Great place, great view, right next to the beach, a pool with lots of kids to play with, not far from the boardwalk but quiet. Loved it!

This unit was so clean and decorated nicely. Great location in North Wildwood. Maggie was great to deal with, she thought of everything a renter could want. Definitely will stay again next summer.

We loved our stay at the Regency Tower Condos. The parking pass made everything so easy. The view from the bedroom and balcony was lovely. Plus there was a Keurig with an assortment of k-cups and creams, and a basket of snacks, waiting for us. The unit is compact but featured everything we needed. There was even a marker in the shower to indicate best temp! Thanks, Maggie and Joe.

I want to say the location is great! Very clean condo . I really enjoyed my stay and was very welcoming.. Maggie was a great pleasure and very easily to contact !! We will probably book another stay in the near future

The Regency is an older property, which as far as I could tell, did not have a ramp from the parking area to the entrance to the property. The unit was clean, had a nice kitchen area with a small 4 burner stove, oven, full refrigerator, adequate dishes, silverware, utensils and pots and pans. The small magnetic under cabinet light did not work. It would be a plus to have a working electrical under-cabinet light over the sink. The queen bed was comfortable, and we requested pillows and quilts in advance as the owner required. They were clean. The view from the bedroom slider and small balcony provided a generous view of the water from north to east. I would have given this unit a 5 if the sleeper sofa, side chair and kitchen chairs were comfortable to sit in. None of them were. The sofa and side chair definitely need to be replaced. A simple day bed/with trundle bed would be more comfortable and provide the needed sleeping space. I would return, if in the area, if these updates were made.

Was a wonderful vacation the unit was so nice and homey with great views and easy access to the beach. Love this place and North Wildwood would definitely recommend it to friends.

I cannot say enough positive things about this property as well as the owners! This unit is located in a nicely maintained and very clean facility. The unit itself offers beautiful views and gorgeous sunrises! We loved the high ceilings, the beachy decor, and the thoughtful add ons! We loved the pool and the huge deck. The beaches are one of the cleanest I’ve been to and very well maintained. This is a very nice area and I was impressed! Maggie is super easy to communicate with and very friendly! I am so pleased with everything about this trip and will definitely stay in one of her units if I travel to the area again! Thank you for the wonderful memories! We loved our first time at north wild woods!

This condo was perfect for our weekend stay. The location was great. The owner Maggie, was easy to contact and was very helpful with all of my silly questions. (1st time vrbo-Ing ) Checking in and out was a breeze. The condo was clean, well appointed with cute beachy decor and many thoughtful details such as phone chargers. The balcony had a beautiful view of the ocean. The location is great with plenty of open places nearby in the “off season” . Overall a delightful escape!

Maggie the unit owner was a joy to deal with. We received colorful step-by-step instructions about the check-in process a few days before our arrival. She checked in on us at all the right times and made herself 100% accessible. The entire property is clean, spacious, and perfectly maintained. Everything you need to check in and get your stuff up to the condo is right there perfectly placed and convenient. We walked into a cozy bright, cleaned, polished, and sanitized unit. It was stocked with everything we needed for a seven day stay. (Of course we brought our own food and drink.) The bedroom opens up into a 6th floor balcony overlooking both the bay and the ocean. The whole place is decorated with a beach/nautical theme that’s great for pics and selfies. Plenty of storage space for all our food and clothing. Laundry right down the hall. An immaculate “garbage room” is conveniently located near the unit, so you don’t have to find a dumpster or anything. The town itself has an upper-middle-class “neighborhood” feel to it. A ten minute walk got us to several bars, restaurants, and clubs. Most importantly an Elks Lodge, as I’m an 18 year member and officer in that fraternity up here in NY. We could leave our car in the lot and easily walk to anything we needed for the whole week. The beach entrance is directly in front of the building, and it’s only several yards to the water! The town, building, condo unit, and host/owner are all exactly what we were looking for. North Wildwood isn’t the place for you if you’re 22 and just want to loudly party all the time. But if you want to spend time on a quiet beautiful beach all day, have dinner and wine in a wonderful spot in the evening, then a nightcap on your balcony six floors above the ocean, call Maggie! She’ll hook you up with her incredible little ocean hideaway.

Maggie’s lovely condo had everything we needed for a week long vacation. The place was perfect in every way: decor, location, convenient and amenities. The lobby pool area is a huge advantage. We will be returning and telling everyone about Maggie’s place.

We had a great time and enjoyed the condo immensely. The views, sunsets, and sun rises were beautiful. The condo was clean and cozy. Maggie did a great job of communicating with us when ever we had a question and the bottle of wine was a nice touch. We would defintely reccomend this place to anyone and will come back.

It was a beautiful property right on the beach. The pool was beautiful and saltwater, the beach was a short walk to the water unlike mid Wildwood where you have to walk 2 miles just to get to the water. The walk from the location to the Wildwood pier took about 10 minutes and then there was a trolley. It was great exercise and a great time! The owner is beautiful and friendly person Who was available anytime I needed her. Just sent her a text and she would text me right back. I even broke one of her coffee mugs and she forgave me 😁

Property was perfect. Very clean and well maintained. Loved the condo. Perfect for the two of use.

We had a great time and the place was really nice and just like it was advertised. Maggie was also easy to communicate with. We were disappointed to find the heated pool does not open until memorial weekend. We also were upset that the beaches by the condo were all closed due to sand replacement. I would suggest checking on these items before booking because apparently this happens every year but we were not told. Everything else was just perfect!

It was our thirty-six wedding anniversary. We had honeymooned in Cape Cod and the ocean is rehabilitating to us. With the quaintness of any shore spot, this place shown attention to ALL details: cleanliness, up keep and location. It was a special weekend for my husband and I.

I usually stay with family when visiting south Jersey but we wanted to be safe due to Covid. Maggie & Joe’s place is perfect for a couple or couple with small children. Think size of a large hotel room. You enter with bathroom on left, sink outside, proceed to living area with full size kitchenette - dining area & living area with queen-size sofa bed. Pocket doors open to reveal master BR area with queen bed & sliding glass doors with balcony with views to inlet and ocean. The unit is impeccably clean, well-equipped with anything you would need and everything labeled. Plenty of outlets, including a strip with usb charging slots in the living area. The beach was closed, but is right across the street. Very convenient for Wildwood:Morey’s Piers, Cape May, Stone Harbor. Nice sea wall path to Hereford Lighthouse. Had great stay and would stay again.

We had an awesome time at Maggie’s place.she had left a welcome basket with chocolates which made my kids very happy:) it has a very good view of the see from bedroom and balcony ... during our stay we saw beautiful sunrise and moonrise from the balcony which was breathtaking ...we saw some dolphin’s passing by from the bedroom using the binoculars that is there in the house ... we can go for a walk on either sides of the building ... one takes you to the sea wall and the other takes you to the boardwalk .... it’s very close to the wildwood boardwalk that has a lot of rides and stuff for kids ... it’s a small place with very good arrangements for 4 people... . the kitchen has all the needed stuff for cooking and serving . Lots of spices and herbs r there ... Maggie is a very responsive host ... overall we had a great time .. would definitely recommend this place to my friends !!

Nicely decorated condo. Very clean, and had that "newness" smell. Had coffee and wine on the balcony. The high Adirondack chairs make it easy to see over the railing. Nice touches throughout the condo, including plenty of amenities, including shampoo, paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, and even a couple of toothbrushes. Bed was comfortable. shower was great. Maggie followed up with us during check-in, and left us some St. Patrick's Day necklaces and delicious chocolates, along with a welcome note. If you are not familiar with the area, Maggie has a book that provides a lot of info, including emergency contacts, restaurants, stores, things to do and more. We are N. Wildwood regulars, so most of this we already knew. We were there for the St. Patrick's weekend. Great location, especially if you like to watch the sun come up from your bed. The kitchen was well-equipped, and there was even a bucket of ice in the freezer. The building itself was inviting, with a nice lobby area. Seeing that it was March, there were not many people there. The room temp was comfortable. This place is a nice step up from being in a hotel, especially if you like a view of the inlet and ocean. We would definitely stay here again.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for four nights and let me just tell you, first off Maggie was super easy to communicate with and very friendly and professional. The place was perfectly decorated for that beach setting and had every amenity you could possibly ask for. It was clean and it was stocked with all the necessities plus more. The view is breathtaking! absolutely gorgeous! watching the sunrise and sunset every day was the perfect start and end to the day. I will definitely be back!! Thank you Maggie and Joe we had an amazing time celebrating our friend's wedding down the shore and the place was the icing on the cake!

We were very impresses how clean and decorated the unit was. The balcany havd a nice view looking North east and north at the Oacan . I dont thinke we could be any closer to the beach unless we slep on the sand . Their pleanty of parking . The build was clean and well kept . Their a very nice walking path along the ocean going north . This are also quiet in the evening . Their are bars and restraunts with in walking distance .
