Welcome to Seachase E201! You are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this luxury beach front condo with sixty feet of floor-to-ceiling glass in the living/dining/kitchen and both bedrooms, all of which overlook the Gulf of Mexico. Totally renovated, high-end gulf front unit for up to 8 people maximum. Living/dining/kitchen area and two bedrooms all facing the gulf. You can't beat this unit. Granite countertops, warm decor with beautiful furniture. High-end yet still practical and comfortable. Owner allows mature guests who know how to take care of other's property. Owner is picky about the quality of his unit, maintenance, inventory, and cleaning and is looking for guests who are responsible and considerate of the effort owner has made to offer a dynamic unit. No smoking anywhere in this unit (including on the balcony).

This is a dog friendly unit. No cats. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed to stay in this unit. Please note dogs are not allowed on the beach in front of Seachase, but they are allowed at designated dog beach areas and the closest one is about 1 mile east of Seachase at the pier at Pier Park.

You will enjoy the beach from the 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas that are seasonally included with the rental of this condo through the beach service! The season for beach chairs typically runs from March 6 to October 15.

Seachase is located only a mile from great dining and shopping at Peir Park and only a couple of miles from Frank Brown Park where most softball and baseball tournaments are held.

Property needs some cleaning. Private beach had lots of cigarette butts and trash. Room was good, needs some fresh paint and a deep clean otherwise good. Host was excellent answers immediately and addressed our issues promptly.

This was our second time staying here and once again, it did not disappoint. Located right on the beach in a quiet neighborhood. Huge windows to look out, large kitchen and beach chairs/umbrella included with the rental. Corri was very kind and responsive. Thank you so much for sharing your space with us!

Spent the week with family and 2 dogs. Great location. Beach was not overcrowded at this end. Loved that beach service was included and we didn’t have to lug sandy chairs and umbrellas back and forth. Grandma could sit on balcony with the dogs and watch the kids in the water if she didn’t want to come down to beach. Everything you need to cook is in kitchen. We made breakfast everyday. Winn Dixie in walking distance. Beautiful oceanfront views from every room, we never wanted to close the blinds. Older building but kept up, would definitely rent again. Owner very easy to work with and quick to respond.

we're all turning 60 this year! this place was perfect for the 5 of us. Super nice and spacious. The views are awesome. Plenty of bath towels & wash clothes. It was a great home away from home. We will try to stay here again on our next trip!

My husband and I loved staying at this property. Everything was very clean and the beds are nice and comfortable. They let our golden retriever stay here and that is very hard to find. Most condos on the beach have a strict weight limit for dogs. The host had great communication and was very friendly. We would love to stay here again!

The condo was beautiful, very clean, had everything we needed. Could not ask for a nicer place. Very pet friendly. My Simba enjoyed the balcony watching the people and ocean. Beautiful sunsets. We’ll definitely will be staying there again.

Condo looks just like the pictures. Location can’t be beat especially those traveling with dogs, as it’s so close to the dog beach at Pier Park! Ginormous closets and the master bathroom was also very spacious. Corri was always prompt in her replies to my messages. Couldn’t ask for anything more. We picked this property because of the layout all bedrooms with ocean views and it did not disappoint. The unit was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Best of all it came with two umbrellas and 4 chairs. The unit decor is dared from the 80s but it is ver ynice. Will definitely stay here again

We had a wonderful time. I love that it accepted my 58 lbs dog. Most places don’t. The condo was very clean and in a great location. The whole place has a view of the beach. The only drawback is they don’t show up to repair things. Luckily, the leaking master sink didn’t ruin our vacation.

Our family has been visiting PCB for 28+ years. This is one of the BEST condos we've visited. The room setup was perfect. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. The location is perfect if you're interested in visiting Pier Park and several restaurants. It's very convenient to grocery stores. For our stay, there was hardly no one on the beach. It was not crowded at all. Our entire visit was perfect!!! We would definitely stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay here in unit E201. The ocean view is awesome! You're able to view the ocean from the dining, living room, kitchen and both bedrooms. Very relaxing! I would recommend the owner have the ac unit maintenance done, because the master bedroom was warm at times, even though the ac was on. Also. some of the balcony furniture needs to be replaced. I almost fell through one of the chairs, so I switched to a rocking chair. I did see in a previous post that the same happened to them as well with one of the chairs. Overall, we enjoyed our mini spring break vacation! The host responds very quickly and was very nice.

A beautiful condo in a beautiful beachfront location. The shell of 201E is amazing, i.e., the floors, bathrooms, kitchen, balcony, appliances, AC, however the furniture was worn out and in much need of replacement, especially the mattresses and balcony furniture (except for the rocking chairs) and a good thorough dusting is needed in cracks, crevices and underneath the beds. Garage maintenance was under way during our entire stay from 9A-5P! Forget the sound of gentle waves--very loud!! For these reasons my rating can only be a 3.5. The beach company was great with our set up--never a hiccup and Corri was easy to contact and immediate with her responses.

We have stayed at Seachase for a few years and this is our new favorite unit. Comfy furniture, upgraded EVERYTHING including a shower with multiple jets and towel warmer. The kitchen was well.equipped and beds as comfy as home. The Paris-theme decor was a hit with us. Pet-friendly, close to elevator, quiet, clean, luxurious and 4 beach chairs and two umbrellas make for easy living!

Our experience here was the best it could have possibly been! Corri went above and beyond as an owner to make my mom’s 60th birthday so special! A memory we will never forget. We've been staying at SeaChase once or twice a year for the last 10 years, always just booking whatever is available...mostly, they're nice, but I've never left reviews. This owner deserves a review. The unit is completely renovated/updated, and it was well thought through. The decor is not "beachy", but it's nice. What's impressive is the thought behind the renovations and furnishings. It's as if the owners thought about what would make them comfortable, and then did it. The master bath has a spacious walk-in shower with multiple shower heads and a frameless door, as well as a towel warmer and knee-space at the vanity, and the secondary bath has a deep soaking tub. Both baths have new cabinetry with soft-close doors and tasteful tile and granite. The kitchen also has new cabinetry with soft-close doors, upgraded appliances, and tasteful tile and granite. I could tell that the owner actually went shopping to furnish the kitchen rather than filling it with odds and ends from their own home. They also included blanket throws and small power strips with USB ports on the bedside tables (now I will buy them for my home). One of the nicest things the owner did was to install really nice (and I'm sure expensive) window treatments. They block out all light when closed and they open easily and are attractive. The only thing missing was tall chairs on the deck for a perfect view. We'll definitely be back!

My husband and I were very pleased with every aspect of this rental. It was extremely clean and furnished to the nine with the most modern bathrooms and appliances. Our favorite part was the wonderful sliding glass doors that went across the entire ocean front of the condo. I spent many early mornings sitting and enjoying the beach in the recliners with our fur babies. We will definitely come back
