This newly remodeled, beautiful vacation home(sleeps 8) is a short walk to the beach and minutes from downtown Cocoa Beach! Beautiful inside and out, the furniture and beds are high quality with Smart TV's in each room. King beds in all 3 rooms. Sofa Sleeper Queen bed W/upgraded mattress sleeps 2 in living room. Large kitchen/living room area to enjoy. Spacious area , full kitchen and BBQ. This home is located on a spacious 10,000 sq ft. lot. Our home has a fully fenced private backyard, removable Pool safety fence, Heated salt water pool, Tiki Hut & Bar all add to your tropical day! We have cruiser bikes, 2 razor scooters w/helmets and the bike trail to the beach is in front of our house! Home is located 1 mile from Port Canaveral, 2 miles from the Cocoa Beach Pier, Ron Jon's and the location makes day trips to Orlando attractions such as Disney world, Universal Studios, or Kennedy Space Center quick and easy. Fine shops, bars and restaurants are close by too. Local attractions include, miniature golf, great food and music. Pet friendly. Please confirm pet eligibility before booking. $100 pet fee per pet.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the little yellow beach house. It was such a beautiful and comfortable home with everything you could possibly need. The pool was amazing and we had such a wonderful time just being at the house, that we didn't feel the need to leave very often. We were even able to see two launches right from the backyard! Sondra was so kind. I would highly recommend staying here and hope we can come back again.

I will tell nothing new if you read previous comments.The house,the pool,communication and everything else was simply perfect for us (family of four) an additional bonus was a rocket launch that could be viewed from the beach (10 minute walk).

This was our eighth visit to Cocoa Beach and this was the best pool we have had so far. The pool was very warm and had several layers of steps for smaller kids to use. The yard was big and nicely landscaped, particularly around the pool. The house had three big beds and the kitchen had everything we needed. Owner provided useful information to using the property prior to our arrival.

This home is like having your very own private resort! Comfortable beds and furniture, great fence for complete privacy, pool area is so inviting with countless options for seating and the pool is just wonderful! We used the bikes a lot and even walked to the beach almost daily. We felt very safe in this town. The wild peacocks and all the rocket launches were a bonus! Great restaurants nearby! We will definitely stay at this home again!

We had our family (2 adults and 4 kids) stay a few days and it was wonderful! The kids had a blast and were never bored. There is also tons nearby to do if you want to explore. Great place that we will definitely try to stay at again!

We were coming down to Florida from NY for my children to attend space camp at Kennedy Space Center. We found this house and it could’ve been more of a perfect fit for my family and my small dog and the location was so perfect between the space center and cocoa beach. It was so quiet and clean and the pool was amazing. Super private and coming from New York, we just loved all the tropical trees and flowers and listening to the sounds of the birds and other random insects and of course the wild peacocks! The house was equipped with everything we needed for our week long stay! My kids didn’t want to leave! The owner was super responsive and so sweet and friendly. All the information they gave me was right there at my fingertips. Thank you Sondra for everything! We would stay here again!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Yellow Beach House. The house was exactly as described and more. The back yard was heaven on earth and it was easy to relax. My 16 year old daughter enjoyed being able to tan. The property was close enough to nightlife but far enough away to be peaceful. It is in close proximity to shops and restaurants.

sondra was great at communicating. the kitchen had everything you could want for appliances/devices and the pool was very kid-friendly. 6 bikes made for easy travel and the owner immediately sent over bike locks when we asked for them. there were plenty of sand toys, boogie boards and beach wagon for the beach time. a good supply of games and complimentary snacks. thanks again, sondra!

Everything was super clean. The backyard is a dream…so much so that our teenage kiddos preferred hanging out there instead of the beach! We loved our stay at the Yellow Beach House. Sondra was a wonderful host. She was extremely helpful and responsive. The house was exactly as described. The yard and pool were amazing! The location was also great, close to a lot of attractions, beaches, and restaurants. Overall, it ended up being perfect for our group of 4 adults and 3 young children. I would highly recommend this house to anyone visiting the area!

Amazing Stay!!

We spent a week at Sondra’s Yellow Beach House, which included 4 adults, 2 infants and a toddler. To say we we enjoyed our stay would be an understatement. Sondra was in communication with me the entire weekend, even providing a reminder of a rocket launch happening the next day, so that our families can watch from either the front lawn or the short drive to the beach (we would have used the bikes that were provided but we had infants). She even provided an extra set of high chairs and play pens since we had two infants, something she didn’t have to do, but was kind enough to offer! The cleanliness of the property is bar none, the cleanest place we’ve been, and our group is very particular! We were so impressed by this property, we plan to rent again next year, as it met and blew our expectations out of the water! Speaking of water, the pool was AMAZING! Perfect for this family trip. Thank you so much for having us Sondra!! See you next year!!

Wonderful Stay in Cape Canaveral!

We had a wonderful week long stay at the Yellow Beach House. My daughter did space camp and it was only a short drive to get her there every morning. Really close to the beach (about a 10 min walk to an access point) and a short drive to Cocoa Beach pier. We loved the pool and outdoor space and spent many afternoons out there. Air conditioning works great! All the cooking utensils I needed. Sondra was awesome and quick to take care of anything that popped up. We will definitely be staying here again next time we're in Florida.
