Situated across the road from North Cottesloe beach.

Accommodation is for up to six people

-Queen bed with deluxe pillow-top and bottom mattress
-Bunks in second bedroom
-Queen sofabed with luxury latex mattress and commercial grade trampoline base in third bedroom or study.
-Cot available

Secure parking -undercover parking in enclosure at the back of the building.

Two courtyards- front courtyard has garden, paving, table and chairs and new Weber Q barbecue overlooking the ocean. Rear courtyard has table and chairs - perfect for an early morning coffee.

The apartment is furnished with French antiques, vintage and modern pieces. It is light-filled and spacious.

-Free unlimited NBN wifi (installed 01/10/18)
-Reverse cycle air-conditioning in living area and bedrooms
-81cm LCD Television, dvd, etc. in living area
-Small LCD television with inbuilt DVD player in main bedroom.
-AEG Dishwasher.
-Panasonic Microwave.
-Excellent cooking facilities, new AEG oven and cooktop, large LG french doored fridge/freezer, crockery, cutlery, utensils, appliances.
-Bosch washing machine. Iron and ironing board
-Queen electric blanket main bedroom
-The bathroom is ensuited to the main bedroom with other access from hallway
-Separate toilet next to laundry
-Crisp cotton bed linen is provided, as are bath sheets and towels.
-Beach towels are not provided -can be arranged.

Cleaning can be arranged.

A short walk to numerous cafes, restaurants and hotels along the oceanfront. Across the road from an Internet cafe. Eric Street Shopping centre (Supermarket, pharmacy, cafe, fashion, and health club) is two blocks away. Tennis and golf clubs are within five minutes walk. A regular bus service runs along Eric Street, stopping directly outside the apartment building. Less than 10 minutes walk to Grant Street railway station. Claremont's Bayview Terrace and Cottesloe's Napoleon Street a couple of minutes away by car. Perth city and Fremantle are both 10-15 minutes away by car.

After six years being away from Perth we felt like we landed back home during our stay. The apartment is conveniently located next to a world class beach, public transport, and groceries. The check in and access was easy and well communicated. Will stay again if/when provided the opportunity.

Perfect location right next to beach & easy train access to Fremantle & Perth. Lovely cool apartment with everything you could need. Comms with host were excellent start to finish. Apartment spotless on arrival. Would definitely recommend to others.

This was a wonderful stay. We loved the location and comfort of the apartment. It would be helpful to have the ironing board replaced as it kept collapsing when being used.

We loved the location, fittings, amenities of this property. However, the second bedroom has a bunk bed, not twin beds, as described in the listing. This made for less comfort for the tall person who was sleeping in that room. The third sleeping space is a fold-out sofa/futon in a small home office area off the living room.

Perfect Cottesloe Apartment for my family. Loved the location to Beach. No car required. Hop step and jump to beach, restaurants, supermarket, takeaway. Apartment well equipped and well maintained. I loved mix of antique and modern furnishings. The most outstanding feature in the hot weather is how cool the Apartment stays with excellent aircon throughout. Overall 5/5 for our family.

This property was perfect for us. Our mother needed a place without stairs. She also wanted to be close to the ocean and nice restaurants. These plus our need for a multi bedroom home with parking make the choice to book with Kaye easy. Thanks for a wonderful place to call home for a few days.
