Ich habe ein Familienzimmer gebucht, bezahlt und habe ein komplett anderes Zimmer bekommen. In die Unterkunft wird trotz

Leider gar nichts

Das Inventar ist extrem veraltet, Bettbezug, Handtücher, Kissenbezüge mit Flecken. Die Vorhänge sind durchsichtig, somit konnte man in das Zimmer schauen wenn das Licht an war. Ich konnte mich nur im dunklen umziehen. Keine Glühbirne in den Lampen auf dem “Nachttisch”.

Very pleasant, we already miss going back!

Porto Covo is a small, quiet and peaceful town, with spectacular beaches close at hand and very interesting places to visit!

The house could have a little more privacy outside!

The location, the views

The TV had a very.bad signal, it was impossible to watch TV, we couldn't use the gas to cook we tried everything and it never worked and they told us we had to check out at 10:30am. It has never happened to me before having to leave an apartment or a hotel room before 11am or 12.

With a great location it is a pity the lack of cleaningness and guest support.

The location is very good, very close to the center and the beaches. Quiet and calm neighbourhood and a nice outdoor space in the surroundings.

The cleaningness. The apartment was dirty. The kitchen was all greasy and sticky, the bathroom had stains, the bathub was full of dirt and hair. It didn't even had toilet paper. The towels didn't smell clean, it had a smell of smoke. There was nobody to ask for anything. Even when we left, we simply had to leave the key in the door, because nobody facem for check out although we looked for it.

It was a ghost town, no one was there to greet or show me my room, bag, it was empty and locked. I had bags transferred via a luggage service and couldn’t find them. I tried to call the number they had listed but it wouldn’t go through in my phone. Thankfully there was one couple staying in a unit that helped contact someone to come let me in. After the other cute and friendly spots I stayed along the coast hiking the fisherman’s trail, this was a disappointment, a downer for my last night on the trail.

Taken to different accommodation

Never saw the inside of Apartment Rosa so unable to comment.

We booked Apartments Rosa but taken to accommodation on the Main Street which was more like hostel accommodation. The place we were taken to was clean and comfortable and we had a ‘family’ room with private shower & toilet to ourselves. We had booked a double room so when shown to a 4 bed bunk room we asked for a double, which we were given. Shared kitchen and rooftop terrace, although you had to navigate through the washing on the lines to access. Hardly anyone else there but noise does carry in the corridors. There was an issue with no hot water which was remedied within an hour of reporting. The accommodation was fine but we were dissappointed having deliberately avoided accommodation that looked like ‘hostel’ style on the website; I would not have booked this.

Superb

The hostess was warm, welcoming and accomodating. She generously supplied dish soap and washing soap when asked - as my stay was for 3 nights (and not hiking the Rota Vincentina this time). There is more than ample room on the exterior yard lines to hang laundry too.

The windows & shutters ( in front and rear of the apartment) close and lock firmly in their place. But this style, when open at night for air flow, does not provide any real security at night. It was not of concern to me, but those travellers, more sensitive to personal safety and security, may find this difficult.

Pleasant

The host was very friendly and the room was clean and quite large. THe kitchen looked nice. The facilities are simple but have a very good value for money.

The room was a bit cold as it was early in the year and no heating was provided. I also couldn't find a hair dryer which would have been a nice thing to have.

Lovely garden with table and chairs. Spacious rooms. Full size bath.

Smelt musty. Very noisey one night when other people staying in apartment above as much to do with building e.g doors slamming shut, sounds echoing.
