Our time at Port Macquarie was made extra special because of staying at this beautiful holiday home that literally felt like home the minute with opened the front door! So many thoughtful touches and the communication around the does, don’ts and how to work everything was exceptional! The location was perfect, everywhere only took 10 mins to get to!! Our favourite thing was being able to walk straight out and fish off the jetty...highlight for our children. We would definitely come back and stay!

We had an amazing time here the house was great, kitchen was well equipped. The views were so relaxing I was happy just sitting outside on the huge balcony for the whole week. Kids enjoyed fishing and the kayaking. The only thing I would say is to replace the carpet in lounge room and hallway to something more manageable like floorboards or tiles. Definitely recommend this place.

Things that need upgrading:-Furniture a little old - The tv didn’t work for the whole stay - The fridge was not working the first two days, even after we turned the switch off and back on- Vacuum smells and doesn’t suck, overall doesn’t do it’s jobOverall the view was insane for the week and our family enjoyed it, but for the third time staying here I’d you guys would update the furniture by now.

The owners have done an amazing job with the few little touch ups they have done since we started coming here 3 years ago. We love the new jetty. The kids love the place and are looking forward to next year. The real estate are awesome to deal with, the kids loved going to hydro golf the owners are amazing with the kids, the new chef at hibbards sports club is the best.

House is in a great location .Great for fishing off the back Getty. However the Getty needs some maintenance . Lovely big back verandah to use for meals and to unwind.The house was clean on arrival. The photos online, however, were very deceiving-they look great online but not in reality. The bedrooms are dark and small. Only 2 bedrooms have ceiling fans. 3rd bedroom had nothing. The air-conditioning struggled to cool down the house on hot days. The furnishings throughout the house were very outdated and old. The second toilet was in a small cupboard in the laundry.This rental property needs some TLC.

Our 3rd time staying at our favourite holiday home in port Macquarie. Has everything you need, enjoy all your meals on the perfect outdoor undercover area overlooking the amazing water views just perfect and plenty of room to launch our 14ft Stacer boat with this holiday home boasting its own boat ramp and private jetty right at your finger tips. Perfect for fishing, the kids loved swimming, using the kayaks and even feeding the birds and spotting fish right from the jetty. Plenty of parking, Wonderful neighbours very friendly and close to shops, beach, local tavern just a short walk, the best fishing spots within minutes and amazing views right at your back door. The minute we walk in we always feel relaxed and at home straight away. Very clean and tidy home. The kids had so much fun and had the best nights sleep, very comfortable family home. We couldn’t recommend this home away from home enough and have already booked our next stay.

Great location. The property is very tired and needs TLC. Online photos are better than the real thing. It could be a fantastic holiday rental just needs some love. But we love Port Macquarie and will return.

This was our second time staying here and it is not our last. We find the home perfect for us as it is close to everything we want and the jetty is perfect for hubby to lounge room fish as he calls it.He always catches something which makes him happy. The home itself is a very well equipped home away from home as we find it very comfortable. Our only thing is the main bedroom is too light for us to sleep in so we sleep in the back bedroom which is darker for us. Thank you for having your home available for us to stay in, we will be back

If you after luxury then this isn’t the place ! It’s clean and warm however very outdated and feels like a deceased estate - the kitchen has been modernised however the rest of the house remains in its original state. The lightening is inadequate in the living room making reading impossible and the furniture is straight out of the seventies, the dooner and pillows felt very thin - definitely need to pack your own pillows.Launching the boat from the house is only possible if you have a tinny with a small trailer as it’s a very narrow drive through garage. Parking on the road is very tight as it’s opposite the sports stadium so many cars are parked on the street so trying to reverse a large boat trailer was definitely a challenge.However being able to moor your boat in front of the house made accessing the water very pleasant and the neighbours were lovely .

A week away!
The home was just so suitable for us. It is well located, relaxing and had everything you could possible need for a holiday. It has a comprehensive library and DVD collection. A lovely outside dining area especially in the morning. We were blessed with wonderful weather.

Our overall impression of this property is that it was exremely clean, had a very modern kitchen and comfortable living and sleeping arrangements. The property backs onn to a canal and has its own jetty. Whilst we did not have a boat the facility is ideal for those who do.
It is far from being a recently built house but has been well maintained and for the price it is exceptional value. We will return again we are sure.
