wellcome! Plaija d'Aro is a very interesting town, specially for water sports and fun. We hope to return next year!!!

Appartement simple et tranquille en février à 15 mn de Platja d'Aro qui est une superbe ville. Très beau carnaval. Nous avons profité du grand balcon pour manger au soleil. Propriétaire sympa. Enfin très bon séjour.
