Lock on front door needs to be replaced, the tv lost signal to wifi and couldn’t watch tv. Other than that, the cabin was great, great location next to river up hwy 60 (very curvy) which was nice (amazing views) cell signal was poor at best (Verizon). Small combo pool table in basement was nice for the kids. Plenty of beds. There were “rules” written for EVERYTHING. Nice hot tub.

Enjoyed the house! Great location on the river. Comfortable and relaxing!

The property was great! We had a great time and everyone enjoyed the creek! Loved the concept of leaving things that could be used behind for next guests!

Peaceful, quiet place on the river. We were looking for somewhere to just relax for the weekend and this cabin was a perfect place to do that. Would definitely stay again

This property provided an awesome weekend for my family and me. The scenery is gorgeous, family-friendly, and relaxing. The property manager was accommodating and attentive. We look forward to staying here again.

Spring was all around.
The cabin was as advertised and the host was quick to respond.
Family was able to get into the fly fishing experience.
Will be back again!

Beautiful, clean, peaceful, relaxing...all what we need for a relaxing time for me and my wife

We enjoyed the cabin, it was everything it was advertised to be.

The cabin was well maintained, stocked, and comfortable; felt like you were in someone's home in a good way. The host was proactive and great with communication; very detailed instructions, tips, and suggestions. The only downsides were the location (lots of motorcycle traffic noise on the main road/not sure if that's normal or there was an event nearby), limited ease-of-access to the river itself, and the grill was on its last legs (recommend replacement). Pool/game table was not full size (did not use). The old fashioned fireplace indoors is pretty neat.

Cabin is really good. Our stay was very short but we enjoyed.

Gorgeous and clean. Only minor quibble was the hot tub had some minor issues and is only a small 2 seater.

Lets start out by saying the grounds are very unkempt to say the least the grill listed in the add was corroded and unclean sitting on the ground we bought food to grill and chill and had to cook in the cabin, next you couldn't get to the firepit because of the overgrowth and uncleanliness. Then as advertised you could not fish on the bank of the river because of the drop off and tree. the to do list and dont list on everything was horrible not to mention the wifi situation you have no service the wifi has to be text to the owner to add I mean come on we already paid way too much money to stay in that cabin. Nothing listed was as it actually was. VRBO needs to contact thisowner cause I was pissed off this was our 12th anniverary get away and we had to get away from that non functionsing cabin. The hot tub smelt of mold and mlldew!! I was not going down a huge flight of stairs and walking through gravel to get some kind of funk from that hot tub. The whole trip was ruined by this cabin!! I truley belive that this cabin should not be listed with anyone that how dissappointing and a complete rip off because the pictures are not even the same. It was a horrible experince and that was our first and probably only time using VRBO if that is what your listing and rentine. Soo upset we went out every morning at daylight to get away since we had already spent the money. Our plan was to buy food and me read and play on my tablet while my husband fished but he couldnt.if

Cabin was clean and as advertised.
From my viewpoint this cabin and property is for people younger than senior citizens. As seniors we had a hard time getting in and out of bathtub, safety grab bars would help seniors.
Getting to river to fish was a challenge especially for us as senior citizens.
Otherwise this property is great for the younger clientele.

A nice get away. Enjoyed the screen in porch at night. Looks like the pictures in the description, very clean and a nice view of the river.

It was a greater few days playing in the river, making a fire, watching movies, playing games and relaxing together

Need address of owner or where to send plate and kitchen knife we mistakenly brought home. Had to unplug hot tub. Pump would not turn off. Everything was great!

Nice cabin very convenient to hiking trail’s waterfalls and rafting/ tubing. Enjoyed to hot tub as well

"This is one place that looks like the pictures on the website." This was the comment of our friend when we arrived at the cabin. It is very clean, organized and well equipped. The location is beautiful with a view of the Toccoa River. It is tucked in the woods but with easy access from the main road. Lovely place for a family vacation.

I needed to breathe. This was perfect. Wonderfully wooded. The cabin was as described, more comfortable than I had first expected. The location is perfect for getting back to nature, it is very quiet and so lovely

Overall, we were happy with our stay at the cabin. It is advertised as their home while guests are not staying there, and that rings pretty much true once you arrive and look things over. You do have the feeling of "its not yours", but borrowed.... if that makes any sense. It is certainly "dated" and needs a few furniture / appliance upgrades and some exterior cleaning and such. Parking and access is as advertised. Not really secluded. Neighbors in front and back of you. It is motorcycle friendly if you don't mind hard packed gravel road 1/4 mile to the cabin with a wood bridge with runners on each side. No garage access to store bike during the stay. But was ok to put under the eves of the cabin next to garage. Really need new recliners and couches. One recliner will not recline and the other can't right itself without getting out of the chair and force it to close up. 4 out of 5 stars given.

This cabin was perfect!! Lots of room and cabin was fully stocked!! We could not have asked for anything better!! My grandkids absolutely loved it.. The only thing we were disappointed in was the fact we didn’t catch many fish.. trout fishing is completely new to us.. We usually fish for Bass and Cashfish, and wanted to give trout a chance.. but we didn’t have much luck but allot of fun trying!

Need to update pictures of hot tub its a small size tub.Chairs outside by fire pit are broke and busted nowhere to sit other than the rotted logs around the pit and the entire area was a mess .3rd level bathroom shower will completely stop if the main level toilet is being used.King size bed in the main level bedroom needs to be replaced pretty well worn out.Regulator on the gas grill thats on the front porch needs replaced it will not heat up enough to cook on.Was not a good experience felt like we were being watched by cameras and neighbors the entire time

Lovely home! I would love to go back in the summer with my grandchildren to enjoy floating the river. You will find everything you need, down to roasting sticks for marshmallows!
Be advised that you will lose cell service driving in. There was a little mix up regarding the welcome letter and we had to drive half an hour to be able to contact the host. He was super quick to respond and gave us everything we needed to access the cabin.

Very nice home with lots of beds. Well equipped kitchen but could use a bigger table. There was not enough room for my family to eat together.
The property is nice and the porch and hot tub were very relaxing.

We really enjoyed our stay with family. The cabin was clean. Lots to do around the area, but we didn't leave the cabin. We just enjoyed the down time.

We wanted to take the kids on a family getaway to spend time together and just disconnect from the craziness of every day life. We tend to get very busy with work once spring is in full swing and through summer so we wanted to have that bonding time with the kids. This place was PERFECTION. The owner/ host was fantastic with communication, even let us check in a little early because we were arriving a little ahead of schedule. There was no cell service but Wi-Fi which was perfect to be able to unplug. The peacefulness of the woods and sounds of the river were so relaxing. Coffee by the fire in the morning is one of my favorite things so that fit the bill as well. Local nature attractions such as the fish hatchery and swinging bridge were great day trip adventures and we even traveled to blue ridge to see the Bigfoot museum! The cabin was well stocked and have everything needed for a nice comfortable stay. Everything was well communicated as far as expectations of treating the property. We will definitely stay here again in the future 😊

This cabin had all of the needed amenities. We enjoyed the hot tub on a cold night as well as the cast iron fireplace! The owner was very responsive. The lot is beautiful right next to the river! Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our mountain stay! There were a couple of small issues, but the owner was quick to respond. The area is quaint with some fabulous hiking nearby. We brought food with us so we wouldn't have to take the trip to the grocery store, but did end up having an awesome breakfast biscuit from the store down the road. All in all we had a great time!

This cozy cabin was perfect for our quick Fall getaway. The convenient location made it ideal to explore areas nearby. Cabin was clean and in a beautiful surrounding. Owner was quick to respond and answer questions prior to our stay. Will definitely consider for return reservation.

Beautiful cabin with a beautiful river view. House has everything you may need.
Had some issues with the wifi and cell phone signal but it was due to the heavy rain. I contacted the owner and he replied immediately offering a solution.

Great House for a mountain Vacation
We had a great time here, loved the wrap around porch and the screened in back porch. Access to the river was beautiful too and loved the house. The only complaint we really had was the hot tub chemicals are way off balance and too strong and the gas bbq grill needs replaced. Beds were comfortable though and house had everything we needed. My son loved the swing in the tree and the game table in the basement, so great additions! Thank you for always getting back to our questions very quickly and being so helpful in your answers, That was a huge help and we appreciate it! Definitely recommend the stay here. Beautiful location.

Perfect for a family gathering. Part of the family camped nearby for their annual fishing trip and the rest of us stayed at the cabin at night. All of us were able to gather the last day at the cabin for a cook-out. Property had plenty of space for outside play and dinner on the porch for everyone. Area is remote and 45 min from nearest grocery store. Be prepared.
