It was amazing property and was located near everything we needed!!!

We came to Reno for my daughter's graduation. We rented this house because of the close proximity to the school. It was perfect! It was comfortable and cozy. It was an easy 5 minute, or less, drive to campus.

This house was so comfortable to stay in. We really felt at home. Large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry and a beautiful deck to enjoy the beautiful view of the canyon in the backyard. The owners were always quick to respond with questions. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Great location and place to stay.

Very comfortable; well stocked kitchen items, We chose this house because it has a great walk in shower since my husband is disabled. Nice quiet neighborhood, convenient location. We had minor issues: Burned out light bulbs in the kitchen and master bath. At night the kitchen was very dark while trying to cook. There was no spare bulb. My son checked and it is some kind of special plug in bulb. The house manual says there are normal day to day cleaning products under the sink. Not the case. Nothing to clean up spills, etc. except paper towels and water. No gloves, no swiffer sheets, as stated. I should have taken a pic of what the manual said was supposed to be there. And the family bath door does not lock. Otherwise we were very pleased with the house.

The location is all you could hope for. Megan was very responsive with many questions.
I would definitely recommend this vacation spot.

The house was very comfortable and well stocked. My mom needed handicapped accessible and the house is just that. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Hosts were great. Very responsive. Only complaint I have is all the road work. At times it took a bit to get out of the area however, the hosts aren't to blame for that. We definitely will stay here again in the future.

Beautiful comfortable home in a great location. Handicapped accessible which was a plus with our non ambulatory daughter

The listing is very accurate in describing this house. There were no surprises for us when we arrived and entered. It had everything we needed, and when we went shopping for the week, we just needed food and drink. We were in Reno for Hot August Nights, and the home is close enough to the HAN venues that it was no trouble going back and forth. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was large enough to move around in, and the dining room table was big enough for us. We talked about it, and when we come back again in 2024, we would definitely see if we could rent this place again. The only drawback, and this is not the host's fault, is the construction going on in the neighborhood and the roads are in pretty poor shape with badly filled areas from previous work done. The neighborhood was very quiet.

It was clean, cute, Accurate to listening and peaceful. I adored it

The house was very nice and had all we needed to be comfortable. We had a bit of an issue with the thermostat - it stayed in the 76-78 degree range and we couldn't change it. A bit warm for us, but we managed. It was pretty well away from shopping, but an easy commute to our job. The neighborhood is packed, so parking was a challenge with multiple cars. Communication with the host was great and would be happy to stay there again.

The house was clean and as pictured in the listing. Location is very convenient to town and very accessible to the walking trails. We enjoyed our stay!

It was a great place for us. Quiet, easy drive into any part of Reno and surrounding area. Easy access to hiking with our pup. Loved listening to the creek. Owners were a wealth of information and quick to respond to questions. Would go back!

House was perfect size for 5 adults. Bathroom lighting does make it hard to do you makeup, but that is my only complaint. Everything else is perfect.

Property was very convenient for our plans and was comfortable, having everything we needed!

This home is super cute and comfortable. Although we ended up only staying one night due to a medical emergency, we were able to get a nice feel for the place and saw that it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the outside deck and the view, along with the fact that you can walk to get to some great hiking trails. Robbie was super responsive to my messages and very accommodating when we had to check out early. We will definitely look for this rental on our future visits to Reno.

The house was lovely, the view off the deck was exactly like the picture on VRBO. We sat on the deck every morning watching the early morning runners. All of the necessary amenities were provided. We would highly recommend this property. Thank you. Neil & Christine Morgan, Eddie and Linda Pugh, Houston,Tx.

Nice Modern Clean & Comfy Home
Extremely nice home in a quiet neighborhood. Owners are super responsive and communicative. Nice, clean, modern décor & everything you need for an easy stay. Perfect for a family.
Although we didn't need it, I noticed that a great selling point to this house is that it is fully handicap accessible! There is a ramp to the front door, hardwood even floors throughout, wide doorways to the kitchen, master bedroom and bath. Plus the shower is accessible. That's not often seen in a VRBO. Really nicely done.
We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again.

Clean, roomy, and extremely well-equipped kitchen and laundry room. Well decorated. Quiet neighborhood. The deck was fenced, but no fenced yard for the dogs . Robbie Ferrito was quick to respond to any questions I had. I'd stay here again.

Robbie's property was as advertised and he was super responsive as a host. Bedrooms and sheets were clean and comfortable. We had a great time considering the smoke from the forest fires; it was nice to have a good property to hang out indoors at. When the smoke cleared a little for one day, we loved the back deck with the views of the hills. We wished we could have hiked the "N" since it was in the backyard.
4 stars on cleanliness was only for some wear and tear we noticed to the property/ furnishings that you can't see in photos. Living room ottoman is really worn, scratches and sun damage on the floors.
4 stars on neighborhood just because there are some pretty junky cars the neighbors keep parked in the cul-de-sac. Obviously, there isn't much the host can do about this. It is just a little off-putting.

Very contemporary decor. Love the house and deck with view. Very friendly owners. Super close to University Nevada Reno which was great for me. Dog friendly which was amazing. Close to hiking and close to beautiful park. The neighborhood is scattered with old broken down looking cars which is a shame. A lot of cars parked on the street that really take away from the cute home. But I felt safe and I would definitely stay here again

We stayed here for a week and the house was perfect. Was able to cook meals, UNR was close by for our daughter, and we hiked up to the N sign which is close by the house. Super comfortable, quiet and would definitely stay here again!

Good times
House was everything we needed to spend a relaxing time away from home. Kitchen looked to be well stocked although we never cooked. Why cook when you're vacationing. The view from the back deck was awesome. There were hiking/jogging trails if you're into that sort of thing. The neighborhood was nice and we felt really safe there. The only issue we had was the living room sofa. It has seen better days. Hopefully it will be replaced soon. Downtown Reno (casinos, drinks &fun) was an $8.00 Uber ride away. We would definitely rent again when we return to the area. Thank you for sharing your place with us.
