Got together with my extended family for a long weekend and we all loved the house. Fantasti, well stocked kitchen, plenty of room to spread out and relax. Would book it again!

We stayed for New Years Eve day through the week and had the most amazing time! Booking was a breeze---and the owner, Simon, sent a welcome letter immediately which helped us to prepare for our stay. He was helpful and responsive to any questions--even though he, himself was out of town and celebrating New Years.
We were allowed to use the 3 car garage and that was super helpful since there is no parking on the street when there is snow and we had 5 cars--far to many for the driveway alone. The house has all the amenities we needed, was clean, and LARGE! My huge family was able to reconnect together in the large kitchen/family area or retreat to one of the living areas/bedrooms for some quiet time. The only "awkward" thing was that one of the bedrooms (looks like an office/bedroom in pics) could only be accessed by walking through another bedroom or the outside patio door. Not a big deal for us, though---it was all family and we had no issues with it. We aso wish the hot tub was open for use, but I get that it could be a bear to deal with in the winter with draining after guests, etc. The kids made due in the large master tub instead! :)
The house is close to everything--a less than 30 minute drive to Northstar and Truckee......close to the waterfront for a lake viewing, close to sledding, delicious restaurants in the village---we ordered $500 worth of sushi (enough to feed an army) from the local sushi place and it was AMAZING and fresh!
Long story short, we cant wait to go back to Tahoe in the summer and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The property is absolutely perfect for big groups. Plenty of room for relaxing even with large numbers. The home is well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. The host and the property manager were incredibly responsive. The location could not be better. It is close to everything. Plenty of room in the garage to park 3 cars. We would highly recommend this home for big groups!!!

Simon was very accommodating. The house is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay.
The only thing I suggest is to mention that the Jacuzzi is not available to renters.
Thank you.

We stayed here with 11 people and it was the perfect house for a large group. Almost every room has it's own bathroom and the main floor of the house (an open air kitchen, living room, dining room) makes for an amazing communal space. The house and the amenities are top notch - the hot tub is superb, the kitchen is a thing of beauty, and the patios/backyard are breathtaking. We cannot wait to come back soon!
The home owner and his local host are incredibly kind and responsive. We had an issue with the water heater and they had someone over to fix it immediately.

our group: 8 adults and 5 kids under the age of 5 had a wonderful time at this tahoe house. we have been coming up for a 5 day long weekend nearly every year in incline village since 2010 and this is probably the nicest house we have stayed in. the house is huge and well appointed. great open floor plan with a large deck off the great room. huge flat grass backyard which is not common at an incline village rental house. one of the biggest kitchen's you've ever seen with two dishwashers, two refrigerators, two ovens, two sinks and two huge countertops. top of the line viking and wolf appliances that are in new or like new condition. the whole house - hardwood floors, rugs, beds, couches, tables, chairs is in new or like new condition. the rooms are very large and spacious. there is a kids playroom that has a ping pong table, comfy couches and lots of toys, dolls, stuffed animals and games - so great for the kids. sometimes had a hard time getting them out of there to go to the lake! the house is an easy 5-7 min drive down to the private incline village beaches, playgrounds, pools that you have access to as guests of this incline village property: $12/adult, kids 5 and under are free. well worth it - we went every day of our stay in mid-August. Simon the owner/agent was super-responsive and super-nice - it was a true pleasure interacting with him. we'd love to come back here and stay again. thank you Simon for sharing your house with us. best, Mark

Beautiful home that easily accommodates a very large group. Nice deck with view that has no traffic noise! Everyone loved it. Went to Burnt Cedar beach and loved the cocktail service on the sand!

We celebrated some significant milestone birthdays in July 2018 at Simon's house and the setting was perfect. Plenty of room for each of the four couples and two extra bedrooms for the four kids. The huge kitchen, the deck on the back of the home, and the well-kept backyard were some of our favorite features. The location of the home is also great. Far enough away from the crowds for the peace and quiet we wanted but still close to good restaurants, shops, and the grocery store. If it wasn't for the University of Michigan flag hanging in the garage, the stay would have been perfect. : ) Go Bucks!!!!

The arrival date of our trip happened to coincide with a snow storm. The owner was very understanding and aware of the travel and weather advisories that day. Though we never said it out loud (via message), there was a big chance that we were not going to arrive on our scheduled date. But, thankfully, we made it to the house that night safe and sound after a long and challenging journey from the Bay Area.
The home was so much more that what we expected. The photos do not do it justice. It was just a fantastic home for a weekend getaway. There was a lot of space, and I mean A LOT of space. We were a group of families with kids and we all had the best time in a great home. The older kids and adults were entertained by the ping pong table, while the little ones and adults, too, played in the snow in the back of the house.
The location is also another selling point for this property. It is a stone's throw away from Diamond Peak Resort. We all had a wonderful time on the slopes and when we were done, it didn't take us too long to get back to the house for hot chocolate.
We will definitely recommend this to our friends and book this home again on our next trip to Tahoe.
Thank you Simon!
