This charming unit is without exaggeration one of the closest rent-able homes to the centre of Dunsborough.

- Open plan kitchen / dining / lounge with reverse cycle air conditioning.

- 3 Bedrooms - 1 x Queen Size Bed, 2 x Double Beds with Single Overhead Bunk Beds.

- 1 Bathroom - Recently Refurbished - Wheelchair Access with walk in shower.

- Additional, separate Toilet.

- Outdoor entertaining area with BBQ, table & chairs.

- Outdoor Shower.

- Maximum Parking Two Vehicles - Single carport with additional bay.

- Pillows, Blankets & Quilt Covers.

- Kitchen, dining and lounge area.

- Microwave and pantry

- Dining Suite with seating for 8.

- Cutlery and Crockery.

- Flatscreen TV and DVD Player.

- Second toilet, separate from the bathroom Toilet.

- Lovingly maintained front and back garden.

- Laundry area and outdoor clothesline.

- Ironing Board.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:

- Bed Sheets, Pillow Slips, Bath Towels, Bath Mats & Tea Towels.

Contact Geoff to discuss bringing pets with you. If Geoff has approved of you bringing a pet, please ensure they have sufficient bedding of their own and are not left unattended. (Please No Pets on the Furniture or Beds)

As a result of COVID, the owners have introduced an even more regular cleaning and disinfecting regiment.

We regret that we are not available to students for leavers.

Great location with easy walk into town. Communication with owner was very good regarding accessibility of the home and felt confident the house would be very suitable for our needs. House had everything needed. Great stay thankyou Geoff.

We had such a fantastic stay at Seahaven Villa. A lovely, well equipped and comfortable property so close to the main part of town but also quiet and private. The hosts had excellent communication and were so kind and hospitable. We can’t wait to stay there again. Highly recommended.

So close to town and you can walk to shops, cafes and the beach. We only used our car 2 times. Once to go to Eagle Gay brewery, which is worth a visit, and to the bottle shop to get some local wine. Our grandkids came to visit and did not want to go home. So much to do within walking distance. Definitely recommended. The host is fantastic.

We had a great stay. The location is central but you don’t feel like you're in town because of the beautiful bush surroundings out the back. It's a quaint little villa that suited our group perfectly.

Visited for a long weekend with 7-9 year old kids. Conveniently located close to the town centre, with beaches and entertainment only a short drive away. Host was very welcoming and responsive.

Had a great stay again in this house - it's in what seems a very secluded spot even though it is within 5 minutes walking distance to the centre of Dunsborough. Very clean with great amenities. Very good host. Highly recommend.

This is our second Christmas staying at Geoff’s house and it does not disappoint. It is a very tidy comfortable house with everything you need walking distance to town so you don’t have to deal with the crazy parking at coles and can pick up your bread and bakery treats daily. It is also a short walk and even shorter drive to the the beach. We loved the daily visits from the ring tail possums can’t wait for next Christmas

This is the third time we have stayed at Seahaven and will stay there again for sure. Perfect location to walk to the beach and into town for shops, cafes and bars. Definitely recommend!

We stayed 2 nights in this lovely home away from home. Our dog could stay too and it had a perfect backyard behind the fence to run along. The location was ideal as only a 2 min walk to the shops. It was comfortable and very clean and had everything you needed. I highly recommend this home and would definitely stay there again.

Great location, it is less than a minute walk to the town centre, there is a little bridge located near the back of the house which links into the town centre. Once you are over the little bridge there is a Coffee shop and playground right in front of you. Dunsborough is a wonderful place to visit.

Our family had a great stay in this comfortable house which was situated very centrally in Dunsborough. Although in the middle of the town it was in a very private part in a lovely tree lined area. It was a very short work to all parts of town and the beach. You could smell the coffee from the lovely tranquil back garden looking over beautiful bush. The house had everything we needed with comfortable beds and furniture. Lovely spacious bathroom and a outside hot shower. We would definitely recommend Geoff’s place who was A1 in communication and we will definitely be staying again. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Lovely unit, 1 minute walk to main street of Dunsborough, 5 mins to the beach. Dog friendly was a big bonus! Great shower, 2 toilets & fully stocked laundry and kitchen. Owners great to deal with. Couldn't fault it, our family had a wonderful holiday!

Geoff was very friendly and helpful host, especially tracking down item left in house. Think a lock box would be more convenient than having to return keys either in person or post. Plenty of crockery and cooking utensils supplies

A fantastic property, right in the middle of Dunsborough, yet quiet and peaceful. Fantastic access to Djiljit Mia nature playground, and a quick walk to the beach or shopping and dining. Would definitely stay again.

Our family loved staying here, very well located only a short stroll to town and the local coffee shops. Well equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds, air-conditioning located in the main room, additional outdoor hot shower, good size lockable storeroom for the bikes, two car parking, beautiful outdoor setting amongst the trees and very private. Large bathroom with amazing shower and toilet another separate toilet which is great with larger families. We brought down our own linen which was very easy. Overall this was outstanding accommodation which we hope to enjoy many times in the future. Have mention how Geoff was in organising the keys and all the clear communication about everything.
