About this villa rental

Easy to live on one level, all rooms are south facing and overlook a large terrace, 16m by 3.50. Heating and cooling by the ground + large canvas that unfolds to protect the sun's rays.
Living room, dining room, equipped kitchen: fridge, revolving oven, gas hobs, dishwasher, 2 sinks, adjoining storage room with microwave, sink, storage space.
2 bedrooms including - 1 parental, 1 bed 180cm or 2 -90cm,
separated 1 toilet, 1 bidet, 2 sinks, a shower, 1 separate dressing.
The other, 1 bed 160 cm, large wardrobe, bathroom, opposite - separate toilet. Large garage with water softener, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine.
A quiet area 10 minutes walk from the city center, nice views of the countryside, not overlooked.

We had a wonderful stay in Uzes. The house was beautiful, with everything you could wish for and more. Line (the host) was exceptional - super quick communication and even though we didn’t speak much of the same language we got by perfectly. She helped us with queries, offering us excellent advice and if anything needed attention at the property she dealt with it quickly. Uzes is an incredible town, that we as a family fell in love with. We’ll certainly be back again

Our 11 night stay here was wonderful - thank you! The lady who greeted us and checked us out of the property was lovely and although we unfortunately spoke limited French, we all managed to get by! The house was lovely and clean and gave us plenty of space. The property is in an excellent, quiet location, only a short 15 minute walk from the centre of Uzes. It was extremely hot during our visit, but the air conditioned house was lovely and cool at all times. The pool was a perfect size for our family of 4 adults and one child (7 years old). We had lots of fun playing in it! The gardens are fully enclosed, which made it very safe for our little dog who also travelled with us. We would not hesitate to stay here again, we were very sad to leave after a wonderful holiday.

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine dans cette jolie maison moderne lumineuse et bien agencée. La terrasse et la piscine sont superbes. Nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir ! La proximité des grands sites touristiques du Gard et de la charmante ville d’Uzes est parfaite.

Nous avons passé un séjour plus qu’agréable dans cette très belle maison. Son emplacement est idéal : quartier extrêmement calme (de jour comme de nuit), a 15min a pied du centre d’Uzès. Maison d’une propreté irréprochable et pourvue de tout les équipements nécessaires (voire plus) afin de passer un très très bon séjour. La maison et ces extérieurs sont très bien agencés. Terrasse très agréable le soir. Il est certain que nous reviendrons !!!

Douceur de vivre dans cadre idéal

(séjour du 11 au 18 juil 2020): La maison, placée au calme tout en étant proche du centre ville, est encore mieux que sur les photos et est très agréable, fonctionnelle (tout est y est et est bien pensé), spacieuse, moderne en décoration tout en restant discret car matériaux de qualité qui se suffisent à eux-même. L'accueil de la propriétaire est des plus agréable ce qui est des plus appréciable après des heures de route. Une adresse à recommander et à renouveler sans hésiter, comme quoi même sans avis on peut d'avoir de belles surprises.

Lovely place to stay

Sometimes you expect a lot, and find out reality is even better. That is how we experienced this lovely house. Upon arrival, the owners received us with open arms. The house has all the comfort you need, and all the apparel you could want. The house is ideally positioned at walking distance from the city center of uzes, and a short trip from must see cities like nimes or avignon. We stayed here as a family of four, and it is just a lively place to be. Highly recommend. Family Bauwens
